Abstract

Description

Verfahren zum Zusammenbau einer Wasserpumpe
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Zusammenbau einer Wasserpumpe mit einem Pumpenrad, angetrieben von einer Elektromaschine, umfassend einen Gehäusedeckel und ein Spiralgehäuse mit einem Einlass und einem Auslass und einer Manschette, in der ein Stator und ein Rotor der Elektromaschine
untergebracht sind, und eine Elektronikplatine, die an der Seite abseits vom Pumpenrad montiert ist und vom Deckelgehäuse abgedeckt ist, wobei das
Statorpaket Übergossen ist.
Stand der Technik
Im Allgemeinen schließen Wasserpumpen einen Stator und einen Rotor ein. Der Rotor steht mit einem Pumpenrad in Kommunikation, um ein Fluid zu bewegen. Das Fluid tritt in die Pumpe durch einen Einlass in einem Spiralgehäuse ein, kommt mit einem Pumpenrad in Kontakt und wird durch einen Auslass im
Spiralgehäuse bewegt. Der Rotor und der Stator sind innerhalb eines Gehäuses enthalten, das mit dem Spiralgehäuse in Verbindung steht. Im Allgemeinen sind der Rotor und der Stator durch einen magnetischen Luftspalt getrennt, und der Rotor und der Stator schließen Seltenerdmetalle ein, so dass der magnetische Luftspalt zwischen dem Rotor und dem Stator überbrückt werden kann, so dass der Rotor während der Verwendung rotiert wird und so dass der Rotor, der Stator oder beide während der Verwendung von den Fluiden isoliert sein können und den Betrieb aufrechterhalten können. Die Verwendung von Seltenerdmetallen kann jedoch durch die Fluide beschädigt werden, so dass die Seltenerdmetalle eine zusätzliche Verpackung erfordern, damit ein Schaden verhindert werden kann. US 9360015 B1 offenbart eine elektrische Wasserpumpe und insbesondere eine elektrische Wasserpumpe mit einer verbesserten nassen Laufbuchse, so dass die Wasserpumpe kein Gehäuse aufweist. Die elektrische Wasserpumpe schließt einen Pumpenrotor mit einer Welle ein. Eine nasse Laufbuchse umgibt den Rotor und weist einen Deckel, eine Buchse, in der der Rotor untergebracht ist und eine Aufnahme in Kommunikation mit der Welle des Rotors auf, so dass die Aufnahme das Stützen der Welle eines Stators unterstützt. Die nasse Laufbuchse und der Rotor sind von einem Spiralgehäuse umgeben, das einen oberen Abschnitt des Rotors, der nassen Laufbuchse und des Stators abdeckt. Die elektrische
Wasserpumpe schließt weiterhin eine Gummimanschette ein, die einen unteren Abschnitt des Rotors, der nassen Laufbuchse und des Stators abdeckt und mit dem eine Abdeckung bildenden Spiralgehäuse in Kommunikation steht.
Ziel der Erfindung ist das Bereitstellen einer Wasserpumpe mit einer optimierten Konstruktionsweise, die in der Lage ist, auf sichere Weise und einfach
zusammengesetzt zu werden.
Die bereitgestellte Lösung ist ein Verfahren zum Zusammenbau einer
Wasserpumpe mit einem Pumpenrad, angetrieben von einer Elektromaschine, umfassend einen Gehäusedeckel und ein Spiralgehäuse mit einem Einlass und einem Auslass und eine Manschette, in der ein Stator und ein Rotor der
Elektromaschine untergebracht sind, und eine Elektronikplatine, die an der Seite abseits vom Pumpenrad montiert ist und vom Deckelgehäuse abgedeckt ist, wobei die Manschette einen sich radial erstreckenden Rand aufweist, der wenigstens Schlitze umfasst, definiert durch die folgenden Schritte: Verbinden des
Spiralgehäuses mit der Manschette durch Einführen von axialen Haken in die Schlitze der Manschette, Verdrehen des Spiralgehäuses gegen die Manschette zum Fixieren der axialen Haken, Einführen radialer Haken des Deckelgehäuses in dieselben Schlitze.
