Abstract

Ein Set, umfassend einen Beschlag (1) mit einem Grundkörper (2) zur Befestigung an einer Wand (3) und/ oder Tür (4) und mindestens zwei Abdeckkappen (5a, 5'a, 5"a), welche am Grundkörper (2) abnehmbar befestigbar sind, ist im Hinblick auf die Aufgabe, einen Beschlag anzugeben, welcher möglichst zuverlässig und problemlos mit zusätzlichen Komponenten verbindbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine erste am Grundkörper (2) austauschbar befestigbare Abdeckkappe (5a) eine erste Ansichtsoberfläche (6a) aufweist und mindestens eine weitere am Grundkörper (2) austauschbar befestigbare Abdeckkappe (5'a, 5"a) eine weitere Ansichtsoberfläche (6'a, 6"a) aufweist, die sich grafisch, haptisch, farblich und/ oder durch ein Muster oder Bild von der ersten Ansichtsoberfläche (6a) unterscheidet.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Set nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Ein Beschlag ist häufig Teil eines Scharniers oder bildet in einer einstückigen Ausgestaltung ein Scharnier. Ein erster Abschnitt des Beschlags kann an einer beweglichen Tür und ein zweiter Abschnitt des Beschlags kann an einer feststehenden Wand fixiert sein. Die Abschnitte sind mittels eines Gelenks miteinander verbunden oder bilden ein Gelenk.
  • Des Weiteren sind starre Beschläge bekannt, die als Halterung dienen oder einer Halterung zugeordnet sind. Die Halterung fixiert eine Wand, insbesondere eine Glas- oder Kunststoffwand. Solche Beschläge können beispielsweise Haltestangen oder Leisten zugeordnet sein und eine Wand nach Art einer Klammer umgreifen.
  • Die zuvor genannten Beschläge finden insbesondere in Duschkabinen an Duschabtrennungen, nämlich an Glas- oder Kunststoffwänden, Verwendung. Sobald ein solcher Beschlag montiert und eine schwere Tür aus Glas eingehängt und/ oder starr montiert ist, sind Nachrüstungen oder Veränderungen an dem Beschlag nur schwer durchführbar, weil dieser häufig in aufwendiger Weise ausgebaut werden muss, um Veränderungen an diesem vorzunehmen.
  • In der Praxis besteht aber häufig der Bedarf, einen Beschlag an seine Umgebung insbesondere optisch aber auch haptisch anzupassen, wenn sich die Umgebung nach der Montage des Beschlags geändert hat. Des Weiteren besteht der Bedarf, einen Beschlag schon werksseitig problemlos an die Anforderungen am Montageort anpassen zu können.
  • Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zu Grunde, einen Beschlag anzugeben, welcher möglichst zuverlässig und problemlos mit zusätzlichen Komponenten verbindbar ist.
  • Die vorliegende Erfindung löst die zuvor genannte Aufgabe durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1.
  • Erfindungsgemäß ist erkannt worden, dass eine Mehrzahl von Abdeckkappen verwendet werden kann, um die optische Erscheinung eines Beschlags nach dessen Montage zu verändern. Die Abdeckkappen sind Teil eines modularen Systems, welches einen Typ eines Grundkörpers als Basis umfasst, an dem verschiedene Abdeckkappen austauschbar befestigbar sind. Erfindungsgemäß werden die Abdeckkappen genutzt, welche das Innere des Grundkörpers zumindest teilweise verdecken können. Schrauben oder ähnliche Mittel, mit denen der Grundkörper an einer Tür oder Wand befestigt werden kann, werden erfindungsgemäß nicht nur durch die Abdeckkappen verdeckt, sondern zugleich werden die Abdeckkappen als Mittel genutzt, um die Optik und die Eigenschaften des Beschlags zu verändern.
  • Mindestens eine Abdeckkappe könnte vom Grundkörper durch eine Nut zumindest teilweise oder abschnittsweise abgesetzt sein. Eine Nut erlaubt das Ergreifen der Abdeckkappe mit einem Werkzeug, beispielsweise mit einem Schraubendreher, um diese vom Grundkörper zu lösen. Bevorzugt ist die Abdeckkappe vollständig von einer umlaufenden Nut umgeben.
  • Mindestens eine Abdeckkappe könnte vom Grundkörper zumindest teilweise aufgenommen und von diesem zumindest teilweise umgeben sein. Hierdurch verschwindet die Abdeckkappe nahezu innerhalb des Grundkörpers, so dass im Wesentlichen nur die Ansichtsoberfläche sichtbar bleibt. Die Abdeckkappe wird so besonders stabil im Grundkörper gehalten.
  • Mindestens eine Ansichtsoberfläche einer Abdeckkappe könnte mit dem Grundkörper fluchten. Hierdurch wird eine ebene Fläche oder Ebene geschaffen, an der keine Gegenstände in störender Weise hängenbleiben können.
  • Mindestens eine Ansichtsoberfläche könnte sich im Material, der Farbe, der Oberflächenstruktur und/ oder der Haptik von dem Material, der Farbe, der Oberflächenstruktur und/ oder Haptik des Grundkörpers unterscheiden. Hierdurch kann das Gewicht oder das optische Reflexionsvermögen des Beschlags verändert werden.
  • Mindestens eine Ansichtsoberfläche könnte sich im Material, der Farbe, der Oberflächenstruktur und/ oder der Haptik von dem Material, der Farbe, der Oberflächenstruktur und/ oder Haptik des Grundkörpers nicht unterscheiden. Hierdurch können die Materialeigenschaften, wie beispielsweise Rostunempfindlichkeit oder Abriebverhalten des Beschlags, abschnittsweise durch geeignete Abdeckkappen eingestellt und langfristig erhalten werden. Der Grundkörper könnte zwei Abschnitte aufweisen, die ein Scharnier bilden und relativ zueinander verschwenkbar sind. So kann der Beschlag einerseits an einer beweglichen Tür und andererseits an einer feststehenden Wand angeordnet werden. Die Wand und/ oder die Tür sind bevorzugt aus Glas oder einem transparenten Kunststoff gefertigt. Besonders bevorzugt findet das Set Verwendung im Sanitärbereich, insbesondere in einer Duschkabine oder an einer Badewanne.
  • Die Abdeckkappe könnte kraft-, form- und/ oder stoffschlüssig mit dem Grundkörper reversibel verbindbar sein. Hierdurch ist ein leichter Austausch der Abdeckkappe möglich. Die Abdeckkappe könnte mit dem Grundkörper verschraubt, verrastet oder in diesen eingeclipst sein. Auch ein geeigneter Klebstoff kann zur Befestigung der Abdeckkappe am Grundkörper verwendet werden, sofern dieser ein Lösen der Abdeckkappe vom Grundkörper zulässt.
  • Der Grundkörper könnte aus Aluminium gefertigt sein. Hierdurch ist der Beschlag relativ leicht und rostunempfindlich.
  • Die Abdeckkappe könnte eine Acrylschicht und/ oder einen Schaum aufweisen. Eine Acrylschicht lässt sich leicht bearbeiten. Ein Schaum ist leicht deformierbar und lässt sich daher relativ leicht kraftschlüssig im Grundkörper aufnehmen.
  • Gerade im Sanitärbereich besteht ein Bedarf nach leicht nach- oder umrüstbaren Beschlägen, um aufwendige und Schmutz erzeugende Arbeiten zu vermeiden. Daher wird das Set bevorzugt im Sanitärbereich verwendet.
  • Vor diesem Hintergrund könnten mehr als drei Abdeckkappen oder eine Vielzahl von Abdeckkappen vorliegen oder bereitgestellt sein, deren Ansichtsoberflächen sich alle voneinander unterscheiden. So können Beschläge individuell ausgestaltet und/ oder der jeweiligen Umgebung angepasst werden.

