Claims (1)

  1. Protecteur d'extrémité de noyau d'enroulement (20), comprenant :
    une section de base annulaire et rigide (21) accouplée directement à une extrémité (11) d'un noyau d'enroulement ; et
    une section annulaire absorbant les chocs (30) fixée fermement à ladite section de base rigide (21) ;
    ledit protecteur d'extrémité de noyau d'enroulement (20) possédant un diamètre externe globalement égal à un diamètre externe de noyau d'enroulement, et un diamètre interne globalement égal à un diamètre interne de noyau d'enroulement ;
    ladite section de base rigide (21) étant fabriquée à partir d'un matériau du groupe constitué de métaux ou de polymères rigides à duromètre élevé ; et ladite section d'absorption de chocs de protecteur d'extrémité (30) étant fabriquée à partir du groupe constitué de polymères de duromètre plus doux ou de matériaux élastomères, lesdits matériaux étant caractérisés par une ténacité de surface, une flexibilité globale lors d'un impact et une résistance élevée au fluage et à la compression du matériau sous charge ;
    ladite section de base rigide possédant une pluralité de trous (22) formés à l'intérieur de celle-ci, chacun desdits trous (22) étant adapté pour recevoir un élément de fixation (29) pour maintenir la section de base rigide (21) directement à l'extrémité du noyau d'enroulement (11) ;
    ladite section absorbant les chocs (30) possédant une pluralité de cavités pour permettre auxdits éléments de fixation de passer à travers et de mettre en prise la section de base rigide avec l'extrémité du noyau d'enroulement ; et
    caractérisé en ce que la section absorbant les chocs comprend une pluralité de protubérances (32) avec un espace entre chaque protubérance adjacente (32), et d'une pluralité de trous (31) formés entre les protubérances (32) pour permettre auxdits éléments de fixation de passer à travers et de mettre en prise la section de base rigide (21) avec l'extrémité du noyau d'enroulement (11).
