Claims (11)

  1. Procédé (30) d'analyse d'un mécanisme (2) de commande d'aiguille d'un aiguillage ferroviaire,
    - il est prévu au moins un capteur (20) de mesure d'ondes acoustiques,
    - on enregistre (33) des signaux de mesure du au moins un capteur (20) pendant un fonctionnement de réglage du mécanisme (2) de commande d'aiguille,
    - sur la base des signaux de mesure enregistrés du au moins un capteur (20), on détermine (34) une force de réglage d'un accouplement (12) à force de réglage du mécanisme (2) de commande d'aiguille.
  2. Procédé suivant la revendication 1, dans lequel on monte (31) de manière amovible le au moins un capteur (20) sur une face extérieure du boîtier (6) extérieur du mécanisme (2) de commande d'aiguille.
  3. Procédé suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel on compare entre eux des signaux de mesure mis en mémoire de plusieurs fonctionnements de réglage du mécanisme (2) de commande d'aiguille pour la détermination d'un besoin d'entretien de l'accouplement (12) à force de réglage.
  4. Procédé suivant la revendication 3, dans lequel on détermine un besoin d'entretien de l'accouplement (12) à force de réglage si on passe en-dessous d'une valeur de consigne minimum de la force de réglage, qui est déterminée.
  5. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel on utilise des signaux de mesure mis en mémoire de plusieurs fonctionnements de réglage du mécanisme (2) de commande d'aiguille pour la détermination d'un état d'usure de l'accouplement (12) à force de réglage.
  6. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel on utilise des signaux de mesure mis en mémoire de plusieurs fonctionnements de réglage du mécanisme (2) de commande d'aiguille pour l'établissement d'un pronostic sur l'état de l'accouplement (12) à force de réglage.
  7. Procédé suivant la revendication 6, dans lequel, sur la base du pronostic d'état qui est établi de l'accouplement (12) à force de réglage, on détermine un instant d'entretien à venir.
  8. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel on enregistre, en continu ou de manière discrète dans le temps, des signaux de mesure du au moins un capteur (20).

Système (1) à mécanisme de commande d'aiguille, comprenant un système (4) de mesure pour effectuer le procédé (30) suivant l'une des revendications précédentes et comprenant un mécanisme (2) de commande d'aiguille pour le déplacement d'au moins deux lames (16) d'aiguille d'un aiguillage ferroviaire, comportant un moteur (8) de mécanisme de commande d'aiguille pour l'entraînement direct ou indirect par l'intermédiaire d'un accouplement (12) à force de réglage d'un tiroir (10) de réglage en liaison d'action avec au moins une lame (16) d'aiguille et comportant une électronique (14) d'entraînement pour la commande et la régulation du moteur (8) du mécanisme de commande d'aiguille, dans lequel au moins le moteur (8) du mécanisme de commande d'aiguille et l'accouplement (12) à force de réglage sont disposés dans un boîtier (6) extérieur du mécanisme (2) de commande d'aiguille,
    caractérisé en ce que
    sur le boîtier (6) extérieur peut être monté au moins un capteur (20) de mesure d'ondes acoustiques et les mesures peuvent être exploitées par une électronique (22) de mesure, dans lequel, à l'aide de signaux de mesure du au moins un capteur (20), une force de réglage de l'accouplement (12) à force de réglage peut être mesurée pendant un fonctionnement de réglage du mécanisme (2) de commande d'aiguille.
