Description

    DOMAINE TECHNIQUE
  • La présente invention concerne un système de protection pour protéger un produit cosmétique stocké dans un pot, ainsi qu'un ensemble comportant un pot recouvert d'un tel système de protection.
    • ÉTAT DE LA TECHNIQUE ANTÉRIEURE
  • Dans une boutique, en particulier dans une boutique vendant des produits cosmétiques, des échantillons des produits cosmétiques vendus sont laissés libres d'accès. À cette fin, des pots contenant des produits de consistance fluide à épaisse, comme des crèmes sont laissés ouverts sur des présentoirs pour permettre à une personne de prélever un échantillon de la crème.
  • Un tel arrangement ne permet pas de protéger le produit des différentes contaminations. En particulier, si une personne est porteuse d'un microorganisme comme un virus ou une bactérie, il y a des risques que le produit soit contaminé par le microorganisme et que les personnes suivantes soient alors contaminées à leur tour.
    • EXPOSÉ DE L'INVENTION
  • Un objet de la présente invention est de proposer un système de protection qui permet de protéger un produit contenu dans un pot pour éviter les contacts entre une personne et ledit produit.
  • À cet effet, est proposé un système de protection pour un pot contenant un produit cosmétique et présentant une ouverture délimitée par une paroi latérale, ledit système de protection comportant :
    • une plaque destinée à être insérée dans l'ouverture et comportant un pourtour, et
    • une ceinture comportant une zone intérieure fixée à la plaque en-deçà du pourtour et une zone extérieure s'étendant au-delà du pourtour et destinée à être fixée à la paroi latérale,
    où la plaque est percée d'une fente dont les dimensions sont telles qu'un doigt ne peut pas la traverser.
  • Avec un tel système de protection, une personne ne peut pas passer le doigt par la fente et ne peut donc pas contaminer le produit. En outre, un tel système est solidaire du contenant, de sorte qu'une personne ne peut pas le retirer pour accéder directement au produit.
  • Avantageusement, la largeur de la fente est comprise entre 5 et 12 mm, de préférence entre 6 et 10 mm.
  • Selon un mode de réalisation particulier, le système de protection comporte un opercule protecteur fixé de manière amovible sur la plaque de manière à obturer la fente.
  • Selon un mode de réalisation particulier, la ceinture comporte une zone de recouvrement qui s'étend à l'intérieur de la zone intérieure et qui recouvre une partie de la plaque et la fente et la zone de recouvrement présente au niveau du pourtour de la fente, une zone complémentaire de fixation fixée à la plaque.
  • Avantageusement, la ceinture présente entre la zone intérieure et la zone complémentaire de fixation, une zone fragilisée.
  • Avantageusement, ladite zone de recouvrement présente une zone de préhension au niveau de la zone fragilisée.
  • Avantageusement, la fixation de la ceinture à la plaque et au pot est réalisée par thermo-scellage, collage ou soudure.
  • Avantageusement, la plaque est réalisée dans un matériau rigide choisi parmi le polypropylène, le verre ou le métal.
  • Avantageusement, la ceinture se présente sous la forme d'un complexe multicouche de type aluminium/polyéthylène ou aluminium/polypropylène.
  • L'invention propose également un ensemble comportant un pot contenant un produit cosmétique et présentant une ouverture délimitée par une paroi latérale, et un système de protection selon l'une des variantes précédentes où la plaque est insérée dans l'ouverture et où la zone extérieure est fixée à la paroi latérale.
  • Avantageusement, une distance minimale entre la fente et le produit cosmétique est au moins de 2 mm.

