Such overlay can be done by making the flat closing strip (15) in the form of U-shaped closing strip (15A) over the front and back side of the bag (2) which enables to provide a path for the seam opening strip (9) so that it can be aligned with flat closing strip (15) and block bottom bag (2) with valve at one end.

Abstract

La divulgation concerne un procédé et un appareil destinés à la fabrication de coutures faciles à ouvrir sur des extrémités ouvertes de sacs et des sacs munis de coutures ouvrables. Les sacs peuvent être à fond plat, de type coussin, et avec ou sans soufflets latéraux. Pour coudre l'extrémité ouverte du sac, l'appareil a été équipé d'un moyen de pliage (19) qui comprend un plieur (20) qui est apte à recevoir une bande de fermeture plate (15) et à la transformer en une bande de fermeture en U (15A) ayant deux bras (15B et 15C), et entre lesquels l'extrémité ouverte est placée. L'appareil est également apte à recevoir une bande d'ouverture de couture (9) qui est placée sur l'extrémité ouverte qui est placée à l'intérieur de la bande de fermeture en U (15A) pour former une extrémité ouverte composite (33A). L'extrémité ouverte composite (33A) est cousue ou piquée pour former la couture facile à ouvrir. La couture peut être ouverte simplement en tirant sur la bande d'ouverture de couture (9).
