Claims (4)

  1. Ein Kochgerät (1) umfasst ein Körper (2); einen Garraum (3), der in dem Körper (2) angeordnet ist und in den die zu garenden Lebensmittel platziert werden; ein Gehäuse (4) in Form einer Box mit offener Vorderseite das den Garraum (3) umgibt; einen Heizer (5), der in dem Garraum (3) angeordnet ist und der für das Garen der Lebensmittel sorgt; einen im Garraum (3) angeordneten Kochstein (6), der aus einem feuerfesten Material hergestellt ist und eine Auflagefläche (S) aufweist, auf die das Lebensmittel gelegt wird; gekennzeichnet ist es dadurch, dass eine am Körper (2) angeordnete Kamera (8) mit einer am Garraum (3) angeordneten und die Bilder des Innenraums des Garraums (3) erfassenden Abbildungseinrichtung (7) und eine Steuereinheit (9), die anhand der von der Kamera (8) empfangenen Bilder für die Identifizierung verschmutzter Bereiche des Kochsteins (6) sorgt, wobei darüber hinaus ein von dem Kochstein (6) teilweise abgedeckter Behälter (10), der das aus dem Leitungsnetz entnommene Wasser aufnimmt; ein Sprühelement (11), das für die Abgabe des Wassers in dem Behälter (10) an den Kochraum (3) sorgt; und mindestens ein Führungselement (12), das es ermöglicht, das von dem Sprühelement (11) versprühte Wasser in Abhängigkeit von den von der Steuereinheit (9) empfangenen Informationen zu den verschmutzten Bereichen zu leiten, wobei das Führungselement (12) eine Welle (13) umfasst, die sich von dem Körper (2) zu dem Garraum (3) erstreckt, eine Klappe (14), die eine Winkelbewegung ausführt, wobei eine Oberfläche an der Welle (13) befestigt ist, und die es ermöglicht, das von dem Sprühelement (11) abgegebene Wasser zu führen, und einen Motor (15), der die für die Bewegung der Klappe (14) erforderliche Energie erzeugt.
  2. Ein Kochgerät (1), wie in Anspruch 1 aufgeführt, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuereinheit (9), die die Bewegung der Klappe (14) ermöglicht, um die anhand der von der Kamera (8) empfangenen Bilder ermittelten Schmutzbereiche zu reinigen.
  3. Ein Kochgerät (1), wie in einem der vorherigen Ansprüchen aufgeführt, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegung der Klappe (14) mittels eines mit dem Motor (15) verbundenen Getriebes (16) gesteuert wird.
  4. Ein Kochgerät (1), wie in einem der vorherigen Ansprüchen aufgeführt, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abbildungseinrichtung (7) abnehmbar am Garraum (3) angebracht werden kann.
