Definitions

  • the invention relates to a security device for a lifting-sliding door, comprising a first security element, in particular for fastening to one of the two wings of a lifting-sliding door, and a second security element, in particular for fastening to the other wing of a lifting-sliding door, wherein the security elements can be brought into engagement with one another and disengaged by movement, in particular of at least one of the security elements, in an engagement direction, wherein, when there is engagement, in particular at least after mounting the security elements on preferably vertical frame profiles of a lifting-sliding door, the separation of the security elements in directions perpendicular to the engagement direction is prevented.
  • a locking device according to the preamble of claim 1 is known, for example, from WO98/41718 A1 known.
  • Such a safety device can preferably be mounted between the vertical frame profiles of the sliding wing and the fixed wing of a lift-and-slide door, which overlap in the closed position of a lift-and-slide door, or can be mounted as intended. It can preferably be arranged in the gap of the so-called central joint area.
  • the central joint area is the area on the closed window or door in which two vertical frame profiles of the two wings are arranged to overlap.
  • the aforementioned engagement direction corresponds to the intended horizontal sliding direction in which the sliding leaf can be moved.
  • An engagement between the securing elements is preferably understood to mean that one of the securing elements is inserted into the other, at least in some areas, in particular in such a way that there is an overlap of the securing elements in at least some directions, but not necessarily all directions perpendicular to the direction of engagement.
  • securing elements separation of the securing elements in all possible directions perpendicular to the direction of engagement is only prevented after the securing elements have been mounted on the wings, in particular, for example, because an otherwise open side of a securing element is only closed after mounting, in particular by a surface of the frame profile to which the fastening takes place.
  • the securing elements are considered to be disengaged, in particular when they are completely separated from one another, provided that they do not cover/overlap in any direction perpendicular to the direction of engagement.
  • the invention also relates to a lift-sliding door, which comprises a frame, a sliding leaf and a fixed leaf, as well as a securing device acting between the sliding leaf and the fixed leaf, wherein the sliding leaf is received in the frame so that it can be lifted and moved between a closed and an open position.
  • Lift-sliding doors are doors whose leaves are first lifted to open, preferably together with the associated seal, and thus lifted from their preferably tightly closed position, in order to then be moved sideways horizontally.
  • the lifting eliminates the contact between the seal and the lower frame profile / floor (with or without Threshold, ie barrier-free design) so that no grinding occurs during sliding.
  • the sliding wing of the lift-sliding door can preferably also be lowered into the desired open position and preferably thus locked.
  • a lift-sliding door has at least two leaves that are arranged in parallel planes and can be moved relative to one another. Using a lift-sliding device, the sliding leaf can first be lifted relative to the fixed leaf and then moved, in particular horizontally, preferably between a completely closed and a completely open position.
  • the lifting and sliding device comprises in particular at least one carriage in the lower horizontal profile of the sliding sash, which rests with at least one roller on at least one guide rail on the lower frame profile and with which the sliding sash can be lifted, in particular in a lifting direction that is perpendicular to the sliding direction, in particular where the lifting direction is vertical. After sliding, the sliding sash can be lowered again and is again secured against sliding.
  • lifting and sliding doors can comprise, for example, a frame and two sash frames, each with insulating glass panes. At least one of the sash frames can be accommodated in the frame in the manner outlined above and forms the sliding sash. The other can form a non-sliding fixed sash.
  • a lift-sliding door in the sense of the invention is also understood to mean a lift-sliding window, in particular even if it does not have a full passage height for one person.
  • casement frames Without adequate securing of the casement frames to each other, they can be easily lifted out of their guide rails, for example with the help of a crowbar. For this reason, lifting locks are used in the sliding windows and sliding doors known from the state of the art, which are designed to connect the casement frames to each other when closed. As a rule, securing elements are provided in the central joint area of the casement frames, which engage with each other when the window/door is closed and thus prevent the casement frames from bending apart perpendicular to the direction of movement of the casement frames.
  • one locking element with at least one spring element is pushed into an adapted groove of the other locking element. Due to the disclosed dovetail structure of the groove and springs of both locking elements, the two sash frames are prevented from being pulled apart perpendicular to their direction of movement.
  • the dovetail design also makes it difficult to close the windows or doors smoothly when the locking elements fit together. If the tolerances of the two locking elements are too large, the locking security is reduced and the sashes can be forced open.
