Claims (13)

  1. Sac à dos (10) comprenant :
    un corps de sac à dos (14) destiné à être placé de manière adjacente à un dos d'un utilisateur du sac à dos lorsque le sac à dos est porté par l'utilisateur, le corps de sac à dos (14) étant fait d'une étoffe souple et comprenant au moins un intérieur creux qui forme un compartiment de corps (16) pouvant être fermé, destiné à recevoir des articles dans celui-ci ;
    des bretelles (32) destinées à être placées pardessus une épaule de l'utilisateur lorsque le sac à dos est porté par l'utilisateur, les bretelles (32) étant attachées au corps de sac à dos (14) au niveau d'une partie supérieure du sac à dos, telle que définie lorsque le sac à dos est porté par l'utilisateur, et s'étendant vers le bas en s'éloignant de la partie supérieure ;
    une sangle formant poignée de portage (40) destinée à être saisie par une main de l'utilisateur pour prendre le sac à dos, la sangle formant poignée de portage (40) étant placée au niveau de la partie supérieure du sac à dos et attachée au corps de sac à dos (14), la sangle formant poignée de portage (40) comprenant un intérieur creux et une fermeture (42) de façon à former un compartiment de rangement de housse de pluie (46) pouvant être ouvert de manière sélective, le compartiment de rangement de housse de pluie (46) étant séparé du compartiment de corps (16) du corps de sac à dos et situé à l'extérieur de celui-ci afin d'éviter une éventuelle contamination du compartiment de corps (16) du corps de sac à dos depuis le compartiment de rangement de housse de pluie (46) ; et
    une housse de pluie (48) conçue et dimensionnée pour couvrir au moins le corps de sac à dos (14), la housse de pluie (48) ayant au moins un état déployé, dans lequel la housse de pluie s'étend depuis la partie supérieure vers le bas afin de couvrir la totalité du corps de sac à dos (14) pour protéger de la pluie le corps de sac à dos et les articles se trouvant à l'intérieur du corps de sac à dos lorsque le sac à dos est porté par l'utilisateur sous la pluie, et la housse de pluie (48) ayant au moins un état rangé à l'intérieur du compartiment de rangement de housse de pluie (46) de la sangle formant poignée de portage (40) afin de former un rembourrage au niveau de la sangle formant poignée de portage lorsque la main de l'utilisateur saisit la sangle formant poignée de portage pour prendre le sac à dos.
  2. Sac à dos selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la sangle formant poignée de portage est attachée au corps de sac à dos et est espacée des bretelles, la fermeture (42) de la sangle formant poignée de portage comprenant une fermeture à crémaillère (44) qui ferme de manière sélective une ouverture située au niveau d'une partie supérieure de la sangle formant poignée de portage, telle que définie lorsque le sac à dos est porté par l'utilisateur, une partie inférieure de la sangle formant poignée de portage étant destinée à entrer en prise avec la main de l'utilisateur lorsque la sangle formant poignée de portage est saisie par la main de l'utilisateur pour prendre le sac à dos, et la housse de pluie, dans l'état rangé, forme le rembourrage au niveau de la sangle formant poignée de portage.
  3. Sac à dos selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les bretelles, la sangle formant poignée de portage et la housse de pluie sont conçues de telle sorte que la housse de pluie est séparée de l'utilisation et du fonctionnement des bretelles à la fois dans l'état rangé et dans l'état déployé de la housse de pluie.
  4. Sac à dos selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la sangle formant poignée de portage, et son compartiment de rangement de housse de pluie, et le corps de sac à dos sont conçus de telle sorte que la main de l'utilisateur s'étend entre la sangle formant poignée de portage et le corps de sac à dos pour saisir la sangle formant poignée de portage, son compartiment de rangement de housse de pluie et la housse de pluie lorsque la housse de pluie se trouve dans l'état rangé à l'intérieur du compartiment de rangement de housse de pluie.
  5. Sac à dos selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la sangle formant poignée de portage, et son compartiment de rangement de housse de pluie, et le corps de sac à dos sont conçus de telle sorte que la housse de pluie ne s'étend pas dans le corps de sac à dos lorsque la housse de pluie se trouve dans l'état rangé.
  6. Sac à dos selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la sangle formant poignée de portage, et son compartiment de rangement de housse de pluie, et le corps de sac à dos sont conçus de telle sorte qu'il n'y a pas d'accès au corps de sac à dos pour faire passer la housse de pluie de l'état rangé à l'état déployé.
  7. Sac à dos selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la sangle formant poignée de portage, et son compartiment de rangement de housse de pluie, et la housse de pluie sont conçus de telle sorte que, lorsqu'elle se trouve dans l'état rangé, la housse de pluie ne gêne pas l'accès à la sangle formant poignée de portage ni son utilisation.
  8. Sac à dos selon la revendication 1, comprenant, en outre, des moyens de fermeture pour assujettir la housse de pluie étroitement autour du corps de sac à dos.
  9. Sac à dos selon la revendication 8, dans lequel les moyens de fermeture comprennent une fermeture à cordon élastique et/ou une fermeture à cordon de serrage avec autobloqueur.
  10. Sac à dos selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la housse de pluie est raccordée à une partie intérieure du compartiment de rangement.
  11. Sac à dos selon la revendication 10, dans lequel la housse de pluie reste fixée à la sangle formant poignée de portage lorsqu'elle se trouve dans l'état déployé.
  12. Sac à dos selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la housse de pluie est à la fois une housse de sac et une capuche (50).
  13. Sac à dos selon la revendication 12, dans lequel la housse de pluie est raccordée à une partie intérieure du compartiment de rangement.
