Claims (7)

  1. Procédé de fabrication et/ou de finition d'une bande de voile de verre (G), dans lequel le procédé comprend l'étape suivante : séchage thermique de la bande de voile de verre (G) au moyen d'un rayonnement infrarouge provenant d'un séchoir à rayonnement infrarouge (20),
    caractérisé en ce que la surface de la bande de voile de verre (G) tournée vers le séchoir à rayonnement infrarouge (20) est exposée à une densité de puissance spécifique d'au moins 153 kW/m2 par le séchoir à rayonnement infrarouge (20), et en ce que la bande de voile de verre (G) présente, après irradiation par le séchoir à rayonnement infrarouge (20), une température sur sa surface tournée vers le séchoir à rayonnement infrarouge (20) d'au moins 40°C et d'au plus 105°C.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que, immédiatement avant le séchage de la bande de voile de verre (G) au moyen du rayonnement infrarouge provenant du séchoir à rayonnement infrarouge (20), un trait est appliqué sur la surface de la bande de voile de verre (G) tournée vers le séchoir à rayonnement infrarouge (20).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce qu'après le séchage de la bande de voile de verre (G) au moyen d'un rayonnement infrarouge provenant du séchoir à rayonnement infrarouge (20), la bande de voile de verre (G) est en outre séchée par air chaud dans un séchoir à air chaud (30).
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce que le séchoir à rayonnement infrarouge (20) et le séchoir à air chaud (30) monté en aval dans le sens de défilement de la bande de voile de verre (G) sont réalisés sous la forme d'une unité de séchage combinée (12).
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4,
    caractérisé en ce que plusieurs unités de séchage combinées (12) sont agencées les unes après les autres dans le sens de défilement de la bande de voile de verre (G) .
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3-5,
    caractérisé en ce que de l'air chaud est aspiré hors du séchoir à rayonnement infrarouge (20) et envoyé au moins partiellement vers le séchoir à air chaud (30).
  7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3-6,
    caractérisé en ce qu'il existe une distance (A) inférieure à 50 cm, de préférence inférieure à 30 cm, entre le séchoir à air chaud (30) et le séchoir à rayonnement infrarouge (20).
