Claims (11)
- Benutzerschnittstelle (200) zum Aktivieren und Steuern von Funktionen eines chirurgischen Systems, umfassend:eine Anzeige (108);einen fußbetätigten Funktionsschalter (104), der so konfiguriert ist, dass er durch einen Fuß eines Benutzers (120) in einen beliebigen von mehreren getrennten Zuständen geschaltet werden kann;eine Kopf-Nachverfolgung (102), die so konfiguriert ist, dass sie Kopfbewegungen des Benutzers (120) nachverfolgt; undeinen Prozessor (118), der mit dem fußbetätigten Funktionsschalter (104) und der Kopf-Nachverfolgung (102) gekoppelt ist, wobei der Prozessor so konfiguriert ist, dass er:
eine Vielzahl der Systemfunktionen über einen oder mehrere Funktionsschieberegler (400, 420, 430) anzeigt,eine Zuordnung zwischen einer Vielzahl von Sequenzen erhält, die mindestens einen der mehreren getrennten Zustände umfasst, und der Vielzahl von Systemfunktionen des chirurgischen Systems, die über den einen oder die mehreren Schieberegler angezeigt werden,mindestens eine Angabe mindestens eines der mehreren getrennten Zustände von dem Funktionsschalter (104) empfängt,eine Systemfunktion aus der Vielzahl von Systemfunktionen auf der Grundlage der mindestens einen empfangenen Angabe und der Zuordnung identifiziert,eine von der Kopf-Nachverfolgung (102) nachverfolgte Kopfbewegung empfängt, unddie Kopfbewegung zum Steuern der identifizierten Systemfunktion des chirurgischen Systems anwendet. - Benutzerschnittstelle (200) nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Prozessor (118) so konfiguriert ist, dass er nach dem Empfang einer Vielzahl der mindestens einen Angabe eine ausgeführte Sequenz bestimmt.
- Benutzerschnittstelle (200) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei der fußbetätigte Funktionsschalter (104) so konfiguriert ist, dass er einen einzigen Kontaktpunkt mit dem Fuß des Benutzers (120) bereitstellt, wodurch ein Umschalten zwischen den mehreren getrennten Zuständen ermöglicht wird, während ein kontinuierlicher Kontakt zwischen dem Funktionsschalter (104) und dem Fuß des Benutzers (120) über den einzigen Kontaktpunkt aufrechterhalten wird.
- Benutzerschnittstelle (200) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei der fußbetätigte Funktionsschalter (104) mindestens einen der folgenden Freiheitsgrade aufweist: einen Freiheitsgrad in Bezug auf Drehung und einen Freiheitsgrad in Bezug auf Neigung.".
- Benutzerschnittstelle (200) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei der fußbetätigte Funktionsschalter (104) eines oder mehrere der folgenden Elemente umfasst: ein Pedal, eine Fußstütze, einen Joystick, eine in einer Fassung gehaltene Kugel, eine Trägheitsmesseinheit, einen Mikroschalter und einen optischen Schalter.
- Benutzerschnittstelle (200) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 5, wobei das Anwenden der Kopfbewegung zum Steuern der identifizierten Systemfunktion in einem über die Anzeige (108) wiedergegebenen Bild manifestiert wird.
- Benutzerschnittstelle (200) nach Anspruch 6, die ferner eine Kamera umfasst, wobei das Bild von der Kamera (112) erfasst wird.
- Benutzerschnittstelle (200) nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 7, wobei die Anzeige (108) eine am Kopf befestigte Anzeige (HMD) umfasst.
- Benutzerschnittstelle (200) nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Kopf-Nachverfolgung (102) auf der Grundlage eines oder mehrerer der folgenden Elemente implementiert ist: einer in die HMD integrierten Nachverfolgungseinheit und einer oder mehreren unabhängigen Nachverfolgungseinheiten.
- Benutzerschnittstelle (200) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei mindestens eine der Vielzahl von Sequenzen eines oder mehrere der folgenden Elemente umfasst: einen der mehreren getrennten Zustände, eine vordefinierte Dauer eines der mehreren getrennten Zustände, eine Teilmenge der mehreren getrennten Zustände, eine geordnete Teilmenge der mehreren getrennten Zustände und eine Wiederholung eines oder mehrerer der mehreren getrennten Zustände.
- Benutzerschnittstelle (200) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, wobei der Prozessor (118) so konfiguriert ist, dass er kontinuierlich aktualisierte Angaben von mindestens einem der mehreren getrennten Zustände von dem Funktionsschalter (104) empfängt, kontinuierlich eine ausgeführte Sequenz auf der Grundlage der aktualisierten Angaben bestimmt und kontinuierlich die Systemfunktion auf der Grundlage der bestimmten ausgeführten Sequenz und der Zuordnung identifiziert, bis die Kopfbewegung von der Kopf-Nachverfolgung (102) empfangen wird.
