Domaine technique et art antérieur
La présente invention concerne le domaine des miroirs.
La présente invention porte plus précisément sur un miroir comportant un corps principal réfléchissant et un corps secondaire réfléchissant de manière différente par rapport au corps principal.
La présente invention trouvera de nombreuses applications avantageuses notamment dans les salles de bain. L’utilisation d’un tel miroir sera particulièrement appréciée dans le domaine de l’hôtellerie, et notamment l’hôtellerie de luxe.
Bien évidemment, d’autres applications avantageuses peuvent être envisagées dans le cadre de la présente invention comme par exemple en équipant les salles de bain des particuliers notamment.
Classiquement, les salles de bain, et notamment les salles de bain des hôtels, sont équipées d’un miroir d’ambiance et d’un miroir grossissant.
Le miroir grossissant est le plus souvent fixé au mur à proximité d’un miroir d’ambiance qui a une position centrale.
Les deux miroirs sont structurellement indépendants l’un de l’autre.
Ainsi, lors de l’aménagement d’une salle de bain, il faut prévoir la fixation de deux miroirs, ce qui nécessite la perforation du mur à plusieurs endroits.
De la même façon, lorsqu’il s’agit de miroirs avec un éclairage intégré, par exemple un rétro-éclairage ou un éclairage d’ambiance, il faut prévoir des sorties électriques pour les deux miroirs.
Le Demandeur soumet par ailleurs que le miroir grossissant est généralement monté sur un système de réglage en hauteur permetant de régler la hauteur de celui-ci par rapport à son utilisateur. On observera ici qu’un tel réglage en hauteur du miroir grossissant est apprécié des utilisateurs notamment dans un hôtel car l’utilisateur est différent d’un séjour à l’autre.
Le Demandeur a constaté qu’il n’existait pas à ce jour de système de miroir unique permettant d’avoir simultanément à disposition de l’utilisateur un première élément optique réfléchissant et un deuxième élément optique réfléchissant ayant des propriétés optiques différentes du premier élément optique. Objet et résumé de la présente invention
L’objet de la présente invention est d’améliorer la situation décrite ci-dessus.
La présente invention vise donc à remédier aux différents inconvénients mentionnés ci- dessus en proposant une conception innovante de miroir avec au moins deux corps optiques réfléchissants ayant des propriétés optiques différentes avec un système de réglage permettant le réglage de la position d’un corps réfléchissant par rapport à un autre corps réfléchissant.
L’objet de la présente invention concerne plus particulièrement un miroir comportant un corps principal réfléchissant et un corps secondaire réfléchissant.
De préférence, le corps secondaire réfléchit de manière différente par rapport au corps principal.
Selon la présente invention, le miroir comporte en outre un système de réglage agencé entre le corps principal et le corps secondaire.
De préférence, un tel système de réglage est configuré pour déplacer en hauteur le corps secondaire vis-à-vis du corps principal selon au moins deux positions définies de réglage.
La présente conception permet ainsi à l’utilisateur de disposer d’un unique miroir et de régler la hauteur du corps secondaire par rapport au corps principal en fonction par exemple de sa taille, selon au moins deux positions.
Le fait d’avoir un unique miroir facilite les opérations de fixation puisqu’il n’est plus nécessaire de prévoir deux emplacements pour fixer deux miroirs distincts comme c’est le cas jusqu’à présent avec les solutions de l’art antérieur.
Le fait d’avoir un unique miroir rend également plus esthétique l’intérieur de la salle de bain.
Le réglage en hauteur du corps secondaire par rapport au corps principal permet d’ajuster la hauteur du corps secondaire par rapport à la taille de l’utilisateur.
Avantageusement, le corps principal est à effet d’ambiance et le corps secondaire est à effet grossissant. Un tel agencement permet d’avoir à disposition sur un même miroir un corps réfléchissant classique pour un effet d’ambiance et un corps réfléchissant à effet grossissant, par exemple pour un soin esthétique ou un rasage de la barbe.
Dans un mode de réalisation avantageux de la présente invention, le corps secondaire est positionné au niveau d’un pourtour du corps principal.
