Claims (7)
- Palette (1), welche dazu bestimmt ist, mit einem Objekt (9) fest verbunden zu werden, um die Handhabung des Objekts (9) zu erleichtern, wobei die Palette (1) aus zwei identischen Abschnitten (14, 15) ausgebildet ist, die an einer Schnittstellenebene, die einen inneren Hauptkanal (16) begrenzt, fest miteinander verbunden sind, wobei jeder der Abschnitte (14, 15) von rechteckiger Form ist, wobei die zwei Abschnitte (14, 15) so übereinanderliegen, dass die resultierende Dicke der Palette (1) der Summe der zwei Dicken der zwei Abschnitte (14, 15) entspricht, und so, dass die Breite und die Länge der Palette (1) der Breite bzw. der Länge eines Abschnitts (14, 15) entsprechen, wobei jeder Abschnitt (14, 15) eine Vertiefung aufweist, die sich über seine gesamte Breite und über einen Teil seiner Länge erstreckt, so dass die zwei Abschnitte (14, 15), wenn sie zusammengebaut sind, den inneren Hauptkanal (16) begrenzen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Abschnitt (14, 15) eine zweite Vertiefung aufweist, die sich über einen Teil seiner Breite und über einen Teil seiner Länge erstreckt, so dass die zwei Abschnitte (14, 15), wenn sie zusammengebaut sind, einen sekundären inneren Kanal (17) begrenzen, der sich in einer Richtung erstreckt, die zum Hauptkanal (16) senkrecht ist, und der in diesen sowie an einem Rand der Palette mündet.
- Palette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Abschnitt (14, 15) auf mindestens einer Außenfläche ein Netz von Verstärkungsrippen (18, 19) aufweist, von denen sich einige (18) parallel zu einer kleinen Seite des Abschnitts (14, 15) erstrecken und von denen sich gewisse andere (19) parallel zu einer großen Seite desselben erstrecken.
- Palette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Abschnitt (14, 15) auf einer Außenfläche Prägungen (21, 22, 23) in Form von Ausnehmungen aufweist, die dazu bestimmt sind, mit komplementären vorstehenden Prägungen eines Objekts (9) zusammenzuwirken, das geeignet ist, auf der Palette (1) befestigt zu werden.
- Palette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus einem Verbundwerkstoff hergestellt ist, der Kohlefasern und ein Polyepoxid umfasst.
- Palette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Abschnitte (14, 15) mittels eines Verfahrens zusammengebaut sind, dass aus einer Verklebung und einer Verschraubung ausgewählt ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Palette (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte umfasst:- einen Schritt der Herstellung eines ersten Abschnitts (14) mittels einer Form,- einen Schritt der Herstellung eines zweiten Abschnitts (15) mittels derselben Form,- einen Schritt des Zusammenbaus des ersten Abschnitts (14) und des zweiten Abschnitts (15), um eine Palette (1) zu bilden.
- Anordnung aus einem Verwahrkasten (9) und einer Palette (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei die Abmessungen der Palette (1) und des Kastens (9) identisch sind, so dass die Palette (1) und der Kasten (9), wenn sie zusammengebaut sind, eine durchgehende Außenfläche aufweisen.
