Claims (20)
- Système de battant coulissant et tournant, comprenant- au moins un rail profilé (1, 2),- au moins deux battants (3), en appui coulissant dans au moins un rail profilé (1, 2) via respectivement deux éléments supports (4),
sachant qu'au moins un rail profilé (1, 2) présente un orifice de sortie (13) latéral pour détacher un élément support (4) d'un battant (3) et sachant qu'un battant (30) officie de battant de porte qu'il est possible de faire pivoter dans l'ouverture restante lorsque tous les autres battants (3) se trouvent en position rattachée,- ainsi qu'un mécanisme de fermeture (6, 7) via lequel il est possible d'empêcher une ouverture du battant de porte (3),caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme de fermeture (6, 7) comprend un entraînement ainsi qu'un organe de manœuvre (61, 72) via lequel il est possible d'actionner l'entraînement, sachant que le battant de porte (30) peut coulisser, via l'entraînement dans le rail profilé (1, 2), en direction du battant (3) voisin, au point qu'aucun élément support (4) du battant de porte (30) ne soit aligné sur l'orifice de sortie (13), ceci faisant qu'une sortie d'un élément support (4) par l'orifice de sortie (13) latéral est empêchée. - Système de battant coulissant et tournant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que sont disposés un rail profilé (1) au plafond et un rail profilé (2) au sol, qui présentent respectivement un orifice de sortie latéral (13, 21) et dans lesquels sont guidés au moins deux battants (3).
- Système de battant coulissant et tournant selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que perpendiculairement à au moins un rail profilé (1, 2) est disposé un profilé latéral (5) formant une butée pour l'entraînement.
- Système de battant coulissant et tournant selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de manœuvre est un levier de manœuvre (61, 72) et que l'entraînement est un entraînement mécanique configuré de sorte qu'un mouvement rotatif du levier de manœuvre (61, 72) est convertible en mouvement horizontal le long du rail profilé (1, 2) ou parallel à celui-ci, sachant que le levier de manœuvre (61, 72) est immobilisable, notamment verrouillable, de préférence au moins en position de fermeture.
- Système de battant coulissant et tournant selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'entraînement est disposé contre le battant de porte (30) et qu'il présente un élément de poussée (73) qui - lorsque le battant de porte (30) se trouve en position pivotée vers l'intérieur - est relié à un profilé (5) disposé latéralement et peut sortir contre le profilé latéral (5), officiant de butée, du fait de la rotation du levier de manœuvre (72), faisant qu'une force de poussée s'exerce sur le battant de porte (30).
- Système de battant coulissant et tournant selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que dans le profilé latéral (5) est disposé un support de retenue (51) qui présente un logement (52) pour l'élément de poussée (73), logement dans lequel l'élément de poussée (73) engrène lorsque le battant de porte (30) se trouve en position pivotée vers l'intérieur.
- Système de battant coulissant et tournant selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'entraînement est disposé contre le profilé latéral (5) et qu'il présente un élément de poussée (93) qui - lorsque le battant de porte (30) se trouve en position pivotée vers l'intérieur - est relié par adhérence de formes à ce dernier, sachant que l'élément de poussée (93) peut sortir contre le battant de porte (30) en tournant le levier de manœuvre, ce qui exerce une force de poussée sur le battant de porte (30).
- Système de battant coulissant et tournant selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que contre le battant (30) est disposée une tête fongiforme (35) qui, lors du pivotement vers l'intérieur du battant de porte (30), engrène dans un évidement en T (931) de l'élément de poussée (93).
- Système de battant coulissant et tournant selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'entraînement est disposé contre un profilé latéral (5) et qu'il comprend une barre de poussée (62) pouvant coulisser verticalement en tournant le levier de manœuvre (61), et qui est reliée via un mécanisme de conversion à une pièce de poussée (65) reliée au battant de porte (30), sachant que le mécanisme de conversion est configuré de sorte à convertir un mouvement vertical de la barre de poussée (62) en un mouvement horizontal de la pièce de poussée (65).
- Système de battant coulissant et tournant selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme de conversion présente une came (66), une transmission à manivelle ou un engrenage pour convertir un mouvement vertical de la barre de poussée (62) en un mouvement horizontal de la pièce de poussée (65).
- Système de battant coulissant et tournant selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme de conversion comprend un guidage forcé relié à la pièce de poussée (65) et dans lequel est guidée une pièce d'entraînement reliée à la barre de poussée (62).
- Système de battant coulissant et tournant selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que la pièce d'entraînement est formée par une tige glissante (63) en applique angulaire contre la barre de poussée (62), tige qui est guidée de force dans une gorge (64) de la pièce de poussée (65).
- Système de battant coulissant et tournant selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que la tige glissante (63) est en applique contre la barre de poussée (62) selon un angle compris entre 30° et 55°, de préférence entre 35° et 50° et de manière particulièrement préférentielle selon un angle de 45°.
- Système de battant coulissant et tournant selon l'une des revendications 9 à 13, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de poussée (65) est reliée de préférence du côté du plafond à une pièce d'appui (4) du battant de porte (30).
- Système de battant coulissant et tournant selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de poussée (65) fait saillie dans le rail profilé (1) au plafond.
- Système de battant coulissant et tournant selon l'une des revendications 3 à 15, caractérisé en ce que dans le profilé latéral (5) une pièce de bridage (55) est en appui pivotant, pièce qui ceinture le battant de porte (30) en position fermée.
- Système de battant coulissant et tournant selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de bridage (55) présente deux bras de retenue (57, 58) disposés se faisant face, entre lesquels glisse le battant de porte (30) jusqu'en position fermée lors du pivotement vers l'intérieur, et hors desquels il glisse lors du pivotement vers l'extérieur pour quitter la position fermée.
- Système de battant coulissant et tournant selon la revendication 16 ou 17, caractérisé en ce que dans le profilé latéral (5) a été introduit un palier support (53) présentant un logement d'axe (531) dans lequel engrène un axe (56) de la pièce de bridage (55), sachant que la pièce de bridage (55) est guidée à travers un évidement (54) ménagé à cette fin dans le profilé latéral (5).
- Système de battant coulissant et tournant selon la revendication 18, caractérisé en ce qu'est disposé un élément ressort via lequel la pièce de bridage est précontrainte dans une direction de pivotement.
- Système de battant coulissant et tournant selon l'une des revendications 16 à 19, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de bridage (55) et/ou le palier support (53) est/sont fabriqué(e)(s) en matière plastique, de préférence en matériau élastomère.
