Definitions

  • the invention relates to a shaft arrangement according to the preamble of the independent patent claim.
  • the invention relates to a self-levelling manhole arrangement with running cover or base course integration.
  • Shaft arrangements are known and published in various embodiments.
  • Conventional manhole arrangements include a manhole, which is usually composed of several manhole rings and allows access to an underground object running vertically.
  • a manhole provided in a street for access to a sewer can be mentioned as an example, the manhole being covered by a manhole cover.
  • the international registration WO 8204276 A1 discloses a construction in which a shield-shaped support member is movably mounted relative to a tubular portion of a manhole cover.
  • EP 0278 325 A1 shows a frame for a manhole cover with an annular extension cast into the bonded facing.
  • the pamphlets DE 29708650 U1 , NL 6502680 and GB2007286A2 show other constructions for holding a manhole cover.
  • the manhole covers are installed flush with the surrounding surface.
  • the problem arises with conventional shaft arrangements that relative movements, for example caused by driving on the road or by thermal stresses, settlements, etc offset of the manhole cover from the surrounding surface.
  • the manhole cover will tilt or subside, or the manhole cover will overhang the surrounding surface.
  • a common construction to reduce this effect is a horizontal ring that is placed on the unbound base course before the manhole cover is installed.
  • This ring is usually made of steel and serves as a support for the manhole cover.
  • the ring is then covered from above by the bound top layer so that it is bound horizontally between the bound top layer and the unbound base layer.
  • a layer or a layer structure is referred to as a bonded top layer, which is designed or acts as a bonded base layer, as a bituminous bonded base layer and/or asphalt layer.
  • the covering layer can also comprise or be a plaster layer or concrete layer.
  • the object of the invention is now to overcome the problems of the prior art and in particular to create a manhole arrangement in which the manhole cover is arranged in a predetermined position and in particular flush with the surface of the cover layer and remains in place for long periods of time.
  • the support device has at least one support extension projecting outwards in the radial direction from the area of the support surface, and that the upper surface of the support extension is arranged lower in the outer area of the support extension, in particular in the area of its tip, than in the inner area, in particular lower than in the area of the support surface.
  • “arranged lower” means in particular “further below the surface” in the intended installation position.
  • the upper surface of the support extension runs obliquely downwards from the inside to the outside. This with the intended installation position.
  • support extensions protrude outwards in different directions and in particular in a star shape, or that the support extension protrudes outwards in a ring shape or cone shape.
  • the support device is mounted in a floating manner on or in the unbound base layer.
  • the at least one support extension of the support device protrudes with its outer area into the unbound base layer in such a way that it is in contact with the unbound base layer both on its upper surface and on its lower surface.
  • the entire support extension of the support device protrudes into the unbound base layer in such a way that it is in contact with the unbound base layer both on its upper surface and on its lower surface.
  • the support device is ring-shaped and that the upper surface of the support extension is conical.
  • the support device or at least the extension is designed in one piece and in particular as a one-piece precast concrete part.
  • the length of the extension from the area of the support surface to the tip is more than 0.5 m, in particular more than 0.75 m or more than 1 m.
  • the length of the extension from the area of the support surface to the tip is less than 2 m, in particular less than 1.5 m, If necessary, it is provided that the entire support device has a dimension or a diameter of more than 1.5 m in the horizontal direction and in particular a dimension or a diameter of 1.5 m to 2.5 m.
  • the support device extends into the area between the upper edge of the shaft and the shaft cover, with the joint possibly being provided between the support device and the upper edge of the shaft.
  • the joint is covered or sealed with an apron or with an elastic element.
  • the shaft has a fixed shaft casing, such as in particular a shaft ring, and if necessary a conical shaft neck in its upper region.
  • the manhole cover comprises a manhole cover which is arranged in a removable or movable manner and if necessary a manhole frame which acts as a support for the manhole cover.
  • the manhole cover includes a fixed, non-removable manhole cover.
  • the bonded surface layer comprises at least one layer bonded with bitumen and preferably an overlying layer of asphalt, a layer of plaster or a layer of concrete.
