- Silencieux pour un système d'échappement d'un moteur à combustion interne, comprenant un boîtier de silencieux (14) entourant un espace intérieur de silencieux (24) avec au moins deux parties de boîtier (16, 18) adjacentes dans une zone adjacente (29) et connectées l'une à l'autre, et au moins un tube de sortie (46) traversant le boîtier de silencieux (14) dans la zone d'une ouverture de boîtier (48) formée dans le boîtier de silencieux (14), dans lequel au moins une ouverture de boîtier (48) traversée par un tube de sortie (46) est réalisée entièrement dans l'une des parties de boîtier (16, 18), dans lequel le boîtier de silencieux (14) comporte deux coques de boîtier (20, 22) fournissant chacune une partie de boîtier (16, 18), reliées entre elles par une liaison par le matériau ou par la forme, dans lequel au moins une ouverture de boîtier (48) réalisée entièrement dans l'une des parties de boîtier (16, 18) est réalisée dans l'une des coques de boîtier (20, 22), dans lequel le boîtier de silencieux (14) présente une paroi circonférentielle (30) allongée dans la direction d'un axe longitudinal de boîtier (L) et une paroi frontale (32, 34) aux deux zones d'extrémité axiales de la paroi circonférentielle (30), et dans lequel au moins une ouverture de boîtier (48) entièrement réalisée dans l'une des coques de boîtier (20, 22) est réalisée dans la paroi circonférentielle (30), caractérisé en ce que- au moins une ouverture de boîtier (48) formée entièrement dans l'une des coques de boîtier (20, 22) est formée dans une zone (66) essentiellement non courbée, située dans un plan (E), de la paroi circonférentielle (30),- dans au moins un tube de sortie (46) traversant le boîtier de silencieux (14) dans la zone d'une ouverture de boîtier (48) réalisée entièrement dans l'une des coques de boîtier (20, 22), un axe central longitudinal (A) de ce tube de sortie (46) est incliné, dans la zone de sa zone longitudinale (50) traversant l'ouverture de boîtier (48), par rapport à un axe central d'ouverture (M) sensiblement orthogonal au plan (E),- dans la zone d'au moins une ouverture de boîtier (48) réalisée entièrement dans l'une des coques de boîtier (20, 22), la coque de boîtier (20, 22) est déformée s'éloignant de l'espace intérieur de silencieux (24) pour fournir une zone de bord (68) entourant cette ouverture de boîtier (48),- en ce qu'un tube de sortie (46) traversant au moins une ouverture de boîtier (48) formée entièrement dans l'une des coques de boîtier (20, 22) est relié par soudage au boîtier de silencieux (14) dans la zone de la zone de bord (68) entourant cette ouverture de boîtier (48).
- Silencieux selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier de silencieux (14) est aplati orthogonalement à l'axe longitudinal de boîtier (L), et en ce qu'au moins une ouverture de boîtier (48) complète formée dans l'une des coques de boîtier (20, 22) est formée dans une zone de la paroi circonférentielle (30) fournissant un côté large (60) du boîtier de silencieux (14).
- Silencieux selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un tube de sortie (46) traversant le boîtier de silencieux (14) dans la zone d'une ouverture de boîtier (48) formée entièrement dans l'une des coques de boîtier (20, 22) ne fait pas saillie au-delà du boîtier de silencieux (14) dans la direction d'un axe longitudinal de boîtier (L).
- Silencieux selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un tube de sortie (46) qui traverse au moins une ouverture de boîtier (48) formée entièrement dans l'une des coques de boîtier (20, 22) s'étend hors de l'espace intérieur de silencieux (24) au-delà de la zone de bord (68) entourant cette ouverture de boîtier (48).
- Silencieux selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un tube de sortie (46) qui traverse au moins une ouverture de boîtier (48) formée entièrement dans l'une des coques de boîtier (20, 22) se termine sensiblement à fleur de la zone de bord (68) entourant cette ouverture de boîtier (48).
- Silencieux selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un tube de sortie (46) qui traverse au moins une ouverture de boîtier (48) réalisée entièrement dans l'une des coques de boîtier (16, 18) est réalisé d'une seule pièce avec sa zone de longueur (50) s'étendant dans la zone de l'ouverture de boîtier (48) et à l'extérieur de l'espace intérieur de silencieux (24) et met à disposition une ouverture de sortie de gaz d'échappement (70) pour l'émission de gaz d'échappement vers l'environnement.
- Système d'échappement pour un moteur à combustion interne, comprenant un silencieux (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
- Système d'échappement selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le silencieux (10) est un silencieux d'extrémité, et en ce qu'une ouverture de sortie de gaz d'échappement (70) est prévue sur un tube de sortie (46) traversant au moins une ouverture de boîtier (48) formée entièrement dans l'une des coques de boîtier (16, 18), pour l'émission de gaz d'échappement vers l'environnement.
