Claims (9)
- Bügelmaschine zur Verwendung mit einem Bügeleisen (F), umfassend:- Mittel (5) zur Erzeugung von Dampf;- eine Auflagefläche für das Bügeleisen (F)- ein Bügelbrett (3) mit einem länglichen Ende (21), welches sich proximal zu der Auflagefläche befindet und mit einem vorderen Ende (7), welches sich distal dazu befindet, wobei das Bügelbrett (3) eine Bügelebene (13) , welche sich in einer Längsrichtung (L) zwischen dem hinteren länglichen Ende (21) und dem vorderen Ende (21, 7) erstreckt, und eine obere Auflagefläche (14) für die zu bügelnden Stoffe aufweist wobei das Bügelbrett (3) eine kastenförmige Struktur mit einer Seitenwand (12) besitzt, die am Boden durch eine Bodenwand (15) und auf der Oberseite durch die Bügelebene (13) geschlossen ist, um eine Dampfsammelkammer (6) zu definieren,wobei die obere Auflagefläche (14) der Bügelebene (13) wenigstens teilweise geöffnet ist, um einen aufwärts gerichteten Austritt von Dampf dadurch in Richtung des zu bügelnden Stoffs auf der Auflagefläche zu ermöglichen,wobei die obere Auflagefläche (14) eine Gitterstruktur aufweist, die sich über die gesamte Längserstreckung der Bügelebene (13) erstreckt, um dem Dampf zu ermöglichen, aufwärts zu strömen und um das Ausfallen von Kondensat in der Sammelkammer (6) zu ermöglichen;dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur Dampferzeugung (5) einen Kessel (8) zur Erzeugung von Dampf und einen Dampfzufuhrkreislauf, der mit diesem verbunden ist und wenigstens einen Austrittskopf (10) für einen oder mehrere Dampfstrahlen umfasst, wobei Letzterer in der Dampfsammelkammer (6) angeordnet ist und der Austrittskopf (10) eine hohle Stange (20) umfasst, die fluidisch mit einem Dampfzufuhrkanal des Dampfkreislaufs verbunden ist und quer in der Dampfsammelkammer (6) angeordnet ist, wobei die Stange (20) an dem hinteren länglichen Ende (21) des Bügelbretts (3) angeordnet ist und mit einer Vielzahl von Düsen oder Austrittslöchern für die jeweiligen Strahlen versehen ist, derart, dass eine gleichmäßige Bedampfung der Bügelfläche (13) erzielt wird.
- Bügelmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Düsen oder Austrittslöcher (22) in einer oder mehreren Reihen angeordnet sind, die sich in Querrichtung erstrecken.
- Bügelmaschine nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Strahl Austrittskopf (10) an dem rückwärtigen länglichen Ende (21) des Bügelbretts (3) angeordnet ist, wobei die Dampfsammelkammer (6) eine oder mehrere sich quer erstreckende Barrieren (23) aufweist, die dem Austrittskopf (10) zugewandt sind und in der Nähe des länglichen Endes (21) des Bügelbrett (3) angeordnet sind, um wenigstens teilweise die Dampfstrahlen abzufangen und den Austritt von Dampf an den hinteren Öffnungen der gitterförmig ausgebildeten oberen Auflagefläche (14) zu ermöglichen.
- Bügelmaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die sich quer erstreckenden Barrieren (23) mit einem Abstand (d) von dem hinteren länglichen Ende (21) des Bügelbretts (3) angeordnet sind, der zwischen 1/8 und 1/10 der Längserstreckung (d) des Bügelbretts (3) beträgt.
- Bügelmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die sich quer erstreckenden Barrieren (23) sich von einer unteren Fläche (17) der Bügelebene (13) in Richtung auf die Bodenwand (15) mit einer Höhe erstrecken, die geringer ist als die Höhe der Dampfsammelkammer (6), um einen Spalt (24) zum Durchtritt von Dampf in Richtung auf den vorderen Teil der Sammelkammer (6) zu ermöglichen.
- Bügelmaschine nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dampfsammelkammer (6) Mittel zur Beheizung aufweist, die der Bodenwand (15) zugeordnet sind.
- Bügelmaschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur Beheizung wenigstens einen oder mehrere elektrische Widerstände (25) umfassen, die sich im Wesentlichen durch die Länge der Dampfsammelkammer (6) erstrecken.
- Bügelmaschine nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, soweit diese nicht auf Anspruch 5 zurückgezogen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bügelebene (13) eine untere Fläche (17) aufweist und eine Vielzahl von Längsrippen (16) umfasst, die sich über die untere Fläche (17) zwecks Erhöhung der Biegesteifigkeit erstrecken.
- Bügelmaschine nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kessel (8) eine Kapazität zwischen 6 und 10 l aufweist und mit dem Abgabekopf (10) unter Zwischenschaltung eines Magnetventils verbunden ist und eine Leistungsversorgung zwischen 5 bis 7 KW und vorzugsweise zwischen 5, 2 und 6 KW aufweist.
