Description

  • L'invention concerne un développement d'une enveloppe convertible en 3 formats différents.
  • L'art antérieur propose différents types d'enveloppes disponibles dans un seul format. Pour avoir plusieurs formats, il est nécessaire de se procurer un lot de chaque format. Une untre enveloppe est connue de WO9008701 .
  • L'invention vise à proposer une enveloppe pouvant prendre au moins 2 ou 3 formats différents de contenus standards et déjà connu de la vente :
    • Enveloppe C4 (229 x 324 mm) ;
    • Enveloppe C5 (162 x 229 mm) ;
    • Enveloppe DL (220 x 110 mm).
  • Pour atteindre cet objectif, l'invention propose une enveloppe selon la revendication 1.
  • Avantageusement, les pliages et collages permettent d'utiliser une seule enveloppe à reconfigurer au format choisi.
  • Selon d'autres aspects pris isolément ou combinés suivant toutes les combinaisons techniquement réalisables :
    • l'enveloppe comprend trois lignes de pliage transversales configurées pour permettre de replier l'enveloppe sur elle-même de sorte à former un troisième format ; et/ou
    • l'enveloppe comprend des bandes amovibles de protection de ladite bande de collage.
  • L'invention porte en outre sur un procédé de fabrication d'une enveloppe, comprenant des étapes pour
    • mettre en place au moins une ligne de pliage transversale configurée pour permettre de replier l'enveloppe sur elle-même sur sa face arrière de sorte à former au moins un deuxième format ; et
    • mettre en place au moins une bande de collage sur la face arrière pour coller l'enveloppe repliée dans ledit deuxième format.
  • Un autre objet de l'invention concerne une méthode d'utilisation ou une utilisation d'une enveloppe, comprenant des étapes pour
    • replier l'enveloppe sur elle-même sur sa face arrière de sorte à former au moins un deuxième format ; et
    • coller l'enveloppe dans ledit deuxième format sur la face arrière, via des bandes de collage prévues sur la face arrière de l'enveloppe.
  • L'invention sera davantage détaillée par la description de modes de réalisation non-limitatifs, et sur la base des figures annexées, parmi lesquelles :
    • [Fig.1] la figure 1 est une vue en plan de la face arrière de l'enveloppe selon une variante préférée de l'invention
    • [Fig.2] la figure 2 est un schéma du pliage de l'enveloppe de la figure 1 au format C5 ; et
    • [Fig.3], [Fig.4] les figures 3 et 4 sont un schéma des première et deuxième étapes du pliage de l'enveloppe de la figure 1 au format DL.
  • Concrètement, l'idée exposée est de proposer une enveloppe pliable et collable afin que cette dernière puisse s'adapter à 3 formats différents de contenus standards et déjà connu de la vente :
    • Enveloppe C4 (229 x 324 mm) ;
    • Enveloppe C5 (162 x 229 mm) ;
    • Enveloppe DL (220 x 110 mm).
  • À partir d'une enveloppe C4, est proposé de transformer ce format en plusieurs autres formats en fonction de leur besoin. Et ceci en procédant à des pliages et des collages faciles et rapides pour l'utilisateur.
  • Afin de concevoir l'enveloppe C4, il faut prendre en compte que des pliages et des collages allaient être effectués par la suite pour transformer l'enveloppe. Ces collages (bandes C dans les figures) réduisent les dimensions de contenu (dimensions des feuilles que l'on peut introduire dans l'enveloppe) lorsque l'on passe en C5 et DL.
  • La dimension la plus contraignante à respecter après collage est de 229mm.
  • L'enveloppe selon l'invention peut être une enveloppe selon le format A4 (enveloppe C4).
  • De préférence, des lignes (repères) seront indiquées, en particulier imprimées, sur l'enveloppe afin de guider l'utilisateur sur la manière de plier les enveloppes pour arriver au format souhaité. Les lignes de pliage peuvent être illustrées par la figure 1 : LC5, LDL. Le papier peut être pré-plié dans certaines variantes.
  • Concernant la transformation C4 en C5, afin d'avoir un format souhaité (C5), l'utilisateur devra plier le format C4 en deux (pliage A sur la ligne LC5), soit à 162mm du haut de l'enveloppe dans l'exemple. Les bandes représentent les zones de collage C. Ces deux bandes de collage sont espacées de 229mm afin de pouvoir respecter les contenus des enveloppes standards, ces dernières font 5mm d'épaisseur dans l'exemple. Le pliage se fait au milieu de l'enveloppe et les bandes C se colleront contre la partie supérieure de l'enveloppe.
  • Concernant la transformation C4 en DL, afin d'avoir un format souhaité (DL), l'utilisateur devra plier le format C4 en trois (pliages 1 puis 2 sur les lignes LDL), soit à 110,5mm et 220,5mm du haut de l'enveloppe dans l'exemple. Les bandes représentent les zones de collage C. Ces deux bandes de collage sont espacées de 229mm afin de pouvoir respecter les contenus des enveloppes standards, ces dernières font 5mm d'épaisseur dans l'exemple. Le pliage se fait environ aux deux tiers de l'enveloppe. On commence par la partie inférieure qu'on colle sur le deuxième tiers de l'enveloppe (tiers milieu). Puis on vient coller le dernier tiers.
  • L'invention permet donc de configurer 3 différents formats d'enveloppe à partir d'une seule enveloppe. L'invention est adaptable à d'autres configurations où le pliage d'une enveloppe aboutit à un autre format d'enveloppe.
  • Les procédés de fabrication et d'utilisation de l'enveloppe font également partie de l'invention. Une machine de fabrication d'enveloppe peut être réglée pour réaliser une enveloppe selon l'invention.

Claims (5)

  1. Enveloppe comprenant une face avant recevant un repli de fermeture et une face arrière, l'enveloppe étant dans un premier format (C4), comprenant au moins une ligne de pliage transversale (LC5, LDL), caractérisée en ce que ladite ligne de pliage transversale (LC5, LDL) est configurée pour permettre de replier l'enveloppe sur elle-même sur sa face arrière de sorte à former au moins un deuxième format (C5, DL) ; et en ce qu'elle comporte au moins une bande de collage (C) sur la face arrière pour coller l'enveloppe repliée dans ledit deuxième format (C5, DL).
  2. Enveloppe selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend trois lignes de pliage transversales (LC5, LDL) configurées pour permettre de replier l'enveloppe sur elle-même de sorte à former un troisième format (DL).
  3. Enveloppe selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend des bandes amovibles de protection de ladite bande de collage.
  4. Procédé de fabrication d'une enveloppe, comprenant des étapes pour
    - mettre en place au moins une ligne de pliage transversale (LC5, LDL) configurée pour permettre de replier l'enveloppe sur elle-même sur sa face arrière de sorte à former au moins un deuxième format (C5, DL) ; et
    - mettre en place au moins une bande de collage sur la face arrière pour coller l'enveloppe repliée dans ledit deuxième format (C5, DL).
  5. Utilisation d'une enveloppe, comprenant des étapes pour
    - replier l'enveloppe sur elle-même sur sa face arrière de sorte à former au moins un deuxième format (C5, DL) ; et
    - coller l'enveloppe dans ledit deuxième format (C5, DL) sur la face arrière via des bandes de collage prévues sur la face arrière de l'enveloppe.