Die Montage ist einfach zu bewältigen, und die Vorrichtung wird ohne
Schraubprozesse des Klemmens des Teils sicher fixiert. Es ist vorteilhaft, dass die axialen L-förmigen Haken mit den kleineren Schenkeln des L am Rand der Manschette fixiert werden.
Es ist vorteilhaft, dass die axialen Haken mittels die Schlitze umgebenden
Ansätzen geführt werden, so dass die Haken ebenfalls schnell eingeführt werden können.
Das Verdrehen erfolgt in Richtung der Öffnung der schmaleren Schenkel der L- förmigen Haken, um die Haken fest am Rand der Manschette zu fixieren.
Es ist vorteilhaft, dass die Breite der axialen Haken und der radialen Haken gemeinsam genauso breit wie der Schlitz ist, um fest fixiert zu werden und keine radialen oder axialen Bewegungen zu ermöglichen.
Die Erfindung ermöglicht einen Vorrichtungszusammenbau mit reduzierten Teilen und reduziertem Aufwand. Aufgrund der Tatsache, dass Teile vollständig
Übergossen sind, ist der Wärmeaustausch besser. Dies ist ebenso auf die
Tatsache zurückzuführen, dass die Größe reduziert werden kann und das Gewicht der Wasserpumpe im Vergleich zu herkömmlichen mit Druckguss hergestellten Pumpen geringer ist. Die Pumpe weist eine hohe Festigkeit gegenüber
Vibrationen auf.
Beschreibung
Die Erfindung ist in den Figuren und der nachstehenden Beschreibung
beschrieben.

Die Wasserpumpe 2 schließt ein Spiralgehäuse 10, eine Manschette 20 und eine Bandschelle 22, die die Manschette 20 und das Spiralgehäuse 10 befestigt, ein. Das Spiralgehäuse 10 schließt einen Einlass 12 und einen Auslass 14 ein. Das Spiralgehäuse schließt einen Stromversorgungsanschluss 16 ein.
Das Spiralgehäuse 10 ist mit einer Manschette 20 mittels einer Bandschelle 22 verbunden und bildet eine Abdeckung 4, die die internen Komponenten
umschließt und einen Stromversorgungsanschluss 16 zum Unterbringen einer Stromzuleitung 46 einschließt. Die internen Komponenten der gehäuselosen Wasserpumpe 2 schließen einen in die Manschette 20 eingepressten Stator 24 ein. Der Stator 24 umgibt einen Rotor 26. Der Rotor 26 ist vom Stator 24 durch eine nasse Laufbuchse 30 getrennt. Der Rotor 26 und der Stator 24 sind durch einen magnetischen Luftspalt mit einem Abstand (A) getrennt. Die nasse
Laufbuchse 30 verhindert, dass Fluid den Stator 24 berührt. Der Rotor 26 schließt eine Welle 38 und ein Pumpenrad 28 zum Bewegen eines Fluids, wenn das Fluid durch den Einlass 12 eintritt, ein. Das Pumpenrad 28 bewegt das Fluid durch den Auslass 14 für die Verwendung. Eine Elektronikplatine 40 liegt außerhalb der nassen Laufbuchse 30, so dass die Elektronikplatine 40 von allen Flüssigkeiten innerhalb der gehäuselosen Pumpe 2 getrennt ist.
Die Figuren 2 bis 9 zeigen eine Ausführungsform der Wasserpumpe mit reduzierten Teilen, insbesondere ohne nasse Laufbuchse, nach der Erfindung. Die Pumpe 2 weist eine Manschette 20 auf, die verschiedene Funktionen kombiniert: Die Manschette definiert den Außenumfang der Pumpe, deckt den Stator 24 ab und eine nasse Laufbuchsenfunktion aus und bringt einen Rotor 26 unter. Eine Wärmesenke 5 ist in der Manschette 20 montiert, in der eine Rotorwelle 38 gelagert ist. Eine Dichtung 6 in Form eines O-Rings dichtet die Wärmesenke 5 gegen den Innenumfang der Manschette 20 in einer Öffnung 50 ab.
