Claims (10)

  1. Capsule de portion comprenant un récipient extérieur (2) avec un couvercle (4) et une chambre (8) formée à l'intérieur du récipient, contenant une substance soluble et un axe central (10), comprenant un élément d'injection (3) qui délimite la chambre (8) vers un côté couvercle ou vers un côté fond et qui comporte au moins un orifice d'injection (7), caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'injection comporte une saillie (6) disposée de manière centrale par rapport à l'axe central (10) et orientée vers l'intérieur de la capsule, et en ce que le au moins un orifice d'injection est formé dans la saillie (6), et en ce que l'ouverture d'injection est conçue de telle sorte que le liquide acheminé à travers celle-ci en direction de la chambre est injecté dans la chambre sous forme d'un jet qui s'étend dans un plan passant par l'axe central (10) et selon un angle (90°-a) et non parallèlement à l'axe central.
  2. Capsule de portion selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle l'ouverture d'injection est éloignée de l'axe central de 20 % au maximum du diamètre de la capsule et/ou est conçue de telle sorte que le jet s'étende vers l'axe central.
  3. Capsule de portion selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle l'élément d'injection (3) comporte plusieurs ouvertures d'injection (7).
  4. Capsule de portion selon la revendication 3, dans laquelle l'élément d'injection (3) comporte trois ouvertures d'injection (7).
  5. Capsule de portion selon la revendication 3 ou 4, dans laquelle les ouvertures d'injection (7) sont réparties uniformément dans le sens circonférentiel.
  6. Capsule de portion selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la saillie (6) est de forme conique.
  7. Capsule de portion selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle l'angle (90°-a) par rapport à l'axe central (10) est compris entre 45° et 75°, en particulier entre 60° et 70°.
  8. Capsule de portion selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le diamètre de l'ouverture d'injection (7) est compris entre 0,5 mm et 2 mm, en particulier entre 0,8 mm et 1,5 mm.
  9. Capsule de portion selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle l'élément d'injection (3) est conçu comme un élément séparé du récipient (2) et du couvercle (4), fixé au récipient et/ou au couvercle, de sorte qu'un espace d'injection (5) se forme entre le couvercle de la capsule et l'élément d'injection ou, en variante, entre le fond de la capsule et l'élément d'injection.
  10. Capsule de portion selon l'une des revendications précédentes, la substance soluble étant du lait en poudre.