  • the object of the present invention is to provide an improved securing device and a lift-sliding door with such a device, which also offers security in the sliding direction, in particular ensures the necessary tolerances when closing the sliding leaf and yet provides enough clearance, in particular in the vertical direction, to enable the lift-sliding mechanism common in sliding doors.
  • the first security element has at least one passage area that is open in the engagement direction and to which a wall area of the first security element adjoins at least in some areas.
  • Such a first security element is preferably provided for fastening to a fixed leaf.
  • the passage area does not have to be surrounded on all sides by material, in particular the wall area of the first security element, if the first security element has not yet been installed. It can be provided that the passage area only forms an opening that is enclosed on all sides after installation, e.g. because a surface of the frame profile on which the fastening takes place is part of the opening limitation.
  • the invention can at least provide that on the first securing element, a wall adjacent to the passage area is arranged at least (with respect to the intended installation position) in the vertical direction, i.e. the intended lifting direction of a sliding sash above and/or below the passage area and/or in directions perpendicular to the engagement direction and/or in the direction in which a projection named below extends away from the securing tab.
  • the second securing element has at least one securing tab, preferably at least two spaced-apart securing tabs, wherein the at least one securing tab extends in the engagement direction and can be introduced into and removed from the first securing element through an aforementioned passage area.
  • a securing device has at least two passage areas and a number of securing tabs corresponding to the number of passage areas, preferably wherein one securing tab and one passage area are assigned to each other.
  • two projections extending away from the securing tab in a direction perpendicular to the engagement direction, in particular perpendicular to the predetermined horizontal sliding direction, in particular in the lifting direction, preferably in the vertical direction when installed as intended are arranged on the at least one securing tab of the second securing element, in particular on its free end, with each of which a wall of the first securing element adjacent to the passage area can be gripped behind, in particular in the case of an existing engagement after a relative movement of the securing elements to one another in a direction perpendicular to the engagement direction, in particular in the lifting direction of the sliding leaf.
  • a respective projection on the respective securing tab extends in a direction which corresponds to the direction of the spacing of the securing tabs, in particular since it is provided that the securing tabs are spaced apart in the lifting direction / in the vertical direction when installed as intended.
  • the securing tab can be designed as a flat element that extends in a plane, in particular whose surfaces (surface and bottom surface) are each in a plane parallel to the plane in which the wings are oriented.
  • the at least one projection preferably extends in the same plane as the securing tab or in a plane parallel to said plane of the securing tab.
  • the projection and securing tab can be formed by punching or cutting from a piece of sheet metal and thus have the same thickness.
  • the object is also achieved by a lift-sliding door of the type mentioned at the beginning, in which the security device is designed as described above.
  • the first security element is arranged on the fixed leaf and the second security element on the sliding leaf.
  • the arrangement can also be reversed.
  • the engagement direction of the mounted security elements corresponds to the sliding direction of the sliding leaf.
  • the solution according to the invention can also be subsequently installed outside the sealing plane. Outside the sealing plane is preferably provided for air/wind/water tightness. Furthermore, the solution according to the invention does not impair the thermal insulation.
  • the at least one securing tab when both securing elements are engaged, not only achieves a securing in directions perpendicular to the direction of engagement or the sliding direction, but also enables a locking between the securing elements, which prevents movement in the sliding direction, in particular when, after the engagement has been created by sliding the sliding wing into the closed position, wherein the at least one securing tab runs into the first securing element, a relative movement is carried out between the wings and thus also between the securing elements in a direction perpendicular to the engagement direction / sliding direction, i.e. a direction which corresponds to the lifting direction of the sliding wing, in particular vertically.
  • the said relative movement causes the at least one projection on the securing tab or at least one of two projections to reach a position in which it engages behind a wall of the first securing element that is adjacent to the passage area, in particular a wall that is adjacent to the passage area in the lifting direction, in particular in the vertical lifting direction, so that after this the securing tab can no longer be moved out of the passage area after the relative movement has been carried out, in particular no longer by a sliding movement. If an attempt is made to move out, the projection inside the first securing element would strike the said wall and stop the movement.
  • the sliding sash can be locked not only on the masonry side with the frame, but also in the central joint area of the sliding/lifting door by means of the securing device according to the invention.