Die Manschette 20 weist die Form eines zylindrischen Rings mit der zylindrischen Öffnung 50 auf der Innenseite auf.
Im Ring befinden sich die Vorrichtungen des Stators in der Öffnung, der Rotor 26 ist um die Welle 38 montiert.
Die Pumpenmanschette wird durch Übergießen des Stators 24 vorbereitet, was Luftspalte zwischen den verschiedenen Komponenten wie Statorpaket 7,
Versorgungspins 9 und Kupferdrähten 8 beseitigt. Das Übergießen erhöht die Wärmeableitung des Stators.
Das Statorpaket 7 wird während des Prozesses mit einem ersten Material M1 Übergossen. Das erste Material ist beispielsweise ein Kunststoffmaterial: PA66 GF30. Das Material ist faserverstärkt und weist eine gute thermische Alterung auf. Das Material M1 sollte eine hohe Steifigkeit und Formbeständigkeit aufweisen und muss für das Herstellen von elektrisch isolierenden Teilen spezifiziert sein.
Nach diesem ersten Schritt des Übergießens des Statorpakets 7 werden die Versorgungspins 9 eingeführt und mit den Drähten verbunden, und die Wicklung der Drähte 8 wird abgeschlossen. Nach der Kontaktierung der Drähte und Pins und einer elektrischen Kontrolle wird das Paket mit einem zweiten Material M2 Übergossen. Das Material M2 ist beispielsweise PPS GF34, das eine gute
Festigkeit gegenüber Alterung, Chemikalien und Bestrahlung aufweist und eine Manschette bildet, die stark und starr ist. Nachdem die Manschette als übergossenes einstückiges Teil vervollständigt ist, wird eine Wärmesenke 5 mit einer Welle 38 entlang des Innenumfangs der Manschette 20 montiert.
Die Wärmesenke 5 ist in der Öffnung 50 mit einem O-Ring 6 gegen die
Manschette abgedichtet.
Alternativ zu der Lösung mit der separaten Wärmesenke 5 kann die Unterseite der Manschette eine Lagerung für die Welle 38 einschließend durch den Gussprozess geschlossen werden.
Diese geschlossene Lösung kann angewendet werden, wenn Temperaturen unter etwa 90° liegen, um einen Bestandteil zu erzeugen, der die Notwendigkeit zur Abdichtung verringert.
Eine Elektronikplatine 40 ist an der Oberfläche der Manschette 20 an der
Wärmesenke 5 abseits vom Abschnitt des Pumpenrads 28 montiert.
Das Volumen an um die Elektronikplatine 40 eingeschlossener Luft wird reduziert. Dies führt zu einer Erhöhung des Wärmeübergangskoeffizienten und einer Reduzierung des Gesamtvolumens der Wasserpumpe. In Fällen, wo es notwendig ist, die Volumina mit Kunststoffgussmaterial zu füllen, um die Komponenten zu stabilisieren, kann die Elektronikplatine montiert werden, bevor der letzte
Übergussprozess mit dem Material M2 stattfindet.