  • the unbound base layer comprises a preferably consolidated gravel substructure.
  • the invention relates to a self-levelling manhole arrangement with a running base layer integration.
  • the well assembly includes a support device.
  • the manhole cover is attached or supported on this support device.
  • the manhole cover can be attached directly to or on the support device, or other elements, such as a layer of mortar, a sealing layer or the like, can be arranged between the manhole cover and the support device. In a preferred manner, the manhole cover therefore rests directly or indirectly on the support device and is supported in particular on the support device.
  • the support device is positioned below the bonded facing.
  • the bonded cover layer lies at least partially or completely on the top surface of the at least one support extension of the support device.
  • the support extension protrudes into the unbound base layer in such a way that at least its outer area or the entire support extension is surrounded at the top and bottom by the material of the unbound base layer.
  • the support device is at a certain distance from the shaft, in particular from the upper edge of the shaft, as a result of which the shaft and the support device are essentially decoupled from one another.
  • relative movements of the manhole cover and the support device are preferably not transferred to the manhole and movements of the manhole are also not transferred to the support device and the manhole cover.
  • a joint is preferably arranged between the support device and the shaft. This joint can optionally be covered or sealed by an apron or by an elastic element such as a seal. However, this elastic element or this apron is designed in such a way that the decoupling of the shaft from the support device is maintained.
  • the support device has at least one support extension, which extends outwards in the radial direction, for example.
  • the support extension thus projects beyond the manhole cover in the lateral direction.
  • the support extension runs below the cover layer so that it is not visible from the outside or from above in its intended installation position.
  • only the manhole cover extends to the surface, so that only the manhole cover is visible from the outside/above.
  • the support extension serves to anchor and support the support device and thus also the manhole cover in or on the ground.
  • this anchoring is designed in such a way that the manhole cover can move with the bonded cover layer when it is raised or lowered, without severe local deformation to effect the top layer. This is made possible in particular by the special course and the special design of the support extension.
  • the support extension is arranged lower in the outer area than in the inner area.
  • the upper surface of the at least one support extension runs obliquely downwards from the inside to the outside. This increases the distance between the upper surface of the support extension and the surface of the cover layer in the radial direction.
  • the course of the influence of relative movements on the cover layer can also be influenced by this oblique course. This progression thus causes a progressive change in rigidity from the inside to the outside.
  • a running change in the elasticity of that material which is arranged between the support device and the surface of the cover layer can also be brought about in this way.
  • the object according to the invention can be achieved in particular by avoiding abrupt changes in rigidity along the course of the support device.
  • the upper surface of the support extension of the manhole cover runs obliquely from the inner area towards the outer area.
  • the upper surface preferably has an angle of 5° to 20°, in particular between 8° and 12°.
  • At least one support extension is preferably provided.
  • This support extension can, for example, be ring-shaped with a conical upper surface.
  • a ring-shaped supporting extension can also be interrupted or perforated at several points. In particular, this can result in several supporting extensions that protrude laterally and protrude into the unbound base layer.
  • two support extensions can protrude on opposite sides or several support extensions can be arranged in a star shape.
  • the upper surface of the support extension runs essentially continuously, for example as a sloping or curved surface. Steps, paragraphs or waivers can be provided as long as these discontinuities not act on the surface of the top layer.
  • the material arranged between the surface of the cover layer and the surrounding surface of the supporting extension thus causes a distribution of the forces and thus a smoothing of the stiffness profile or the elasticity profile.
  • the apron has a collar which is essentially ring-shaped or strap-shaped and is clamped between the manhole cover and the support device. This pinching of the collar allows the apron to be held in place.
  • the apron extends downwards from the support device and protrudes beyond the joint so that it is covered.
  • the apron can be configured in sections, for example, in the shape of a cylinder.
  • the collar of the apron can also rest on the support device or on a shoulder provided for this purpose without being pinched.
  • base layer 1 cover layer 2, manhole 3, support device 4, joint 5, manhole cover 6, surface (of the cover layer) 7, support surface 8, support extension 9, upper surface 10, outer area 11 , tip 12, inner region 13, upper edge (of the manhole) 14, skirt 15, elastic element 16, manhole casing 17, manhole neck 18, manhole cover 19, manhole frame 20, asphalt layer 21.
