Moreover, the indexing nut 95 is in thread engagement with the indexing rod 9 by means of a thread 98. On its end directed to the pedestal 1, the indexing nut 95 has a stopper collar 97 having a tapered section and scale means.
  • the indexing nut 95 is movable together with the indexing head 91 when the indexing head is moved by means of the indexing rod 9 to an outer side of the pedestal, that is, towards the left side in Fig. 3 and to the right side in Fig. 4 , respectively.
  • recesses 97a (see Fig. 1 ) provided in the stopper collar 97 by means of a tool and rotating the stopper collar 97, a distance between the indexing nut 95 and the indexing head 91 can be appropriately set as is required.
  • a scale means is provided on the indexing nut 95. Since the roll head is moving together with the indexing rod 9, thereby the roll head's 7 distance towards the inner side of the pedestal 1 can be appropriately set as desired.
  • a distance between the indexing head 91 and the stopper collar 97 is rather small. That is, the indexing head 91 is almost fully covering the indexing nut 95.
  • Fig. 4 depicts a situation where the indexing nut 95 has been rotated to such an extent that the distance between the indexing head 91 and the stopper collar 97 is almost extended to the greatest possible distance.

That is, when supplying a corresponding fluid such as hydraulic oil into the annular gap 53 formed between the static part of the roll head 7 and the ferrule 5, a distance between the flange 51 of the ferrule 5 and the flange 73 of the roll head increases (see Fig. 3 ).
  • the indexing nut 95 is rotated such that the stopper collar 97 again approaches the pedestal 1. This rotation is performed until the scale on the indexing nut 95 shows the desired distance. In this state, if the position of the roll head 7 is slightly beyond the desired position (the distance between the inner side of the pedestal 1 and the roll head is too short), there is still a small gap between the stopper collar 97 and the pedestal 1.

Claims (13)

  1. Ein Schuhwalzenendmodul, umfassend:
    einen Sockel (1) mit einem Achsloch (11), das zur Aufnahme einer Achse (3) einer Schuhwalze konfiguriert ist;
    einen Walzenkopf (7), der so konfiguriert ist, dass er ein Band (71) hält; und
    eine an dem Sockel (1) an einer Innenseite des Sockels (1) angebrachte Hülse (5), wobei die Innenseite des Sockels (1) die dem Walzenkopf (7) zugewandte Seite ist, wobei
    der Walzenkopf (7) auf der Hülse (5) axial beweglich gelagert ist.
  2. Schuhwalzenendmodul gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei ein Innendurchmesser der Hülse so konfiguriert ist, dass er einen Achsdurchmesser der Achse (3) übersteigt.
  3. Schuhwalzenendmodul gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei mindestens zwei stangenartige Indexiermittel durch entsprechende Bohrungen (15) im Sockel (1) geführt und in einem vorbestimmten Abstand um das Achsloch (11) in einem gleichen Winkelabstand angeordnet sind und so konfiguriert sind, dass sie den Walzenkopf (7) in Richtung des Sockels (1) bewegen.
  4. Schuhwalzenendmodul gemäß Anspruch 3, wobei
    jedes der Indexiermittel als ein einfach wirkender ringförmiger Zylinder ausgebildet ist, der konfiguriert ist, um den Walzenkopf (7) in Richtung des Sockels (1) zu drängen.
  5. Schuhwalzenendmodul gemäß Anspruch 3, bei dem jedes der Indexiermittel als Schraube ausgebildet ist, wobei
    die Schraube in Gewindeeingriff mit einer in dem Walzenkopf (7) bereitgestellten Gewindebohrung steht und einen Indexierkopf aufweist, der über einen Anschlagkragen (97) in Eingriff mit einer Außenseite des Sockels (1) steht.
  6. Schuhwalzenendmodul gemäß Anspruch 4 oder 5, wobei
    die Bohrungen (15) durch den Sockel auf ihrer dem Walzenkopf (7) zugewandten Seite eine Aufnahmetasche (17) aufweisen, und in jeder Aufnahmetasche mindestens eine Vorspannfeder (92, 93) untergebracht ist.
  7. Schuhwalzenendmodul gemäß Anspruch 6, wobei eine Vielzahl von koaxial angeordneten Federn (92, 93) mit einer unterschiedlichen Federrate bereitgestellt ist, wobei
    eine Federkonstante der Vorspannfeder (92) so bemessen ist, dass trotz Gewindeeingriffs der Schrauben mit der Gewindebohrung im Walzenkopf (7) relative Positionen der Rastköpfe erhalten bleiben.
  8. Schuhwalzenendmodul gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei
    mindestens zwei Indexiermittel durch entsprechende Bohrungen im Sockel geführt und in einem vorbestimmten Abstand um das Achsloch in einem gleichen Winkelabstand angeordnet sind und so konfiguriert sind, dass sie den Walzenkopf in Richtung des Sockels bewegen, wobei die Indexiermittel als Arbeitszylinder ausgebildet sind, der mit einem seiner Enden am Walzenkopf und mit dem anderen seiner Enden am Sockel befestigt ist.
  9. Schuhwalzenendmodul gemäß einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 4, wobei
    jedes der Indexiermittel als eine Stange (9) ausgebildet ist, deren eines Ende an dem Walzenkopf (7) befestigt ist und deren anderes Ende in einem Indexierkopf (91) untergebracht ist, wobei
    der Indexierkopf (91) über einen Anschlagkragen (97) an dem Sockel (1) anliegt, wobei ein Abstand zwischen dem Sockel (1) und dem Indexierkopf (91) anpassbar ist.
  10. Schuhwalzenendmodul gemäß einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, wobei
    das Indexiermittel durch eine an der Außen- oder Innenseite des Sockels (1) angeordnete Gleitlagerbuchse (96) geführt ist
  11. Schuhwalzenendmodul gemäß Anspruch 5, wobei
    die Schraube mit einer außerhalb des Sockels (1) angeordneten Gewindebuchse in Gewindeeingriff steht.
  12. Schuhwalzenendmodul gemäß Anspruch 6 oder 7, wobei
    an der Innenseite des Sockels (1) ein Arbeitszylinder bereitgestellt ist, der zur Veränderung der Position des Walzenkopfes (3) konfiguriert ist.
  13. Schuhwalzenendmodul gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, wobei
    das Achsloch (11) einen polygonalen Querschnitt aufweist und eine oder zwei Flächen des Achslochs (11) als Drehmomentfläche dienen.