Dans ce mode, le système de réglage est configuré pour déplacer le corps secondaire vis-à-vis du pourtour. On dispose alors d’un miroir avec un corps secondaire se présentant comme un satellite qui se déplace autour du corps principal. Dans une variante, le corps secondaire est légèrement décalé d’une face avant réfléchissante du corps principal et chevauche le pourtour du corps principal. Une telle configuration avec un chevauchement du corps secondaire sur le pourtour du corps principal présente un effet visuel esthétique et intéressant avec une superposition des corps réfléchissants.
Dans une autre variante, le corps secondaire est dans le plan du corps principal et attenant au pourtour du corps principal.
Avantageusement, le corps principal comprend une forme circulaire.
Selon la première variante ci-dessus, le corps secondaire peut par exemple prendre une forme circulaire avec un diamètre inférieur.
Selon l’autre variante ci-dessus, le corps secondaire peut par exemple prendre la forme d’une demi-lune qui viendrait glisser le long du pourtour périphérique du corps principal.
Dans un mode de réalisation préférée de la présente invention, le système de réglage comprend une tige de support qui est montée en liaison pivot par rapport à un axe central du corps principal, ladite tige s’étendant radialement par rapport à cet axe jusqu’au pourtour du corps principal.
Selon une variante de réalisation de ce mode, la tige est placée à l’extérieur du corps principale de manière attenante à une face arrière du corps principal.
Selon une autre variante de réalisation, la tige est placée à l’intérieur du corps principal.
De préférence, la tige comprend à son extrémité distale une patte recourbée venant en prise de manière coulissante sur le pourtour du corps principal. La présence d’une telle patte recourbée assure un bon maintien en position du corps secondaire contre le pourtour du corps principal lors du déplacement relatif de celui-ci.
Optionnellement, le corps secondaire est assujetti à la patte recourbée. Ceci permet de consolider la robustesse de la liaison mécanique entre les deux pièces du miroir.
Dans un mode de réalisation avantageux, le système de réglage comprend des moyens de butée configurée pour limiter le pivotement de la tige vis-à-vis du corps principal sur une portion angulaire.
Avantageusement, les moyens de butée définissent une portion angulaire de plus ou moins X degrés par rapport à un axe horizontal passant par le centre du corps principal et défini dans le plan dudit corps principal.
Préférentiellement, X est compris entre 5° et 90°, de préférence entre 30° et 60°, de préférence égal à 45°. Avantageusement, le système de réglage selon la présente invention comprend entre deux et quarante-huit positions de réglage, de préférence entre douze et trente-six positions de réglage, de préférence vingt-quatre positions de réglage.
Avantageusement, le système de réglage selon la présente invention comprend des orifices agencés sur au moins un arc de cercle et la tige comprend une bille montée en rappel sur ressort de sorte à venir loger de manière amovible la bille dans un des orifices, le logement de ladite bille dans un des orifices correspondant ici à une position définie de réglage en hauteur du corps secondaire vis-à-vis du corps principal.

Description détaillée selon un exemple de réalisation avantageux
Un miroir selon un exemple de réalisation va maintenant être décrit dans ce qui va suivre en référence conjointement aux figures 1 à 4.
Pour rappel, un des objectifs de la présente invention est de proposer un miroir combiné comprenant un corps principal avec un effet réfléchissant d’ambiance et un corps secondaire avec un effet réfléchissant grossissant.
L’exemple décrit ici porte sur un miroir à destination de l’hôtellerie pour équiper les salles de bain. Bien évidemment, il s’agit d’un exemple d’application parmi d’autres possibles.
Le concept sous-jacent à la présente invention est donc de proposer un miroir grossissant intégré au miroir d'ambiance tout en offrant la possibilité d'en régler la hauteur d'utilisation.
Dans l’exemple décrit ici et illustré aux figures 1 à 4, on dispose d’un miroir 100 présentant un corps principal 10 et un corps secondaire 20.
Dans cet exemple, le corps principal 10 comprend en face arrière lOb un système d’accrochage 40 configuré pour une fixation dudit miroir sur une paroi murale.
