Claims (16)
- Support antidérapant, de préférence prévu pour être utilisé comme tapis antidérapant,
caractérisé en ce quequ'une couche d'une mousse polymère autoréticulante à base d'acrylate est disposée sur un matériau support,la couche de mousse polymère étant réalisée sous la forme d'un revêtement enveloppant le matériau de support sur le matériau support, et la mousse polymère autoréticulante à base d'acrylate étant réalisée à cellules fermées, et pouvant être obtenue à partir d'une dispersion aqueuse d'acrylate, oùla dispersion aqueuse d'acrylate contient une fraction de matières solides en des quantités de 35 à 75 % en poids par rapport à la composition totale, et dans laquelle la dispersion aqueuse d'acrylate contient au moins un additif, dans laquellela dispersion d'acrylate ne comprend comme additifs qu'au moins une charge et/ou au moins un agent gonflant étant choisi parmi des particules de polymère expansibles. - Support antidérapante selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le matériau de support est un tissu, un tricot, une maille, une couche, en particulier un tissu, de préférence un tissu à mailles.
- Support antidérapante selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le matériau de support est constitué d'une fibre synthétique et/ou d'une fibre inorganique ou d'un mélange de celles-ci.
- Support antidérapante selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que la mousse polymère autoréticulante à base d'acrylate peut être obtenue à partir d'une dispersion d'acrylate pur, de préférence une dispersion d'acrylate pur avec de l'acrylate d'éthyle en tant que composant principal, en particulier dans laquelle la dispersion aqueuse d'acrylate contient une fraction solide dans des quantités de 45 à 70 % en poids, par rapport à la composition totale.
- Support antidérapante selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la dispersion aqueuse d'acrylate contient l'additif dans des quantités de 10 à 55 % en poids, en particulier de 15 à 45 % en poids, de préférence de 20 à 40 % en poids, par rapport à la composition totale.
- Support antidérapante selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ladite au moins une charge est une charge minérale, notamment une charge minérale neutre à acide, de préférence choisie parmi les charges silicatées, carbonatées, sulfatées et/ou oxydées, de préférence choisie parmi les charges silicatées, sulfatées et/ou oxydées, et leurs mélanges.
- Support antidérapante selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la charge est présente dans la mousse polymère dans des quantités allant de 30 à 75 % en poids, en particulier de 35 à 60 % en poids, de préférence de 40 à 55 % en poids, par rapport à la composition de la mousse polymère.
- Support antidérapante selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la sous-couche présente un coefficient de frottement de glissement inférieur à µ 3, notamment inférieur à µ 2,5, de préférence inférieur à µ 2.
- Utilisation d'une support antidérapante selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8 pour empêcher un objet, en particulier un objet textile plat, de préférence un tapis et/ou une nappe, de se déplacer horizontalement sur un support sensiblement lisse, en particulier sur un plancher en bois, un sol en pierre, un tapis ou un sol en matière plastique, de préférence un plancher en bois ou un sol en pierre.
- Utilisation d'un support antidérapant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8 comme support de sport, en particulier comme tapis de sport, tapis de fitness, tapis de gymnastique et/ou tapis de yoga, de préférence tapis de fitness ou tapis de yoga.
- Utilisation d'un support antidérapant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8 pour sécuriser des objets d'usage courant de petite et moyenne taille, en particulier des outils à main, des machines transportables ainsi que des objets de chargement usuels dans un ménage, en particulier contre un déplacement horizontal dans un véhicule.
- Utilisation d'une support antidérapante selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8 comme sous-couche isolante sous un revêtement de sol, en particulier une moquette, notamment pour l'amortissement des bruits d'impact ou l'isolation thermique.
- Procédé de fabrication d'une support antidérapante, notamment selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8,
caractérisé en ce que(a) dans une étape de procédé (a), on enduit un matériau de support avec une dispersion aqueuse d'acrylate
et(b) dans une étape de procédé suivante (b), le matériau de support revêtu est chauffé, de sorte qu'il se produit a formation d'une mousse polymère autoréticulante à base d'acrylate,la couche de mousse polymère étant réalisée sous la forme d'un revêtement enrobant le matériau de support sur le matériau support, et la mousse polymère autoréticulante à base d'acrylate étant réalisée à cellules fermées, et dans laquellela dispersion aqueuse d'acrylate contient une fraction de matières solides en des quantités de 35 à 75 % en poids par rapport à la composition totale, et dans laquelle la dispersion aqueuse d'acrylate contient au moins un additif, dans laquellela dispersion d'acrylate ne comprend comme additifs qu'au moins une charge et/ou au moins un agent gonflant étant choisi parmi des particules de polymère expansibles. - Procédé selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que le matériau de support est revêtu dans l'étape de procédé (a) par immersion, pulvérisation, mouillage, aspersion, imprégnation avec la dispersion aqueuse d'acrylate.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 13 ou 14, caractérisé en ce que le matériau support revêtu de la dispersion aqueuse d'acrylate est chauffé dans l'étape (b) du procédé, en particulier pour le moussage de l'acrylate, à des températures supérieures à 60°C, en particulier supérieures à 70°C, de préférence supérieures à 80°C.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 13 à 15, caractérisé en ce que, dans une étape ultérieure (c) du procédé, un agent de flocage est appliqué sur la mousse de polymère formée.