    EXPOSÉ DÉTAILLÉ DE MODES DE RÉALISATION
  • La Fig. 1 montre un pot 100 comme par exemple un pot contenant un produit cosmétique 102 comme par exemple un produit tel qu'une crème. Par « pot » on entend n'importe quel contenant dont l'accès au produit se fait directement à travers une ouverture. Le pot selon l'invention peut être également une recharge destinée à être introduite dans une coque d'habillage.
  • Dans le mode de réalisation de l'invention présenté ici, le pot 100 est de section circulaire, mais d'autres formes comme par exemple rectangulaires, sont possibles.
  • Le pot 100 comporte un fond 104, une ouverture 106 opposée au fond 104 et une paroi latérale 108 s'étendant entre le fond 104 et l'ouverture 106 et qui délimite l'ouverture 106. Dans le mode de réalisation de l'invention présenté sur les Figs., le pot 100 présente une paroi latérale prenant la forme d'un cylindre de révolution, mais il est également possible que la paroi latérale 108 présente un col au niveau de l'ouverture 106, c'est-à-dire un étranglement par rapport aux dimensions du fond 104.
  • L'ouverture 106 permet l'accès à l'intérieur du pot 100 pour y prélever le produit cosmétique 102.
  • L'ouverture 106 du pot 100 est recouvert d'un système de protection 150 qui est montré vu de dessus à la Fig. 2. Un ensemble selon l'invention comporte le pot 100 et le système de protection 150.
  • Le système de protection 150 comporte une plaque 152 réalisée plus particulièrement dans un matériau rigide, comme par exemple en polypropylène, en verre, en métal, etc. La rigidité de la plaque 152 doit être suffisante pour que la plaque 152 ne se déforme pas sous l'effet d'une pression d'un doigt.
  • La plaque 152 est dimensionnée pour s'insérer dans l'ouverture 106 et épouser les contours de l'ouverture 106. La plaque 152 est donc ici circulaire.
  • Le système de protection 150 comporte également une ceinture 154 qui déborde de part et d'autre du pourtour 157 de la plaque 152 qui est vu en traits pointillés sur la Fig. 2. La ceinture 154 prend ici la forme d'une couronne. La ceinture 154 est constituée par exemple d'une membrane d'aluminium enduite d'un polymère formant par exemple un complexe multicouche du type aluminium/polyéthylène ou aluminium/polypropylène.
  • La ceinture 154 comporte ainsi une zone intérieure 154a qui est fixée à la plaque 152 en-deçà du pourtour 157, c'est-à-dire à l'intérieur du pourtour 157, et une zone extérieure 154b qui s'étend au-delà du pourtour 157, c'est-à-dire à l'extérieur du pourtour 157, et qui est fixée sur le pot 100 et plus particulièrement ici à la paroi latérale 108. La fixation de la ceinture 154 à la plaque 152 et au pot 100 est préférentiellement étanche.
  • Dans le mode de réalisation de l'invention présenté sur les Figs., la zone extérieure 154b s'étend sur la partie haute de la paroi latérale 108, c'est-à-dire sa tranche, et sur le tombant de la paroi latérale 108, mais la zone extérieure 154b peut être fixée uniquement à la tranche de la paroi latérale 108.
  • Pour des raisons de facilité de mise en œuvre, la ceinture 154 est fixée à la plaque 152 lors de la fabrication.
  • Lors de la mise en place du système de protection 150, la plaque 152 est placée dans l'ouverture 106 et la ceinture 154 est fixée à la paroi latérale 108, ici à la tranche et au tombant en rabattant la zone extérieure 154b.
  • La fixation de la ceinture 154 sur la plaque 152 et le pot 100 est réalisée par tous moyens de fixation connus comme le thermo-scellage, le collage au moyen d'un adhésif ou d'un polymère pouvant être scellé par pression (« pressure sensitive » en Anglais »), la soudure par exemple par ultrasons, etc.
  • La plaque 152 est percée d'une fente 156 qui est ici de forme oblongue, mais qui pourrait avoir une autre forme. Les dimensions de la fente 156 sont telles qu'un doigt ne peut pas la traverser pour éviter la mise en contact entre le doigt et le produit cosmétique 102. Selon un mode de réalisation particulier, la largeur de la fente 156 est comprise entre 5 et 12 mm, de préférence entre 6 et 10 mm.
  • Ainsi, après mise en place du système de protection 150 sur le pot 100, l'accès au produit cosmétique 102 par le doigt est impossible et la contamination du produit cosmétique 102 est donc impossible. L'accès au produit cosmétique 102 ne peut se faire que par utilisation d'un outil tel qu'une spatule dont les dimensions sont adaptées aux dimensions et à la forme de la fente 156.
  • En outre, le système de protection 150 permet au vendeur de refermer le pot 100 pour préserver la formule, car il ne gêne pas la fermeture du pot 100 qui peut se faire par clipsage ou vissage d'un couvercle par exemple.
  • Pour limiter également la possibilité d'accès au produit cosmétique 102 à travers la fente 156, il est souhaitable qu'il y ait une distance minimale 'd' entre la fente 156 et le produit cosmétique 102. Selon un mode de réalisation particulier, la distance 'd' est au moins de 2 mm. Cette distance minimale permet que même si une personne place son doigt sur la fente 156 et appuie dessus, la pulpe du doigt n'entre pas en contact avec le produit cosmétique 102.
  • Selon un mode de réalisation particulier, pour protéger le produit cosmétique 102 avant son exposition dans une boutique, le système de protection 150 comporte un opercule protecteur fixé de manière amovible sur la plaque 152 sur le pourtour de la fente 156 de manière à obturer la fente 156. Ainsi lorsque le pot 100 est mis en exposition, l'opercule est retiré pour laisser libre l'accès à la fente 156. L'opercule peut être autocollant ou être fixé à la plaque 152 par thermo-scellage.
  • Dans le mode de réalisation présenté à la Fig. 3 et à la Fig. 4, la ceinture 154 comporte une zone de recouvrement 304 qui s'étend à l'intérieur de la zone intérieure 154a et qui recouvre une partie de la plaque 152 et la fente 156 qui est alors cachée et vue ici en traits pointillées. La zone de recouvrement 304 présente au niveau du pourtour de la fente 156, une zone complémentaire de fixation 302 qui est fixée à la plaque 152 autour de la fente 156.
  • Lorsque la ceinture 154 n'est pas fixée entre la zone intérieure 154a et la zone complémentaire de fixation 302, le produit risque de couler entre la plaque 152 et la ceinture 154 lors du transport par exemple, ainsi en fixant la zone complémentaire de fixation 302 à la plaque 152 autour de la fente 156, l'écoulement du produit est évité.
  • Dans ce mode de réalisation particulier, la ceinture 154 peut également présenter une zone fragilisée 306 entre la zone intérieure 154a et la zone complémentaire de fixation 302 qui permet une déchirure aisée de la zone de recouvrement 304 lorsque le produit cosmétique 102 est mis en exposition. La zone fragilisée est par exemple une zone prédécoupée avec des pointillés.
  • Pour faciliter la prise en main de la partie de la zone de recouvrement 304 au niveau de la zone fragilisée, ladite zone de recouvrement 304 présente une zone de préhension 308 au niveau de la zone fragilisée 306. Cette zone de préhension 308 est par exemple une découpe réalisée dans la zone de recouvrement 304 au niveau de la zone fragilisée 306.