  • two projections are arranged which are opposite one another in a direction perpendicular to the engagement direction, in particular in the intended lifting direction of a sliding sash, and extend away from one another perpendicular to the engagement direction/displacement direction, in particular in the intended lifting direction of a sliding sash.
  • the invention can preferably provide that in a first lifting position of the sliding sash, the at least one securing tab can be inserted into and removed from the first securing element through the passage area.
  • This first lifting position preferably corresponds to a position in which the sliding sash is raised from a completely lowered position relative to the frame and the fixed sash, is preferably unlocked from the frame, and is displaceable in the horizontal direction / engagement direction.
  • This first lifting position can be achieved, for example, by operating an operating element on the sliding door, which a user can grasp to operate the sliding door, in particular to open and close it.
  • the first lifting position is preferably achieved by operating the operating element to actuate a lifting device with which at least one carriage in the lower horizontal frame profile of the sliding leaf is moved downwards in a vertical direction relative to the latter, with it resting on the guide rail with at least one roller. This then pushes the sliding door up.
  • the invention preferably further provides that in at least one lifting position deviating from the first lifting position, the at least one securing tab cannot be guided out of the first securing element through the passage region, in particular at least one projection, in particular one of two projections on the securing tab, on the at least one securing tab engages behind a wall of the first securing element adjacent to the passage region, in particular in the vertical direction.
  • the at least one different lifting position can be a position in which the sliding sash is completely lowered in the closed state, in particular is locked to the frame, preferably with the sliding sash resting on the lower horizontal profile of the frame via compressed seals.
  • This said different lifting position is therefore lower in the vertical direction/lifting direction than the said first lifting position.
  • the other, different lifting position can also be a position in which the sliding sash is raised upwards in the closed state beyond the first lifting position, in particular with the at least one roller of the at least one carriage and the guide rail being decoupled.
  • a lifting position can, for example, be present in a burglary situation in which an attempt is made to lift the sliding sash by force, e.g. using a crowbar, e.g. from the closed, lowered position.
  • the sliding sash could possibly be unlocked from the frame on the wall side, but in this case a projection on the securing tab that projects vertically upwards locks the securing tab to the wall of the first securing elements, which borders on the passage area vertically above it, and thus prevents the sliding sash from moving.
  • a projection can be provided on a respective securing tab, which extends vertically or in the lifting direction upwards or downwards, or preferably two projections can be provided on a respective securing tab, one of the projections extending vertically downwards and the other, preferably opposite, extending vertically upwards.
  • the invention can preferably provide that when there is engagement between the securing elements, in particular when the sliding sash is closed, the maximum lifting height of the sliding sash is limited by contact between the at least one securing tab, in particular in an area in front of the at least one projection, and a wall adjacent to the passage area at the top.
  • the maximum lifting height of the sliding sash is not limited by the securing device.
  • the sliding wing in the closed position can travel a maximum stroke which is less than or equal to the difference between the height of the passage area/recess and the height of the at least one securing tab, in particular at the location in front of the at least one projection.
  • the second securing element is fastened with its fastening tab indirectly to the sliding sash frame via a central locking profile of the sliding sash.
  • the first securing element is fastened directly to the fixed sash frame in front of a central locking profile of the fixed sash in the horizontal sliding direction/engagement direction, in particular with respect to the closing direction of the sliding sash.
  • Such a central locking profile can be provided on the respective wings so that they lie against each other in a sealed manner when closed.
  • the central locking profiles work together in such a way that the gap between the overlapping frame profiles of the wings is closed in a wind-tight manner.
  • each central locking profile can have a sealing projection pointing in the direction of displacement, which is sealed with a seal on the other central locking profile in the closed position. is in contact.
  • these do not have a detrimental effect on the thermal insulation, since the installation leaves the central locking profiles unaffected.
  • the first securing element is formed by a channel with a, preferably flat, channel bottom with two walls that are opposite one another in the engagement direction and protrude therefrom, wherein at least one recess is arranged in at least one of the walls, preferably at least two spaced-apart recesses are arranged, in particular which defines the passage area for a securing tab of the second securing element.
  • Such a channel can, for example, be formed from a piece of metal sheet which is bent at two edge regions opposite each other in the direction of engagement to form walls, in particular at 90 degrees.