Die Elektronikplatine und ein erster Abschnitt P1 der Länge L der Manschette ist durch einen Abschnitt eines Gehäusedeckels 41 abgedeckt, ein zweiter Abschnitt P2 der Länge L der Manschette ist durch einen Abschnitt eines Spiralgehäuses 10 abgedeckt. Das Spiralgehäuse und das Deckelgehäuse sind mit O-Ringen gegen den Außenumfang der Manschette abgedichtet. In Figur 6 werden die beiden zentralen Abschnitte, die Manschette 20 und die Wärmesenke 6, gezeigt. Fig. 6a zeigt in einer Explosionsdarstellung die aus einem Kunststoffgussmaterial hergestellte Manschette mit einer zylindrischen Öffnung 50. Die in Fig. 6c in einem Querschnitt entlang A-A aus Fig. 6b deutlicher zu sehende Öffnung 50 ist angepasst, um auf einer Seite durch die Wärmesenke 5 wie in Fig. 6d gezeigt geschlossen zu werden. Fig. 6e ist der Zustand nach dem Installieren der Wärmesenke 5 mit der Abdichtung 6 in der Öffnung der
Manschette. Fig. 6f zeigt eine Ansicht von der Unterseite der Manschette nach Installation der Wärmesenke. Bei der Ausführungsform von Figur 6 wird im
Übergussprozess des Stators 24 ein Rand 43 mit eingegossen.
Der Rand 43 umgibt den gesamten Umfang der Manschette 20 und erstreckt sich im Vergleich zum Durchmesser der Manschette auf einen größeren Durchmesser. Der Rand ist Teil der Montage- und Fixierungsvorrichtungen, die im weiteren Verlauf erörtert werden. Der Rand 43 schließt in dieser Ausführungsform vier Ansätze 42 ein, die Schlitze 44 im Rand umgeben. Die Schlitze sind entlang einer radialen Länge angeordnet und folgen den Radien der Manschette. Die Ansätze 42 sind als die Schlitze 44 am Außenumfang des Rands und teilweise zwei Endflächen des Schlitzes umgebende Wände ausgebildet.
In den Figuren 4 und 5 sind Teile der gesamten Wasserpumpe in einer
Explosionszeichnung dargestellt. Auf der rechten Seite ist das Spiralgehäuse 10 als Teil der endgültigen Wasserpumpe gezeigt. Dieses Spiralgehäuse 10 umfasst axiale Haken 1 1 , die an dem Außenumfang der Vorrichtung angeordnet sind. Die axialen Haken 1 1 werden durch Hakenstrukturen 52 definiert, die wie ein L gebildet sind und wobei die Haken sich entlang des Durchmessers des
Spiralgehäuses 10 erstrecken. Die Öffnungen der Hakenstrukturen 52 sind so um den Durchmesser angeordnet, dass die Hakenöffnungen, die Richtung der kleineren Schenkel der L von zwei nebeneinander liegenden axialen Haken jeweils von einander beabstandet in dieselbe Richtung ausgerichtet sind. Die Haken 1 1 erhöhen den Durchmesser des Spiralgehäuses nicht, sondern erstrecken sich nur entlang der Axialrichtung.
Zum Zusammenbauen der Wasserpumpe weist die Manschette 20 den Rand 43 mit den Schlitzen 44 auf. Das Deckelgehäuse 41 ist mit radialen Haken 45 konstruiert, wobei die Öffnungen der radialen Haken radial außerhalb des Durchmessers des Deckelgehäuses 41 ausgerichtet sind.
Die radialen Haken sind mittels Laschen 53 montiert, die an der Außenseite des Deckelgehäuses fixiert sind und eine definierte Flexibilität bereitstellen.
Normalerweise werden die radialen Haken mit dem Deckelgehäuse in einem Schritt gegossen.
In Fig. 7, 8 und 9 wird der Montageprozess der Wasserpumpe erklärt.
In einem ersten Schritt wird das Spiralgehäuse 10 mit den axialen Haken 1 1 auf die Manschette 20 aufgesetzt, und die axialen Haken 1 1 treten in die Schlitze des Rands 43 der Manschette ein. Für ein leichtes Einführen weisen die Schlitze 44 Ränder 42 auf, um die axialen Haken 1 1 besser zu führen. Das Einführen der Haken 1 1 erfolgt so tief, dass die kleineren Schenkel der L-förmigen axialen Haken vollständig durch die Schlitze eingeführt werden. Die Schlitze sind hinreichend breit, um die Haken leicht aufzunehmen.