Dans cet exemple et comme illustré notamment en figure 1, les deux corps 10 et 20 sont de forme circulaire. Dans l’exemple décrit ici, le corps principal 10 présente une face avant lOa avec des propriétés réfléchissantes. Il s’agit ici d’un miroir à effet d’ambiance par exemple.
Dans cet exemple, le corps secondaire 20 présente quant à lui une face avant 20a avec des propriétés réfléchissantes différentes du corps principal 10. Ici, le corps secondaire présente un effet grossissant par exemple.
On dispose ainsi d’un miroir 100 présentant deux corps 10 et 20 ayant des propriétés réfléchissantes différentes.
De préférence, les faces avant lOa et 20a de ces deux corps réfléchissants 10 et 20 sont munies d’un film antibuée (non représenté ici).
Dans l’exemple décrit ici et illustré notamment en figure 1, le corps principal 10 et le corps secondaire 20 comprennent chacun sur leur pourtour respectif 11 et 21 un cerclage 13 et 23 ; un tel cerclage 13 et 23 comprend par exemple un profilé métallique fabriqué en serrurerie (par exemple en époxy, en chromé, en doré ou autre traitement de surface).
Dans l’exemple décrit ici, le miroir 100 est pourvu d’un système de réglage 30 qui est agencé entre le corps principal 10 et le corps secondaire 20 et qui est configuré pour déplacer le corps secondaire 20 le long du pourtour 11 périphérique dudit corps principal 10.
Pour favoriser les manipulations du système de réglage 30 et permettre un déplacement du corps secondaire 20 par rapport au corps principal 10, il est prévu dans l’exemple décrit ici un organe de manipulation 22 qui est facilement accessible pour l’utilisateur et qui permet le déplacement du corps secondaire 20 sans toucher une face avant 20a de celui-ci.
En actionnant le système de réglage 30 par l’intermédiaire de cet organe de manipulation 22, l’utilisateur peut régler la position du corps secondaire 20 autour du corps principal 10 pour ajuster la hauteur de celui-ci en fonction de sa taille.
Le corps secondaire 20 se présente ainsi comme un miroir satellitaire qui va tourner autour du corps principal 10 servant de miroir principal.
Dans cet exemple, le système de réglage 30 qui est mis en œuvre est simple d’utilisation et offre une bonne robustesse mécanique ; celui comprend plus particulièrement une tige de support 31 qui est montée en face arrière lOb du corps principal 10.
Comme illustré en figure 4 notamment, la tige de support 31 est placée à l’extérieur du corps principale 10 de manière attenante à la face arrière lOb du corps principal 10.
On comprendra ici que l’homme du métier pourrait prévoir une autre conception dans laquelle la tige 31 serait placée à l’intérieur du corps principal 10.
L’exemple décrit ici est préféré pour un effet visuel esthétique laissant apparaître le mécanisme. Dans l’exemple décrit ici, la tige de support 21 est montée selon une liaison pivot par rapport à un axe central 12 du corps principal 10.
Ici, la tige de suspension 31 s’étend radialement par rapport à l’axe central 12 jusqu’au pourtour 11 du corps principal 10. Sur son extrémité distale 3 la, la tige comprend une patte recourbée 32 sur laquelle est assujetti le corps secondaire 20.
On comprend donc ici que cette tige de suspension 31 relie l’axe central 12 du corps principal 10 au corps secondaire 20.
Lors de la mise en rotation de la tige 31 par rapport à l’axe 32, cette patte 32 vient en prise de manière coulissante sur le pourtour 11 du corps principal 10.
Comme illustré en figure 4, le corps secondaire 20 est légèrement décalé vers l’avant par rapport à la face avant lOa du corps principal 10. Dans cet exemple, le corps secondaire 20 chevauche sur le pourtour 11 du corps principal 10.
On comprendra ici que l’homme du métier pourrait prévoir une autre conception dans laquelle les deux corps 10 et 20 sont dans le même plan.
L’exemple décrit ici est sélectionné pour son effet visuel esthétique : on perçoit une profondeur entre le corps principal et le corps secondaire qui ne sont pas sur le même plan.
Garantir la sécurité de l’utilisateur et une bonne stabilité du corps secondaire par rapport au corps principale est un des objectifs de la présente invention.