Claims (11)

  1. Système de protection (150) pour un pot (100) contenant un produit cosmétique (102) et présentant une ouverture (106) délimitée par une paroi latérale (108), ledit système de protection (150) comportant :
    - une plaque (152) destinée à être insérée dans l'ouverture (106) et comportant un pourtour (157), et
    - une ceinture (154) comportant une zone intérieure (154a) fixée à la plaque (152) en-deçà du pourtour (157) et une zone extérieure (154b) s'étendant au-delà du pourtour (157) et destinée à être fixée à la paroi latérale (108),
    où la plaque (152) est percée d'une fente (156) dont les dimensions sont telles qu'un doigt ne peut pas la traverser.
  2. Système de protection (150) selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la largeur de la fente (156) est comprise entre 5 et 12 mm, de préférence entre 6 et 10 mm.
  3. Système de protection (150) selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un opercule protecteur fixé de manière amovible sur la plaque (152) de manière à obturer la fente (156).
  4. Système de protection (150) selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la ceinture (152) comporte une zone de recouvrement (304) qui s'étend à l'intérieur de la zone intérieure (154a) et qui recouvre une partie de la plaque (152) et la fente (156) et en ce que la zone de recouvrement (304) présente au niveau du pourtour de la fente (156), une zone complémentaire de fixation (302) fixée à la plaque (152).
  5. Système de protection (150) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la ceinture (154) présente entre la zone intérieure (154a) et la zone complémentaire de fixation (302), une zone fragilisée.
  6. Système de protection (150) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que ladite zone de recouvrement (304) présente une zone de préhension (308) au niveau de la zone fragilisée (306).
  7. Système de protection (150) selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que la fixation de la ceinture (154) à la plaque (152) et au pot (100) est réalisée par thermo-scellage, collage ou soudure.
  8. Système de protection (150) selon l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que la plaque (152) est réalisée dans un matériau rigide choisi parmi le polypropylène, le verre ou le métal.
  9. Système de protection (150) selon l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que la ceinture (154) se présente sous la forme d'un complexe multicouche de type aluminium/polyéthylène ou aluminium/polypropylène.

Ensemble comportant un pot (100) contenant un produit cosmétique (102) et présentant une ouverture (106) délimitée par une paroi latérale (108), et un système de protection (150) selon l'une des revendications précédentes où la plaque (152) est insérée dans l'ouverture (106) et où la zone extérieure (154b) est fixée à la paroi latérale (108).
