Abstract

L'invention concerne une suspension à base d'huile noire, comprenant du charbon végétal en tant que pigment noir et en outre au moins un émulsifiant et au moins une huile végétale ; et un procédé de production de la suspension à base d'huile comprenant la dispersion de l'au moins un émulsifiant dans l'au moins une huile végétale pour obtenir une dispersion d'huile végétale et l'ajout du pigment de charbon végétal à la dispersion d'huile végétale et le mélange de ladite dispersion. La suspension à base d'huile peut être utilisée comme agent colorant dans la fabrication, par exemple, de produits alimentaires et de produits pharmaceutiques.
