Claims (10)
- Ein oberirdisches Schwimmbecken (1), der einen Tragrahmen (2) umfasst, welcher eine Vielzahl peripherer tragender Elemente (3) umfasst, wobei jedes tragende Element (3) einen vertikalen Ständer (4) und eine horizontale Basis (5) umfasst, wobei die horizontale Basis (5) mindestens einen internen Abschnitt (5a) hat, welcher konstruiert ist, um im Gebrauch zur Innenseite des Schwimmbeckens (1) hin vorzustehen, und eine undurchlässige Folie (10), die innen ein Becken (30) bildet,
wobei die horizontale Basis (5) fest mit dem entsprechenden vertikalen Ständer (4) verbunden ist, welcher wiederum fest mit einem plattenähnlichen Körper (11) verbunden ist, der mindestens eine entsprechende Metallplatte umfasst und sich parallel zur Anordnungsebene des tragenden Elements (3) erstreckt; wobei der plattenähnliche Körper (11) in einem oberen Bereich einen geformten Abschnitt (12) für die Aufnahme und Stütze eines Überlaufkanals (20) hat, der sich entlang dem Umfang des Schwimmbeckens (1) erstreckt; wobei sich ein Überlaufrand (21) zwischen dem Becken (30) und dem Überlaufkanal (20) erstreckt, wobei der Überlaufkanal (20) einen transversalen Querschnitt hat, der ausgebildet ist, um ein Wasservolumen aufzunehmen, das geeignet ist, ein Ausgleichsbecken für das Schwimmbecken (1) zu bilden. - Das oberirdische Schwimmbecken (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder vertikale Ständer (4) durch mindestens einen Abschnitt einer Metallplatte gebildet ist, die gebogen ist, um einen im Wesentlichen rechteckigen Querschnitt zu formen.
- Das oberirdische Schwimmbecken (1) gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Überlaufkanal (20) einen transversalen Querschnitt hat, der ausgebildet ist, um ein Volumen an Wasser aufzunehmen, das mindestens gleich 10% des Volumens an Wasser ist, das in dem Becken (30) des Schwimmbeckens (1) enthalten ist.
- Das oberirdische Schwimmbecken (1) gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen Filter- und Umwälzkreislauf umfasst, der mindestens eine Filter- und Umwälzleitung umfasst, welche mindestens eine Ablassöffnung hat, die mit dem Überlaufkanal (20) verbunden ist, und mindestens eine Einlassöffnung, die in das Becken (30) mündet, wobei Filtermittel und mindestens eine Pumpe entlang der Filter- und Umwälzleitung angeordnet sind.
- Das oberirdische Schwimmbecken (1) gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vertikalen Ständer (4) und die horizontalen Basen (5) kastenähnliche Elemente umfassen, die aus der Metallplatte gewonnen werden, welche zum Erzeugen von Profilen gebogen wird.
- Das oberirdische Schwimmbecken (1) gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vertikalen Ständer (4) mit der horizontalen Basis (5) durch Bolzenverbindung fest verbunden sind.
- Das oberirdische Schwimmbecken (1) gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vertikalen Ständer (4) an dem entsprechenden plattenähnlichen Körper (11) mindestens eine Durchgangsöffnung (13) zum Hindurchführen von Rohren, Kabeln oder zusätzlichen Vorrichtungen bilden.
- Das oberirdische Schwimmbecken (1) gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verhältnis zwischen der Länge L der horizontalen Basis (5) und der Höhe (H) des vertikalen Ständers (4) größer oder gleich 1/3 ist.
- Das oberirdische Schwimmbecken (1) gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vertikalen Ständer (4) mit Kopplungsabschnitten zum Anschließen von Platten (7) ausgestattet sind, die als Elemente zum Abdecken der Seite dienen, welche dem Becken (30) zugewandt ist.
- Das oberirdische Schwimmbecken (1) gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tragrahmen (2) unter den horizontalen Basen (5) Längsglieder (40) hat, die sich parallel zur Erstreckung des Überlaufkanals (20) erstrecken und konstruiert sind, um zur Auflage auf dem Boden zu dienen; wobei Höheneinstellmittel zwischen den Längsgliedern (40) und den horizontalen Basen (5) angebracht und ausgebildet sind, um die Anpassung der vertikalen Position der horizontalen Basen (5) zu ermöglichen, um sie auf dieselbe Höhe zu bringen.
