Claims (12)
- Métier à tricoter rectiligne ou à bonneterie comportant au moins un guide-fil (100) mobile le long d'un rail de guide-fil (101), lequel guide-fil (100) présente un bras de guide-fil (120), au niveau de l'extrémité inférieure duquel un organe de guidage de fil (4) est disposé, l'organe de guidage de fil (4) présentant un ou plusieurs éléments d'alimentation de fil (41) pour l'alimentation de fils à des aiguilles à tricoter (SN1, SN2) du métier à tricoter rectiligne ou à bonneterie, caractérisé en ce qu'un boîtier de protection (5) est prévu pour le recouvrement au moins du ou des éléments d'alimentation de fil (41) de l'organe de guidage de fil (4).
- Métier à tricoter rectiligne ou à bonneterie selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de guidage de fil (4) et le boîtier de protection (5) sont disposés mobiles l'un par rapport à l'autre sur le bras de guide-fil (120), de telle façon que l'organe de guidage de fil (4), dans une première position relative entre le boîtier de protection (5) et l'organe de guidage de fil (4) qui définit une position de repos de l'organe de guidage de fil (4), est recouvert par le boîtier de protection (5) et, dans une seconde position relative qui définit une position de travail de l'organe de guidage de fil (4), se trouve en dehors du boîtier de protection (5).
- Métier à tricoter rectiligne ou à bonneterie selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de guidage de fil (4) est disposé mobile verticalement sur le bras de guide-fil (120).
- Métier à tricoter rectiligne ou à bonneterie selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier de protection (5) est disposé mobile verticalement sur le bras de guide-fil (120).
- Métier à tricoter rectiligne ou à bonneterie selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la position de repos et la position de travail de l'organe de guidage de fil (4) peuvent être réglées.
- Métier à tricoter rectiligne ou à bonneterie selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier de protection (5) est disposé sur le bras de guide-fil (120) de telle façon qu'il se trouve en dehors de la zone de déplacement de chariots, aiguilles à tricoter (SN1, SN2), platines et autres éléments du métier à tricoter rectiligne ou à bonneterie pendant l'opération de tricotage du métier.
- Métier à tricoter rectiligne ou à bonneterie selon l'une des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le déplacement du boîtier de protection (5) et/ou de l'organe de guidage de fil (4) est effectué de manière motorisée, par l'intermédiaire d'un entraînement par courroie ou au moyen d'une coulisse de commutation.
- Métier à tricoter rectiligne ou à bonneterie selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que d'autres guides-fils (110) ou d'autres boîtiers de protection 5 du métier à tricoter rectiligne ou à bonneterie peuvent être déplacés au moyen du boîtier de protection (5).
- Métier à tricoter rectiligne ou à bonneterie selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier de protection (5) et l'organe de guidage de fil (4) peuvent être déplacés dans la direction horizontale au moyen du bras de guide-fil (120).
- Métier à tricoter rectiligne ou à bonneterie selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de guidage de fil (4) présente des éléments d'alimentation de fil (41) d'un seul type ou dans une combinaison quelconque d'oeillets, de passettes ou de petits tubes.
- Métier à tricoter rectiligne ou à bonneterie selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les éléments d'alimentation de fil (41) sont disposés de manière interchangeable sur l'organe de guidage de fil (4).
- Métier à tricoter rectiligne ou à bonneterie selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un collecteur (3) comportant une pluralité d'ouvertures (30) pour le passage de fils est disposé au niveau de l'extrémité supérieure du guide-fil (100).
