The consequence of this deformation is that the free edge 4 gapes in the central region of the hatch 2, the weight of the hatch generating a bending which increases as one approaches the center, generating a maximum deflection at the middle of the length of the caisson 1.

  • the free edges of the lugs 15, 16 bear respectively against the outer face of the bottom of the slide 20 and against the inner face of the wall 9 of the box 1, in its curved lower portion located in the vicinity of the hinge 3, firming the attachment of the clip 10 to said hinge 20 and more generally to the box 1.

  • this rounded portion 24 and its planar extension connecting it to the curved part 22 connecting the hinge 23 and the main panel of the hatch 2 are resting against a flat-looking ramp 28 of the boss 14, so that the hinge 23 is blocked in the slide 20.
  • a force R exerted by this ramp 28 blocks the hinge 23 in this position, pushing it towards the bottom of the slide 20, and prevents any rotation in the direction of the opening of the hatch 2.
  • This configuration allows the closing torque exercise of the hatch 2 mentioned above.
  • the same rounded portion 24 by action of its opposite part facing the bottom of the slide 20, retracts the stop by pushing the flap 13 towards the side wall 11 by first sliding on the ramp 29 in the direction of the top 14 with deformation of at least one of the flap 13 and the rounded portion 24.
