Definitions
- the present invention relates to a sound insulation wall element for a track system according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a sound insulation wall element according to the preamble of claim 1 is known from EP 0 527 115 A1 known.
- This soundproofing wall element has a soundproofing wall element body made of metal material, which has a recess on the side facing a sound source.
- a multi-layered soundproofing insert element is accommodated in the recess.
- the recess and the soundproofing insert element accommodated therein are covered by a plate-like holding element made of metal material and having a large number of slot-like sound passage openings, by means of which the soundproofing insert element is held in the recess and thus on the soundproofing wall element body.
- the DE 10 2014 217 767 A1 discloses a sound insulation wall element with a support structure made up of a plurality of square metal tubes. Sound insulation elements made of rubber material are supported on the support structure made of metal material.
- the EN 10 2012 105 983 A1 discloses an acoustic shielding unit which has a body constructed from concrete material with a recess for receiving a stone fill acting as a sound-insulating element.
- the WO 2010/128937 A1 discloses an acoustic shielding unit which has a replaceable cassette with sound-absorbing material accommodated therein on a body constructed with concrete material.
- the KR 200 428 133 Y1 discloses a sound-absorbing wall with a frame constructed from an upper plate, a lower plate and two side struts, on which a sound-absorbing structure is supported.

- a sound insulation wall for a track system constructed with a plurality of sound insulation wall elements is known.
- the individual sound insulation wall elements are fixed in a base edge area directly at the outer ends of the sleepers of a track system. Since the base edge area is close to the rails of the track system, the sound insulation wall elements extend diagonally outwards from the base wall area away from the rails and upwards in order to avoid interference with the control light space that must be kept clear for trains. This also requires a comparatively low height of the sound insulation wall elements positioned very close to the rails and requires a complex surface structure provided on the sound insulation side of the same in order to avoid upward sound reflections.
- the sound insulation wall elements are designed as solid bodies made of rubber material.
- a soundproofing wall for a track system constructed with a plurality of soundproofing wall elements is known, in which the soundproofing wall elements are supported by means of a support structure on a rail of a track system adjacent to them.
- the support structure comprises a plurality of beam-like supports which are fixed to a rail foot of a rail immediately adjacent to this and extend outwards to the sides, to which the soundproofing wall elements are fixed.
- the soundproofing wall elements themselves extend upwards from the fixing to the support structure and curved towards the track body in order to achieve a reflection of sound emitted from the area of the rails in a downward direction into the track body. This means that in order to avoid an interference with the standard clearance, the soundproofing wall elements have a have a comparatively low height.
- the sound insulation wall elements themselves are constructed as hollow bodies with a wall made of plastic material.
- the separation of the functions of sound insulation on the one hand and structural strength on the other into different components of the soundproofing wall element creates the possibility of providing each of these components with an optimized design or optimized construction material to fulfill the respective function.
- the soundproofing insert element primarily serves to absorb the sound emitted by a train traveling on a track system, but does not itself have to contribute to providing structural strength.
- the soundproofing wall element body gives the soundproofing wall element its structural strength, but does not have to be designed with a special, comparatively complex and difficult to manufacture shape in order to be able to achieve the required sound insulation through this alone.
- the at least one sound insulation insert element can be designed in the form of a mat.
- the soundproofing wall element body has at least one soundproofing insert element receiving recess on the soundproofing side, which is delimited by a wall to at least one, preferably each edge region of the base edge region, front edge region and side edge region, is open to the soundproofing side and essentially completely accommodates the at least one soundproofing insert element.
- the soundproofing wall element body can thus provide a trough-like structure in which the at least one soundproofing insert element can be essentially completely accommodated, so that it does not protrude beyond the soundproofing wall element body on the soundproofing side.
- the at least one sound insulation insert element is held on the sound insulation wall element body by at least one holding element having a plurality of sound passage openings and fixed to the sound insulation wall element body.
- the absorption characteristics of the sound insulation insert element can be used particularly efficiently if the at least one holding element is designed like a grid, preferably as a metal grid.
- a compact structure of the sound insulation wall element can be supported in that the at least one holding element is accommodated in the at least one sound insulation insert element receiving recess.
- the sound insulation wall element body is constructed with rubber material, preferably bound rubber granulate.
- a particularly good absorption characteristic can be achieved if the at least one sound insulation insert element is constructed with fiber material, preferably glass fiber material.
- the soundproofing wall element body can be constructed with a new rubber layer providing an outer surface of the soundproofing wall element body and/or a core made of bonded rubber granulate encased in the new rubber layer. Reinforcing fiber material can be embedded in the rubber granulate and/or the new rubber layer.
- the sound insulation insert element can have a thickness in the range of 7-14 mm, preferably 8-12 mm.
- a further contribution to the emission of sound to the environment can be achieved in the sound insulation wall element according to the invention in that at least one, preferably two, sound diffuser lips running in a longitudinal direction of the end edge area and protruding from the end edge area in the direction of the base edge area are provided on the end edge area.
- a sound insulation wall element body connecting element which overlaps the sound insulation wall element body on its sound insulation side or/or its back, preferably constructed with elastic material is provided, wherein the soundproofing wall element body connecting element has a soundproofing wall element body receiving recess for receiving a side edge region of a further soundproofing wall element body to be positioned adjacent to the side edge region of the soundproofing wall element body.
- the invention further relates to a sound insulation wall for a track system, comprising a plurality of sound insulation wall elements with the structure according to the invention, which are supported one after the other on a support structure in a track system longitudinal direction.
- the support structure can comprise a plurality of support beams arranged one after the other in the longitudinal direction of the track system and extending transversely to the longitudinal direction of the track system, wherein each support beam is coupled to a base edge region of a soundproofing wall element in a support beam coupling region and is coupled to at least one rail of a track system in a track system coupling region.