On prévoit ainsi la mise en œuvre de moyens de butée 33 entre la tige 31 et la corps principal 10 pour limiter le pivotement de la tige 31 et donc du corps secondaire 20 par rapport au corps principal 10.
Ici, ces moyens de butée 33 sont mis en œuvre sur une portion angulaire 34 déterminée.
Dans l’exemple décrit ici, la portion angulaire 34 est définie dans le plan du corps principal 10 et s’étend sur une plage angulaire sensiblement égal à 45° de part et d’autre d’un axe horizontal passant par le centre du corps principal 10.
Dans cet exemple, le système de réglage 30 prévoit vingt-quatre positions de réglage, chaque position de réglage correspondant à un orifice 35 agencés sur un arc de cercle 36 le long de la portion angulaire 34.
Ici, la tige 31 comprend une bille 37, par exemple en nylon, qui est montée en rappel sur ressort.
Cette bille 37 est dimensionnée pour se loger dans chacun des orifices 35.
L’utilisateur en actionnant le corps secondaire 20 déplace la tige 31 jusqu’à la position souhaitée ; une fois cette position atteinte, la bille 37 vient se loger automatiquement dans l’orifice 35 correspondant à ladite position. Dans cet exemple, on prévoit sur la tige 31 un contrepoids 38, opposé à l’extrémité distale 3 la. Un tel contrepoids 38 soulage les efforts durant le déplacement du corps secondaire 20.
Dans l’exemple décrit ici, on prévoit comme illustré en figure 1 un dispositif d’éclairage (non représenté ici) intégré dans le corps principal 10 sous une portion dépolie 14.
On peut également prévoir le cas échéant que le dispositif d’éclairage soit agencé sur la face arrière lOb du corps principal 10 pour un éclairage inversé au dos dudit corps principal 10.
La présente invention propose une conception nouvelle de miroir en proposant un miroir grossissant intégré au miroir d'ambiance tout en offrant la possibilité d'en régler la hauteur d’utilisation par un mécanisme doté d’un contre poids qui soulage la rotation et d’un système d’indexation avec bille nylon sous pression d’un ressort qui permet de bloquer ledit miroir grossissant en position d’utilisation.
Le miroir d'ambiance a pour vocation de recevoir différentes options d’éclairage à LED, soit en inversé au dos du miroir soit à travers un dépoli sur la face miroir.
La partie mobile où se situe le miroir grossissant peut être amenée à recevoir une interface permettant de proposer un miroir connecté.
On notera ici que le corps secondaire peut servir à accueillir une partie éclairante également mais aussi un module de miroir connecté qui de fait sera lui aussi réglable en hauteur.
Il devra être observé que cette description détaillée porte sur un exemple de réalisation particulier de la présente invention, mais qu’en aucun cas cette description ne revêt un quelconque caractère limitatif à l’objet de l’invention ; bien au contraire, elle a pour objectif d’ôter toute éventuelle imprécision ou toute mauvaise interprétation des revendications qui suivent.
Il devra également être observé que les signes de références mis entre parenthèses dans les revendications qui suivent ne présentent en aucun cas un caractère limitatif ; ces signes ont pour seul but d’améliorer l’intelligibilité et la compréhension des revendications qui suivent ainsi que la portée de la protection recherchée

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1. Miroir (100) comportant un corps principal (10) réfléchissant et un corps secondaire (20) réfléchissant de manière différente par rapport au corps principal (10), caractérisé en ce que ledit miroir (100) comporte un système de réglage (30) agencé entre le corps principal (10) et le corps secondaire (20) et configuré pour déplacer en hauteur le corps secondaire (20) vis- à-vis du corps principal (10) selon au moins deux positions définies de réglage.
2. Miroir (100) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le corps principal (10) est à effet d’ambiance et le corps secondaire (20) est à effet grossissant.
3. Miroir (100) selon Tune quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, dans lequel le corps secondaire (20) est positionné au niveau d’un pourtour (11) du corps principal (10), le système de réglage (30) étant configuré pour déplacer le corps secondaire (20) vis-à-vis dudit pourtour (11).