  • Fig. 1 zeigt ein Set, umfassend einen Beschlag 1 mit einem Grundkörper 2 zur Befestigung an einer Wand 3 und einer Tür 4 und drei Abdeckkappen 5a, 5b, 5c, welche am Grundkörper 2 abnehmbar befestigbar sind. Der Grundkörper 2 ist an der Wand 3 und an der Tür 4 angeschraubt.
  • Eine erste am Grundkörper 2 austauschbar befestigbare Abdeckkappe 5a weist eine erste Ansichtsoberfläche 6a auf, und mindestens eine zweite am Grundkörper 2 austauschbar befestigbare Abdeckkappe 5'a weist eine zweite Ansichtsoberfläche 6'a auf, die sich grafisch, haptisch, farblich und durch ein Muster oder Bild von der ersten Ansichtsoberfläche 6a unterscheidet.
  • Das Set umfasst noch eine dritte am Grundkörper 2 austauschbar befestigbare Abdeckkappe 5"a, welche eine dritte Ansichtsoberfläche 6"a aufweist, die sich grafisch, haptisch, farblich und durch ein Muster oder Bild von der ersten Ansichtsoberfläche 6a und von der zweiten Ansichtsoberfläche 6'a unterscheidet.
  • Selbstverständlich können noch weitere Abdeckkappen mit weiteren Mustern vorliegen und Teile des Sets sein. Dies ist in Fig. 1 oben rechts schematisch dargestellt. Es ist konkret dargestellt, dass mehr als drei Abdeckkappen 5a, 5'a, 5"a oder eine Vielzahl von Abdeckkappen vorliegen oder bereitgestellt sind, deren Ansichtsoberflächen 6a, 6'a, 6"a sich alle voneinander unterscheiden.
  • Jede Abdeckkappe 5a, 5b, 5c ist vom Grundkörper 2 durch eine Nut 7 zumindest teilweise oder abschnittsweise abgesetzt. Am Grundkörper 2 gemäß Fig. 1 sind drei unterschiedlich große Abdeckkappen 5a, 5b, 5c angeordnet, von denen jede austauschbar bzw. ersetzbar ist. Jede Abdeckkappe 5a, 5b, 5c ist vom Grundkörper 2 zumindest teilweise aufgenommen und von diesem zumindest teilweise umgeben. Jede Ansichtsoberfläche 6a, 6b, 6c jeder Abdeckkappe 5a, 5b, 5c fluchtet mit dem Grundkörper 2.
  • Mindestens eine Ansichtsoberfläche 6'a einer zum Austauschen vorgesehenen Abdeckkappe 5'a des Sets unterscheidet sich im Material, der Farbe, der Oberflächenstruktur und der Haptik von dem Material, der Farbe, der Oberflächenstruktur und der Haptik des Grundkörpers 2.
  • Mindestens eine Ansichtsoberfläche 6a der bereits am Grundkörper 2 montierten Abdeckkappe 5a munterscheidet sich im Material, der Farbe, der Oberflächenstruktur und der Haptik nicht von dem Material, der Farbe, der Oberflächenstruktur und der Haptik des Grundkörpers 2.

