Definitions

  • the EP 2 048 305 A1 discloses a connecting device for the connection between a support beam and a formwork girder arranged perpendicularly on the support beam.
  • the connecting device comprises two arms, each terminating at one end in hooks which can be coupled to a first flange of the support beam. At the ends opposite the hooks, the arms have tubular portions from which extend respective opposite flat extensions intended to rest on a lower projection of the formwork support.
  • the connecting device comprises two parallel rods, first ends of the rods traversing the tubular sections and second ends of the rods being connected by a connecting bridge traversed by a screw.
  • the connecting device comprises a clamp movably mounted on the rods, opposed to the screw and provided with locking means and plates. These locking means and plates engage a second flange of the shoring opposite the first flange by a thrust exerted by the screw on the clamp to secure the connection between the shoring and the formwork girder.
  • the DE 100 33 425 A1 shows a connecting clip for fastening intersecting first beams and second beams, which has a bracket.
  • the hanger comprises a transverse web, a first leg, a second leg and a bearing section for bearing on the second carrier.
  • the connecting clamp includes a bracing device with a fastening claw for gripping around the first carrier and a bearing area for resting on the second carrier.
  • the object of the invention is to alleviate or eliminate at least individual disadvantages of the prior art.
  • the invention aims in particular to make the securing of the upper formwork support on the lower formwork support particularly stable and reliable. This object is achieved by a formwork system having the features of claim 1.
  • the safety device is characterized in that the upper chord of the lower formwork support is held on both sides by the safety device when it is in the assembled state of use.
  • the safety device has the second and the fifth contact section, which in the installed state of use are arranged adjacent to the first or the opposite second side surface of the upper chord of the lower formwork girder.
  • the safety device therefore blocks horizontal rotation of the upper formwork support relative to the lower formwork support in both directions of rotation.
  • Reliable horizontal and vertical securing of the upper formwork support on the lower formwork support is advantageously achieved with structurally simple means.
  • This design is particularly well suited for maintaining the lower and upper formwork girders in a perpendicular relationship to one another during erection of the formwork system. This is particularly advantageous when activities are carried out on the upper side of the formwork.
  • the stability of the formwork system and thus work safety can be significantly increased.
  • the safety device is designed in particular to secure the position of formwork supports with an I-profile (or double T-profile).
  • the lower and upper formwork girders each have a lower chord and an upper chord Strap and a web connecting the lower strap to the upper strap.
  • the upper and lower formwork supports are preferably of essentially identical design.
  • the safety device has a tenth contact section lying against a first outer surface of a web of the lower formwork support that connects the upper chord to the lower chord.
  • the lower strap and the upper strap each have a width (i.e. horizontal extent) of 50 mm to 100 mm, in particular substantially 80 mm.
  • the web preferably has a height (i.e. vertical extent) between the inner surfaces of the upper and lower chords of from 50mm to 200mm, in particular substantially 120mm.
  • the overall height of the formwork support is essentially 200 mm with a width of the upper and lower chord elements of essentially 80 mm.
  • the safety device is detachably attached to the arrangement consisting of the lower formwork support and the upper formwork support supported thereon. After use, the safety device can be removed from the formwork girders again.
  • the upper and the lower chord and the web are preferably each made of a wood material.
  • the upper and lower formwork supports can also be made of metal or plastic.
  • the first horizontal direction extends along the lower formwork support, the second horizontal direction along the upper formwork support.
  • location and direction such as "up”, “down”, “up”, “down”, etc., refer to a horizontal use condition of the upper and lower formwork girders.
  • an inclined arrangement of the spanned by the upper and lower formwork support surface is conceivable, wherein the In this case, location and direction information must be transmitted accordingly.
  • the safety device also has a sixth contact section adjacent to the second side face of the upper chord of the lower formwork girder, the sixth contact section being spaced apart from the fifth contact section in the first horizontal direction.
  • the upper belt of the lower formwork support is held on the second side surface by two contact surfaces of the safety device that are spaced apart from one another in the longitudinal direction of the lower formwork support. In this way, torques can be reliably absorbed during use without the formwork supports twisting in relation to one another.
  • the first and second profile parts are preferably each in one piece formed, for example in the form of metal profiles on which the respective system or contact sections are formed by bends and cutouts.
  • the first profile part has a U-shaped recess to form the second and fifth contact sections.
  • the second profile part can have a U-shaped recess to form the sixth and seventh contact sections.
  • the safety device also has a clamping device for clamping the first contact section against the first inner surface of the upper chord of the lower formwork girder.
  • the first contact section is pressed against the first inner surface of the upper chord of the lower formwork girder. This ensures that the safety device is held securely on the upper and lower formwork supports, even if the wooden material in the upper and lower formwork supports swells and shrinks.
  • the clamping device is also set up for clamping the tenth contact section against the first outer surface of the web of the lower formwork support.
  • a contact pressure is exerted both on the inner surface of the upper chord and on the web of the lower formwork girder.
  • the tensioning device has a displacement element, in particular a push rod, for displacing the first contact section, preferably also the tenth contact section.
  • a displacement element in particular a push rod

  • the tensioning device has a spring element, in particular a helical spring, which is tensioned when the first, preferably also the tenth, contact section is tightened.
  • the first contact section preferably also the tenth contact section, can be displaced against the spring force of the spring element, so that the first contact section can be pressed against the lower formwork support under the tension of the spring element.
  • the clamping device has a clamping head connected to the displacement element with the first contact section and the tenth contact section.
  • the first contact section is arranged essentially at right angles to the tenth contact section.
  • the clamping head is preferably designed as an L-angle part, the legs of which form the first and the tenth contact section.
  • the clamping head can be designed as a cylindrical part which has the first and tenth contact sections. It is favorable here that the bracing takes place in the transition area between the web and the upper chord of the lower formwork girder.
  • the spring element is designed to exert a spring force at an angle of 10° to 50°, preferably 20° to 40°, in particular essentially 30°, to the main plane of the web of the lower formwork support (i.e. to the vertical).
  • a stronger pressing force is thus exerted on the inside of the upper flange of the lower formwork girder than on the web of the lower formwork girder, in order to take into account the loads occurring during use in a favorable manner.
  • the clamping device preferably has an actuating element, in particular a pivotable actuating lever, for actuating the displacement element.
