Definitions
- the invention relates to a chimney with a fireplace arranged in the lower part of the chimney.
- the invention is based on a chimney with the features of the preamble of main claim 1.
- the DE 10 2008 043 263 B4 describes a chimney in which the fireplace is located in the chimney base, i.e. in the lower part of the chimney.
- the chimney base of this chimney is formed by a body which has a vertically extending cavity inside, in the lower part of which the fireplace is accommodated and the upper part of which is designed as a free space through which the exhaust pipe of the fireplace is led.
- the cavity is covered at the top by an adapter plate placed on the body, through which the exhaust pipe passes.
- the adapter plate is connected to the body by fastening elements.
- the upper part of the chimney with an exhaust gas outlet pipe is arranged above the adapter plate.
- the fireplace is designed as a convection fireplace.
- the cavity in which the fireplace is located forms a convection space for the convection air flow flowing through the cavity.
- the DE 10 2017 112 874 A1 describes a similar to DE 10 2008 043 263 B4 built chimney.
- the EP 1 437 550 B1 also describes a chimney with a body forming the chimney base, which has a vertical cavity, in the lower part of which the fireplace is located and the upper part of which is penetrated by the exhaust pipe.
- a significant difference from the previously mentioned prior art is that there is no adapter plate attached to the body, which is connected to the body via fastening elements.
- the body of the EP 1 437 550 B1 has an upper section formed as a vertically extending solid wall. This solid wall extends approximately one-quarter of the vertical extent of the body.
- the exhaust pipe and an air intake pipe pass through the solid vertical wall.
- the body, including its base, side walls, and upper wall, is formed as a single piece.
- the upper chimney is located on top of the vertical upper wall.
- the vertical upper wall of the body forms a solid partition wall of the chimney.
- the DE 195 11 586 A1 describes a chimney made up of storey-high chimney elements.
- the chimney elements each consist of an outer shell made of lightweight concrete with an inserted inner pipe and surrounding insulation inserts.
- the insulation inserts are storey-high, one-piece molded parts, each with a ventilation duct.
- the chimney elements are connected via anchor bolts.
- the lightweight concrete outer shells are each tubular and open at the top and bottom. They do not form a body with a head end extending over the interior.
- the DE 10 2015 111 294 A1 Describes a modular chimney.
- the modules consist of casing blocks, each with a continuous cavity and a pipe arranged at a different height within it.
- the pipe can be moved within the continuous cavity of the casing block during assembly and can be locked in place using a stop device.
- the modules are connected using a fastening device with screw eyes.
- the modules have complementary interlocking elevations and depressions on their abutting surfaces, which are formed at the ends of the casing blocks by the pipes inserted at different heights.
- the fireplace is arranged in the floor module.
- the structural design of the floor module is shown in the DE 10 2015 111 294 A1 not described.
- the DE 296 18 107 U1 Describes a domestic chimney with prefabricated chimney components that are connected to each other via tie rods.
- the prefabricated chimney components each consist of a casing stone with a continuous cavity containing a flue pipe.
- the flue pipes are each designed as socket pipes and are each held by a separate support ring on the top of the associated casing stone.
- a chimney base with a fireplace located therein is DE 296 18 107 U1 not described.
- the DE 100 10 692 C1 describes a chimney made up of interconnected chimney elements.
- the chimney elements are socket-shaped and consist of a socket-shaped inner pipe and a socket-shaped outer pipe.