Die Nut 7 ist Teil des Grundkörpers 2. Es sind Bohrungen oder Löcher 8 vorgesehen, in die eine zum Austausch vorgesehene Abdeckkappe 5'a, 5"b eingeschraubt oder eingesteckt werden kann. Hierzu können Stifte vorgesehen sein, die von der Abdeckkappe 5'a, 5"b abragen. Die Abdeckkappe 5'a, 5"b kann in den Grundkörper 2 eingerastet oder eingeclipst werden. Stifte können jedoch auch vom Grundkörper 2 abragen und in die Abdeckkappe 5'a, 5"a eingreifen.

Claims (12)

  1. Set, umfassend einen Beschlag (1) mit einem Grundkörper (2) zur Befestigung an einer Wand (3) und/ oder Tür (4) und mindestens zwei Abdeckkappen (5a, 5'a, 5"a), welche am Grundkörper (2) abnehmbar befestigbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine erste am Grundkörper (2) austauschbar befestigbare Abdeckkappe (5a) eine erste Ansichtsoberfläche (6a) aufweist und mindestens eine weitere am Grundkörper (2) austauschbar befestigbare Abdeckkappe (5'a, 5"a) eine weitere Ansichtsoberfläche (6'a, 6"a) aufweist, die sich grafisch, haptisch, farblich und/ oder durch ein Muster oder Bild von der ersten Ansichtsoberfläche (6a) unterscheidet.
  2. Set nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Abdeckkappe (5a, 5'a, 5"a) vom Grundkörper (2) durch eine Nut (7) zumindest teilweise oder abschnittsweise abgesetzt ist.
  3. Set nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Abdeckkappe (5a, 5'a, 5"a) vom Grundkörper (2) zumindest teilweise aufgenommen und von diesem zumindest teilweise umgeben ist.
  4. Set nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Ansichtsoberfläche (6a, 6'a, 6"a) einer Abdeckkappe (5a, 5'a, 5"a) mit dem Grundkörper (2) fluchtet.
  5. Set nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Ansichtsoberfläche (6'a, 6"b) sich im Material, der Farbe, der Oberflächenstruktur und/ oder der Haptik von dem Material, der Farbe, der Oberflächenstruktur und/ oder Haptik des Grundkörpers (2) unterscheidet.
  6. Set nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Ansichtsoberfläche (6a) sich im Material, der Farbe, der Oberflächenstruktur und/ oder der Haptik von dem Material, der Farbe, der Oberflächenstruktur und/ oder Haptik des Grundkörpers (2) nicht unterscheidet.
  7. Set nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (2) zwei Abschnitte (2a, 2b) aufweist, die ein Scharnier bilden und relativ zueinander verschwenkbar sind.
  8. Set nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckkappe (5a, 5'a, 5"a) kraft-, form- und/ oder stoffschlüssig mit dem Grundkörper (2) reversibel verbindbar ist.
  9. Set nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (2) aus Aluminium gefertigt ist.
  10. Set nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckkappe (5'a, 5"a) eine Acrylschicht und/ oder einen Schaum aufweist.
  11. Set nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehr als drei Abdeckkappen (5a, 5'a, 5"a) oder eine Vielzahl von Abdeckkappen vorliegen oder bereitgestellt sind, deren Ansichtsoberflächen (6a, 6'a, 6"a) sich alle voneinander unterscheiden.
  12. Abdeckkappe zur Verwendung in einem Set nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche.