  • the channel bottom can have at least one opening for the passage of a fastening means (e.g. screw) and the end faces of the walls facing away from the channel bottom can form the mounting surfaces with which the first securing element can be fastened to a frame profile (20).
  • a fastening means e.g. screw
  • the second securing element has at least one fastening tab, in particular with at least one opening for a fastening means (e.g. screw), wherein the at least one fastening tab and the at least one securing tab lie in parallel spaced-apart planes, wherein the at least one fastening tab and the at least one securing tab are connected across the spacing to a spacer wall, in particular from which the at least one fastening tab and the at least one securing tab (52) extend away in opposite directions.
  • a fastening means e.g. screw
  • the second securing element can preferably be formed from a metallic piece of sheet metal, in particular a punched or laser-cut piece of sheet metal, which is bent along parallel spaced lines to form the tabs and the spacer wall, in particular is bent twice.
  • the sheet metal for forming the first securing element can also be punched or laser-cut, for example, and then bent/folded to form the at least two walls opposite each other in the direction of engagement.
  • Two opposing walls can also be provided on the first securing element perpendicular to the direction of engagement, in particular also created by folding/bending.
  • the second securing element can be at least partially covered by a cover profile fastened to the vertical sliding sash frame; in particular, at least the fastening tab can be completely covered by the cover profile.
  • At least two safety devices of the above-described design options are arranged between the overlapping vertical frame profiles of the sliding leaf and the fixed leaf.
  • at least one safety device preferably at least two safety devices, can preferably be arranged below half the height of the sliding door.
  • the aforementioned embodiments can form a lift-sliding door construction in which a second securing element connected to a frame forms a locking angle and a first securing element connected to another frame forms an inlet element into which the locking angle can run, wherein the locking angle and the inlet element cooperate in a locked manner in a first and a second lifting position in the closed position of the leaf, preferably wherein the lifting path of the sliding leaf between the first and the second lifting position is limited, in particular wherein the sliding sash has a state with a coupled guide rail in the first lifting position and a state with a guide rail decoupled from the carriage in the second lifting position, which can occur e.g. in a burglary situation.
  • an additional locking mechanism is proposed as a safety device, comprising a second safety element as a locking angle and a first as an inlet element, between the casement frames, which preferably only works when the lift-slide door is in a closed position.
  • the safety device is designed in two parts. In this respect, it can be installed after the casement frames have been inserted into the casing frame and is also suitable as a retrofit solution.
  • the same arrangement is given in the central area with a safety device as without.
  • the respective vertical frame sections of the wings lie in offset planes in front of each other, preferably with each of them being provided with a central locking unit on their facing visible sides in order to create both a visually and mechanically effective overlap in the closed state, as well as a seal against wind and rain.
  • the safety device is also preferably arranged in this area.
  • safety device preferably describes the pair of the first safety element or inlet element and the second safety element or locking angle, as the two elements to be brought into engagement, in particular which can also be locked together in addition to the engagement. All directional information corresponds to a Cartesian coordinate system, for example, where the abscissa (x) indicates the direction of displacement, the ordinate (y) the lifting direction and the axis (z) the wind direction, which is perpendicular to the plane of the lift-sliding door.
  • the safety device is designed not to limit the lifting movement in the non-closed sliding position. If the sliding sash is in an open sliding position, for example, it is assumed that it should be possible to lift out the sash frame, for example for maintenance purposes. It is also assumed that the safety device is more of a hindrance to inserting the sash frame, so that the safety device should preferably only work when it is actually needed, in particular when the sliding sash is in a correspondingly closed sliding position.
  • the second securing element can preferably be a punched-bent element or laser-cut bent element made of metallic material, preferably bent twice (S-shaped or Z-shaped), which has at least one fastening tab with a mounting surface facing the frame profile, which is provided with at least one drill hole.
  • the second securing element preferably has at least one securing tab as a lockable element with at least one projection, preferably with projections formed on two opposite sides at its free end, which can effect the locking.
  • the second securing element is preferably arranged in a substantially concealed manner.
  • the first securing element of the securing device is preferably made of metallic material with at least one laterally worked recess or passage area that is open in the aforementioned engagement direction. This can preferably be a bent punched and bent element or a laser-cut bent element.
