Claims (12)
- Dispositif à lame circulaire (10) pour la découpe de matériaux plats, notamment de carton et/ou de matériaux textiles, notamment de cartons de couverture et/ou de doublures, le dispositif à lame circulaire (10) définissant un plan de coupe dans lequel les matériaux plats sont agencés et déplacés le long d'une direction de transport (14), avec au moins une lame circulaire (46) et un axe de lame circulaire associé, la lame circulaire (46) pouvant tourner autour de l'axe de lame circulaire, l'au moins une lame circulaire (46) pouvant être déplacée parallèlement au plan de coupe et perpendiculairement à la direction de transport (14), ce qui permet de régler de manière variable une largeur de découpe des matériaux plats, l'au moins une lame circulaire (46) étant montée de manière à pouvoir pivoter autour d'un axe de pivotement (52) agencé essentiellement perpendiculairement au plan de coupe, de telle sorte que des coupes situées selon un angle par rapport à la direction de transport (14) et des coupes incurvées des matériaux plats peuvent être réalisées, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un étrier (22, 24) réalisé à la manière d'un U ou à la manière d'un C est prévu, entre les branches duquel est agencé le plan de coupe et sur lequel est agencé l'au moins une lame circulaire (46), et en ce que l'au moins un étrier (22, 24) est agencé de manière déplaçable sur un bâti de machine (12) et peut être déplacé par rapport au bâti de machine (12) perpendiculairement à la direction de transport (14).
- Dispositif à lame circulaire selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le lame circulaire (46) peut être pivotée d'un angle de ±30° par rapport à la direction de transport.
- Dispositif à lame circulaire selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins une lame circulaire (46) est montée de manière à pouvoir tourner autour de l'axe de lame circulaire sur un élément pivotant (50), en ce que l'élément pivotant (50) est monté de manière à pouvoir tourner autour de l'axe de pivotement (52) sur un élément de guidage linéaire et en ce que l'élément de guidage linéaire est agencé de manière à pouvoir être déplacé le long d'un guide linéaire parallèlement au plan de coupe.
- Dispositif à lame circulaire selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'un premier actionneur, notamment un servomoteur (54), est prévu pour faire pivoter l'élément pivotant (50) autour de l'axe de pivotement (52).
- Dispositif à lame circulaire selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce qu'un deuxième actionneur, notamment un servomoteur (58), est prévu pour déplacer l'élément de guidage linéaire parallèlement au plan de coupe.
- Dispositif à lame circulaire selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une unité de commande (11) est prévue pour régler un angle de pivotement de la lame circulaire (46) autour de l'axe de pivotement (52) en fonction d'une vitesse de transport et/ou d'une position des matériaux plats par rapport à la lame circulaire (46).
- Dispositif à lame circulaire selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de commande (11) est prévue pour régler une position de la lame circulaire (46) par rapport au guide linéaire en fonction d'une vitesse de transport et/ou d'une position des matériaux plats par rapport à la lame circulaire (46).
- Dispositif à lame circulaire selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu deux étriers (22, 24) réalisés à la manière d'un U ou à la manière d'un C, dont les côtés ouverts sont tournés l'un vers l'autre.
- Dispositif à lame circulaire selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que deux lames circulaires (26, 28) sont agencées entre les deux étriers (22, 24), une lame circulaire (26, 28) étant respectivement montée de manière rotative sur l'un des étriers (22, 24).
- Dispositif à lame circulaire selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un troisième actionneur (44, 62) est prévu pour régler une distance des deux lames circulaires (26, 28) l'une par rapport à l'autre dans le plan de coupe.
- Dispositif à lame circulaire selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce qu'une unité de commande (11) est prévue pour régler le troisième actionneur (44, 62) en fonction d'une position et/ou d'une vitesse de transport des matériaux plats.
- Dispositif à lame circulaire selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un déchiqueteur ou un broyeur est agencé en aval des lames circulaires sur le bâti de machine, de telle sorte que les déchets coupés d'un matériau plat peuvent être immédiatement découpés en petits morceaux et éliminés.
