Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine elektrische Heizvorrichtung (2) mit einem Gehäuse (100), das eine Aufnahmetasche (102) ausbildet, in der zumindest eine PTC-Heizeinrichtung (2) mit zumindest einem in einem Positionsrahmen (10) aufgenommenen PTC-Element (4) und zur Bestromung des PTC-Elementes (4) mit unterschiedlicher Polarität mit diesem elektrisch leitend verbundene Leiterbahnen (6) aufgenommen ist. Die vorliegende Erfindung will eine elektrische Heizvorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art angeben, die in verbesserter Weise Fertigungstoleranzen ohne erhebliche Beeinträchtigung des Wärmeaustrags aus dem PTC-Element ausgleichen kann und sich wirtschaftlich herstellen lässt und schlägt hierzu vor, auf gegenüberliegenden Hauptseitenflächen des PTC-Elementes (4) jeweils zumindest ein Profilteil (26) wärmeleitend mit dem PTC-Element (4) zu verbinden, wobei dem PTC-Element (4) gegenüberliegende äußere Hauptseitenflächen der Profilteile (26) jeweils wärmeleitend mit einer Innenfläche (136) der Aufnahmetasche (102) verbunden sind und wobei die Profilteile (26) mit dem Positionsrahmen (10) verbunden sind.