This covers almost the entire sound insulation side and is delimited to the base edge region 24, the front edge region 26 and the two side edge regions 28, 30 by respective walls 38, 40, 42, 44.
- the sound insulation wall element body 22 has fastening base sections 46, 48 which protrude towards the sound insulation side 32 or towards the back 34. These are interrupted in the longitudinal direction of the base edge region 24 by recesses 50, 52. Fastening elements, for example screw bolts, can be passed through the recesses 50, 52 in order to fix the sound insulation wall element 14 to the support structure 19, which will be described in more detail below.
- the fastening base sections 46, 48 can be gripped by L-shaped angle elements, preferably made of metal material, through which the fastening elements are passed in the area of the respective recesses 50, 52, so that the sound insulation wall element 14 is gripped substantially along the entire base edge region 24 and is stable is held on the support structure 19.
- sound diffuser lips 54, 56 are provided on the sound insulation wall element body 22 - in the example shown, two - which extend in the longitudinal direction of the front edge area 26, i.e. the longitudinal direction L of the track system, and protrude upwards in the height direction H.

- the support beams 74 designed as metal hollow profiles, extend essentially transversely to the longitudinal direction L, each immediately adjacent to one Threshold 16 in order to leave sufficient space between the sleepers 16 or a sleeper 16 and a support beam 74 positioned between two adjacent sleepers for repair work on the ballast bed receiving the sleepers 16.
- the support beams 74 have a support beam coupling area 78 at an end region 76 to be positioned laterally next to the track system 10, in which a respective sound insulation wall element 12 can be fixed in the manner described above by screw bolts or the like.
- a track system coupling area 80 with two rail coupling sections 82, 84 is provided on the support beam 74.
- Each of the two rail coupling sections 82, 84 serves to couple a respective support beam 74 to one of the two rails 18, 20.
- the rail 18 used to couple the support beam 74 to the soundproofing wall 12 and thus also the support beam coupling area 78 is positioned closer first rail coupling section 82 is in Fig. 9 shown.
- the first rail coupling section 82 comprises two coupling jaws 86, 88, at least one of which is supported on the support beam 74 so that it can be displaced in its longitudinal direction.
- the two coupling jaws 86, 88 each have a U-shaped coupling profile, with which a longitudinal edge region 90, 92 of a rail foot 94 of the rail 18 to be held between the coupling jaws 86, 88 is encompassed.
- an insulating element 96, 98 made, for example, of PE material, which encompasses the respectively assigned longitudinal edge area 90, 92, can be provided in each of the coupling jaws 86, 88.
- the rail foot 94 By clamping the two coupling jaws 86, 88 towards each other by means of a clamping element 100 designed, for example, as a screw bolt, the rail foot 94 can be clamped firmly between the two coupling jaws 86, 88, whereby the support beam 74 is firmly coupled to the rail 18.
- a clamping element 100 designed, for example, as a screw bolt
- the second rail coupling section 84 to be coupled to the rail 20 positioned further away from the soundproofing wall 12 has a coupling jaw 102 also designed with a U-shaped profile with an insulating element 104 arranged therein and made of electrically insulating material, for example PE material.
- the coupling jaw 102 can be fixed in a defined position by screwing it to the support beam 74 and, when the track system 10 fixed support beam 74 to that in Fig.10
- the support structure 19, which is firmly anchored on both rails 18, 20 of the track system 10, provides a stable holder for the sound insulation wall 12, which allows the sound insulation wall 12 to be at a comparatively large distance due to the coupling to both rails 18, 20 to position the two rails 18, 20.
- the soundproofing wall 12 can be constructed with a comparatively high height in the range of 90 to 100 cm, without there being any risk that the soundproofing wall 12 will fall into the legally specified standard light space that must be kept free of objects intervenes.
- the positioning of the sound insulation wall 12, which extends vertically upwards, also ensures that it can transmit this load to the support structure 19 in the event of mechanical loading from above without the occurrence of tilting moments.
- Such a load can arise if, for example, in the event of an accident, people fleeing move over the soundproofing wall 12 and thereby support themselves on the soundproofing wall elements 14 or climb onto the front edge area 26 of the same.
- a stepover 108 may be provided at one or more positions, which has 14 conductor/step sections 110, 112 on both sides of a respective sound insulation wall element and has a platform section 114 above a respective sound insulation wall element 14.
