Claims (15)

  1. Perforierbare Kapsel für die Verpackung von (einer) Komponente(n), umfassend einen Deckel (1), umfassend eine flexible Tasche (2), in der die Komponente(n) verpackt ist/sind und die relativ zu dem Deckel (1) bewegbar ist, und die im Inneren eines starren Körpers (3) positioniert ist, der die Außenseite der Kapsel bildet, wobei die flexible Tasche (2) sich bei Ansaugen ihres Inhalts von dem Boden des starren Körpers (3) löst,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die flexible Tasche (2) an dem starren Körper (3) der Kapsel befestigt ist und dass die flexible Tasche (2) die in der Kapsel enthaltene Komponente umfasst, so dass die Komponente kontinuierlich in dieser flexiblen Tasche (2) vor dem Ansaugen verbleibt.
  2. Kapsel nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die flexible Tasche (2) aus Kunststoff und/oder Polyethylen und/oder Polyvinylchlorid und/oder Aluminium besteht.
  3. Kapsel nach den vorstehenden Ansprüchen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wand der flexiblen Tasche (2) eine Dicke von 50 bis 200 µm besitzt.
  4. Kapsel nach den vorstehenden Ansprüchen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (1) aus Kunststoff und/oder Polyethylen und/oder Aluminium und/oder plastifiziertem Papier besteht, vorzugsweise wobei der Deckel (1) aus einer Komplexbildung von Aluminium und Polyethylen besteht.
  5. Kapsel nach den vorstehenden Ansprüchen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die flexible Tasche (2) durch Heißsiegeln zwischen der starren Tasche (3) und dem Deckel (1) befestigt ist.
  6. Kapsel nach den vorstehenden Ansprüchen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwischen 0,1 und 5 ml der Komponente, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,3 und 0,5 ml der Komponente umfasst.
  7. Kapsel nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Komponente eine dynamische Viskosität von 0,001 Pa.s bis 500 Pa.s bei 20 °C besitzt.
  8. Kapsel nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Komponente aus Soßen, Farbe, Sirup, Honig, Öl, Aufstrich, Butter, Konfitüre, Alkoholen, parfümierten Flüssigkeiten und/oder kosmetischen Inhaltsstoffen ausgewählt ist.
  9. Kapsel nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Komponente ein kosmetischer Inhaltsstoff, vorzugsweise in Form einer Creme oder eines Serums, ist.
  10. Kapsel nach den vorstehenden Ansprüchen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens einen Identifikationscode (4) umfasst.
  11. Kapsel nach den vorstehenden Ansprüchen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie durch ein Perforations- und mechanisches Ansaugsystem, vorzugsweise eine Hohlnadel und ein Ansaugmittel, perforierbar ist.
  12. Verwendung der Kapsel nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 11 für die Verpackung kosmetischer Inhaltsstoffe.
  13. Verwendung der Kapsel nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 11 in einer Vorrichtung für die Herstellung eines personalisierten Kosmetikprodukts durch Mischen von mindestens zwei Komponenten, von denen mindestens eine der zwei Komponenten in der Kapsel enthalten ist.
  14. Verfahren zum Entnehmen des Inhalts einer perforierbaren Kapsel nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 11, umfassend die Schritte:
    1. Positionieren des Deckels der Kapsel an einer Entnahmevorrichtung, vorzugsweise bestehend aus einer Hohlnadel und einem Ansaugmittel;
    2. Perforieren des Deckels durch die Entnahmevorrichtung;
    3. Entnehmen durch Ansaugen, vorzugsweise durch die Hohlnadel und das Ansaugmittel, der in der flexiblen Tasche selbst in der Kapsel vorhandenen Komponente, wobei die flexible Tasche (2), in der die Komponente platziert ist, sich unter der Wirkung des Ansaugens von dem Boden der Kapsel ablöst, wobei die Komponente mit der Hohlnadel in Kontakt gebracht wird.
  15. Kit für die Herstellung eines personalisierten, vorzugsweise kosmetischen, Produkts, umfassend:
    - mindestens eine Kapsel nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 11, die eine, vorzugsweise kosmetische, Komponente enthält;
    - mindestens ein Behältnis, vorzugsweise eine Kapsel oder ein Gefäß, das eine weitere Komponente enthält;
    - eine Entnahmevorrichtung;
    - eine Vorrichtung zum Mischen der Komponenten.