Dieses Einführen wird zudem dadurch unterstützt, dass die Haken ausgebildet sind, um der Umfangskontur des Spiralgehäuses zu folgen, Fig. 8a, 8b.
In einem zweiten Schritt werden die beiden Teile, Manschette 20 und
Spiralgehäuse 10, entlang ihrer Mittelachse in Richtung der Hakenöffnungen verdreht, so dass der kleinere Schenkel der L-förmigen axialen Haken den Rand der Manschette überlappt, wie in Fig. 8c sichtbar. Somit ist das Spiralgehäuse an der Manschette fixiert.
Der Schlitz 44 im Rand 43 verbleibt ausreichend breit, um in der Lage zu sein, an den radialen Haken 45 des Deckelgehäuses 41 als Schnappverschluss einzuschnappen.
Die radialen Haken 45 sind flexibel, und es ist möglich, sie durch den
verbleibenden Raum im Schlitz 44 zu drücken, damit sie durch die sich auswärts erstreckenden Hakenvorsprünge fixiert werden.
Das Montage- und Fixierverfahren funktioniert mit den zwei Hakentypen in den zwei Abdeckungsteilen, die zusammen eine Breite b1 und b2 aufweisen, um den Raum in den Schlitzen im Rand auszufüllen.
Die Haken des Deckelgehäuses blockieren eine Rotation des Spiralgehäuses zurück zur ursprünglichen Montageposition und schließen den Wasserpumpen- Zusammenbauprozess ab.

Claims

PATENTANSPRÜCHE
1 . Verfahren zum Zusammenbau einer Wasserpumpe (2) mit einem
Pumpenrad (28), angetrieben von einer Elektromaschine, umfassend einen Gehäusedeckel (41 ) und ein Spiralgehäuse (10) mit einem Einlass (12) und einem Auslass (14) und eine Manschette (20), in der ein Stator (24) und ein Rotor (26) der Elektromaschine untergebracht sind, und eine Elektronikplatine (40), die an der Seite abseits vom Pumpenrad (28) montiert ist und vom Deckelgehäuse (41 ) abgedeckt ist, wobei die Manschette (20) einen sich radial erstreckenden Rand (43) aufweist, der wenigstens Schlitze (44) umfasst, definiert durch die folgenden Schritte:
• Verbinden des Spiralgehäuses (10) mit der Manschette (20) durch
Einführen von axialen Haken (1 1 ) in die Schlitze (44) der Manschette
• Verdrehen des Spiralgehäuses (10) gegen die Manschette (20), um die axialen Haken (1 1 ) zu fixieren,
• Einführen von radialen Haken (45) des Deckelgehäuses (41 ) in dieselben Schlitze (44).
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 , wobei die axialen L-förmigen Haken (1 1 ) mit den kleineren Schenkeln des L am Rand (43) der Manschette (29) fixiert werden.
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die axialen Haken (1 1 ) von Ansätzen (42) geführt werden, die die Schlitze (44) umgeben.
4. Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Verdrehen in Richtung der Öffnung der kleineren Schenkel der L-förmigen Haken (1 1 ) erfolgt.
5. Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die radialen Haken (45) von Ansätzen (42) geführt werden, die die Schlitze (44) und die axialen Haken (1 1 ) umgeben.
6. Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Breite der axialen Haken (1 1 ) und der radialen Haken (45) gemeinsam so breit wie der Schlitz (44) ist.
7. Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Statorpaket (7) mit einem ersten Kunststoffmaterial (M1 ) Übergossen ist und wenigstens das Statorpaket (7), die Drähte (8) und Pins (9) vor dem Zusammenbau der anderen Teile mit einem zweiten Kunststoffmaterial (M2) Übergossen werden, um eine zylindrische Ringmanschette (20) und eine Wärmesenke (5), die eine zylindrische Öffnung (50) der Manschette (20) abdichtet, zu bilden.