  • the shaft can also run at an angle.
  • the shaft arrangement protrudes or runs through an unbound base layer 1 and through a bound cover layer 2.
  • the base layer 1 can be soil and/or gravel, which is preferably consolidated by conventional measures such as shaking.
  • the top layer 2 is designed as a bonded top layer 2, in particular as a bituminous bonded top layer 2.
  • the bound surface layer 2 preferably also comprises an asphalt layer 21.
  • the cover layer 2 has a surface 7 which is arranged on the outside and is used, for example, as a driveway or sidewalk.
  • the manhole arrangement comprises a manhole cover 6.
  • this manhole cover 6 is arranged in such a way that the manhole cover 19 of the manhole cover 6 is essentially flush with the surface 7 of the cover layer 2, or that the manhole cover 19 of the manhole cover 6 is essentially flush with the surface 7 of the cover layer 2 is arranged and in particular lies in one plane with the surface 7 of the cover layer 2 .
  • the manhole cover 6 is supported on a support device 4 .
  • the support device 4 has a support surface 8 on which the manhole cover 6 is supported or attached.
  • the support device 4 comprises at least one support extension 9.
  • the support extension 9 is ring-shaped and extends around the cavity formed by the shaft arrangement.
  • the support extension 9 of the support device 4 includes an overhead surface 10. This is the surface that faces upwards in the intended installation position. In the present embodiment, this upper surface 10 is inclined in such a way that it is at a greater distance from the surface 7 in the outer area 11 of the support extension 9 than in the inner area 13 of the support extension 9.
  • the support extension 9 can be wedge-shaped or at least run obliquely downwards, starting from the inner area 13 , in the direction of the outer area 11 .
  • the 1 is the overhead surface 10 of the support extension 9 in the outer area 11 and in particular in the area of the tip 12 of the support extension 9 lower than in the inner area 13. In the design of the 1 This creates a conical surface.
  • the support extension 9 of the support device 4 protrudes into the unbound base layer 1.
  • the material of the unbound base layer 1 is arranged above and below the support extension 9.
  • a joint 5 is provided or kept free between the manhole 3 and the manhole cover 6 .
  • This joint 5 enables a relative movement of the manhole cover 6 with respect to the manhole 3, in particular a relative movement of the support device 4 with respect to the manhole 3. This enables a relative movement in the vertical direction.
  • an apron 15 is provided to cover or seal the joint 5 .
  • the joint 5 is kept free in particular between the top edge 14 of the shaft 3 and the support device 4 .
  • the shaft 3 can have a conventional design and includes a shaft casing 17 which is formed, for example, by a number of shaft rings.
  • the shaft 3 includes a shaft neck 18 which tapers in the direction of the shaft cover 6 towards the top.
  • the manhole cover 6 comprises an openable manhole cover 19 and a manhole frame 20.

  • FIG 2 shows a further embodiment of a possible shaft arrangement according to the invention.
  • the elements provided with reference symbols correspond to the elements in FIG 1 .
  • an elastic element 16 is arranged in 2 to cover or seal the joint 5 instead of an apron 15.

  • an apron as in 1 be provided.
  • the support extension 9 in particular its upper surface 10, is at least partially in direct contact with the bonded cover layer 2. Nevertheless, the support extension 9 protrudes, in particular in its outer area 11 or with its tip 12 into the unbound base layer 1, so that the material of the unbound base layer 1 is arranged above and below the tip 12 of the support extension 9. In the inner region 13 of the support extension 9 of the support device 4, however, the bonded cover layer 2 lies directly on the upper surface 10 of the support extension 9.
  • the entire upper surface 10 of the support extension 9 of the support device 4 is in direct contact with the bound cover layer 2, so that the support extension 9 is only on its underside or possibly on its outside with the unbound base layer 1 is in contact.
  • the upper surface 10 in the outer area 11 or in the area of the tip 12 is arranged lower than in the inner area 13.