4. Miroir (100) selon la revendication 3, dans lequel le corps secondaire (20) est légèrement décalé d’une face avant (lOa) réfléchissante du corps principal (10) et chevauche sur le pourtour (11) du corps principal.
5. Miroir (100) selon la revendication 3, dans lequel le corps secondaire (20) est dans le plan du corps principal (10) et attenant au pourtour (11) du corps principal (10).
6. Miroir (100) selon Tune quelconque des revendications 3 à 5, dans lequel le corps principal (10) comprend une forme circulaire.
7. Miroir (100) selon la revendication 6, dans lequel le système de réglage (30) comprend une tige de support (31) qui est montée en liaison pivot par rapport à un axe central (12) du corps principal (10), ladite tige (31) s’étendant radialement par rapport à cet axe (12) jusqu’au pourtour (11) du corps principal (10).
8. Miroir (100) selon la revendication 7, dans lequel la tige (31) est placée à l’extérieur du corps principale (10) de manière attenante à une face arrière (lOb) dudit corps principal (10).
9. Miroir (100) selon la revendication 7, dans lequel la tige (31) est placée à l’intérieur du corps principal (10).
10. Miroir (100) selon l’une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, dans lequel la tige (31) comprend à son extrémité distale (3 la) une patte recourbée (32) venant en prise de manière coulissante sur le pourtour (11) du corps principal (10).
11. Miroir (100) selon la revendication 10, dans lequel le corps secondaire (20) est assujetti à la patte recourbée (32).
12. Miroir (100) selon l’une quelconque des revendications 7 à 11, dans lequel le système de réglage (30) comprend des moyens de butée (33) configurée pour limiter le pivotement de la tige (31) vis-à-vis du corps principal (10) sur une portion angulaire (34) déterminée.
13. Miroir (100) selon la revendication 12, dans lequel les moyens de butée (33) définissent une portion angulaire (34) de plus ou moins X degrés par rapport à un axe horizontal passant par le centre du corps principal (10) et défini dans le plan dudit corps principal (10), X étant compris entre 5° et 90°, de préférence entre 30° et 60°, de préférence égal à 45°.
14. Miroir (100) selon l’une quelconque des revendications 7 à 13, dans lequel le système de réglage (30) comprend entre deux et quarante-huit positions de réglage, de préférence entre douze et trente-six positions de réglage, de préférence vingt-quatre positions de réglage.
15. Miroir (100) selon l’une des revendications 7 à 14, dans lequel le système de réglage (30) comprend des orifices (35) agencés sur au moins un arc de cercle (36) et la tige (31) comprend une bille (37) montée en rappel sur ressort de sorte à venir loger de manière amovible ladite bille (37) dans un des orifices (35) correspondant à une position définie de réglage en hauteur du corps secondaire (20) vis-à-vis du corps principal (10).
16. Miroir (100) selon l’une quelconque des revendications 7 à 15, dans lequel la tige (31) comprend un contrepoids (38) permettant de soulager les efforts durant le déplacement du corps secondaire (20).
17. Miroir (100) selon l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 16, dans lequel le corps secondaire (20) comprend un organe de manipulation (22) permettant son déplacement sans toucher une face avant (20a) réfléchissante dudit corps secondaire (20).
18. Miroir (100) selon l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 17, lequel comprend un dispositif d’éclairage.
19. Miroir (100) selon la revendication 18, dans lequel le dispositif d’éclairage est agencé sur une face arrière (lOb) du corps principal (10) et permet de réaliser un éclairage inversé au dos dudit corps principal (10).
20. Miroir (100) selon la revendication 18, dans lequel le dispositif d’éclairage est intégré dans le corps principal (10) qui comporte une face avant (lOa) réfléchissante avec une portion dépolie (14).
21. Miroir (100) selon l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 20, dans lequel au moins le corps principal (10) comprend une face avant (lOa) réfléchissante munie d’un film antibuée.
22. Miroir (100) selon l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 21, dans lequel au moins le corps principal (10) comprend sur son pourtour (11) un cerclage (13).
23. Miroir (100) selon l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 22, dans lequel le corps principal (10) comprend un système d’accrochage (40) configuré pour une fixation dudit miroir (100) sur une paroi murale.
