  • the operation of forming the straight part (S30) includes forming a folded part in a concave shape on the upper surface of the main body by folding the main body in the longitudinal direction, and adhering the lower surface of a V tape to the upper surface of the folded part, and thus, a protrusion is formed rectilinearly on the lower surface of the main body, and improves the straightness of the main body.
  • the folded part is formed rectilinearly on the upper surface of the main body 10 to be folded concavely, and serves to form a depression rectilinearly on the lower surface of the main body, and the V tape is adhered to the upper surface of the folded part so as to maintain the folded state of the folded part.
  • the operation of forming the straight part (S30) includes forming the folded part in a concave shape on the lower surface of the main body by folding the main body in the longitudinal direction, and adhering the upper surface of the V tape to the lower surface of the folded part, and thus, a depression is formed rectilinearly on the lower surface of the main body, improves the straightness of the main body, and effectively prevents bending of the main body in the forward and rearward directions due to weight or external force, thereby improving rigidity of the main body while facilitating formation of the stable structure of the main body.
  • the reinforcing tapes are adhered to the upper surface and the lower surface of the main body, respectively.
  • the reinforcing tapes serve to reinforce the upper surface and the lower surface of the main body.
  • the operation of adhering the reinforcing tapes to the upper surface and the lower surface of the main body (S40) may include adhering pairs of V tapes to the upper surface of the main body so as to form vacant spaces symmetrically disposed at both sides of the upper surface of the main body and configured to form air tubes by injecting air into the vacant spaces, before the reinforcing tapes are adhered to the upper surface and the lower surface of the main body.
  • the pairs of V tapes include a pair of first V tapes and a pair of second V tapes, as shown in FIGs. 19 and 20 , and form a pair of vacant spaces between the main body and the reinforcing tape adhered to the upper surface of the main body, and a structure in which both sides of the main body bulge downwards may be formed by injecting air into the vacant spaces.
  • the side tape In an operation of adhering the side tape to the circumference of the main body (S50), the side tape is adhered to the circumference of the main body so as to seal the main body, and thus, forms the main body into an air tube type.
  • the side tape is adhered to the circumference of the main body so as to seal the main body, and thus form the air tube-type main body.

Claims (8)

  1. Planche de surf gonflable, comprenant :
    un corps principal (10) formé par découpe d'un tissu à mailles tombantes comportant plusieurs lignes de maintien de forme (11) dont les extrémités sont accouplées aux surfaces intérieures supérieure et inférieure du tissu à mailles tombantes, en une plaque allongée ; caractérisée en ce que la planche de surf gonflable comprend en outre :
    une bande latérale (20) collée sur une circonférence du corps principal (10) de manière à sceller le corps principal (10) et ainsi former un tube à air ;
    une partie droite (30) formée de manière convexe ou concave dans une direction longitudinale sur une surface inférieure du corps principal (10) de manière à assurer la rectitude du corps principal (10) ;
    une bande de renfort supérieure (40) collée à une surface supérieure du corps principal (10) ;
    une bande de renfort inférieure (50) collée à une surface inférieure du corps principal (10) ;
    une paire de premières bandes en V (80) disposées symétriquement sur la surface supérieure du corps principal (10) et formées en V de telle sorte que les extrémités supérieures et inférieures des premières bandes en V (80) sont collées entre les deux bords de la surface supérieure du corps principal (10) et une surface inférieure de la bande de renfort supérieure (40) de manière à former des espaces vides entre le corps principal (10) et la bande de renfort supérieure (40) ; et
    une paire de deuxièmes bandes en V (90) disposées symétriquement sur la surface supérieure du corps principal (10) de manière à être espacées des premières bandes en V (80), et formées en V de telle sorte que les extrémités supérieure et inférieure des deuxièmes bandes en V (90) soient collées entre la surface supérieure du corps principal (10) et la surface inférieure de la bande de renfort supérieure (40) de manière à former les espaces vacants entre le corps principal (10), la bande de renfort supérieure (40) et les premières bandes en V (80),
    dans laquelle la partie droite (30) comprend :
    soit une partie pliée (31) formée sur la surface supérieure dudit corps principal (10) à plier dans une forme concave le long de la direction longitudinale ;
    une bande en V (32) ayant une surface inférieure adhérée à une surface supérieure de la partie pliée (31) dans une forme de V ;
    une partie concave droite (33) formée dans une forme concave de manière rectiligne dans la direction longitudinale sur une surface supérieure de la bande en V (32) sur la surface supérieure du corps principal (10) ; et
    une partie convexe droite (34) formée dans une forme convexe de manière rectiligne dans la direction longitudinale sur la surface inférieure du corps principal (10) pour correspondre à la partie concave droite (33), ou
    dans laquelle la partie droite (30) comprend :
    une partie pliée (31) formée sur la surface inférieure du corps principal (10) pour être pliée dans une forme concave dans la direction longitudinale ;
    une bande en V (32) ayant une surface supérieure collée à une surface inférieure de la partie pliée (31) en forme de V ;
    une partie concave droite (33) formée dans une forme concave de manière rectiligne sur une surface inférieure de la bande en V (32) sur la surface inférieure du corps principal (10) dans la direction longitudinale ; et
    une partie convexe droite (34) formée dans une forme convexe de manière rectiligne dans la direction longitudinale sur la surface inférieure du corps principal (10) pour correspondre à la partie concave droite (33).
  2. Planche de surf gonflable selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle une profondeur d'une région pliée de la partie pliée (31) est progressivement augmentée ou diminuée de sorte que la partie concave droite (33) et la partie convexe droite (34) sont formées pour être inclinées.
  3. Planche de surf gonflable selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle au moins une partie droite (30) est formée sur la surface inférieure du corps principal (10).
  4. Procédé de fabrication d'une planche de surf gonflable selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant les étapes consistant à :
    découper un tissu à points tombants, comportant une pluralité de lignes de maintien de forme (11) dont les deux extrémités sont couplées aux surfaces intérieures supérieure et inférieure du tissu à points tombants, en une forme de plaque longue de manière à former un corps principal (10) ;
    préparer des bandes comprenant une bande latérale (20) collée à une circonférence du corps principal (10) par découpe ;
    former une partie droite (30) configurée pour faire saillie de manière rectiligne ou pour être enfoncée de manière rectiligne sur une surface inférieure du corps principal (10) en pliant une surface supérieure ou la surface inférieure du corps principal (10) ; et
    coller la bande latérale (20) à la circonférence du corps principal (10) de manière à sceller le corps principal (10) et ainsi former le corps principal (10) en un tube à air.
  5. Procédé de fabrication selon la revendication 4, dans lequel l'étape consistant à former la partie droite (30) consiste à :
    former une partie pliée (31) de forme concave sur la surface supérieure du corps principal (10) en pliant le corps principal (10) dans une direction longitudinale ; et
    coller les deux côtés d'une surface inférieure d'une bande en V (32) aux deux côtés d'une extrémité supérieure de la partie pliée (31).
  6. Procédé de fabrication selon la revendication 4, dans lequel l'étape consistant à former la partie droite (30) consiste à :
    former une partie pliée (31) de forme concave sur la surface inférieure du corps principal (10) en pliant le corps principal (10) dans une direction longitudinale ; et
    coller les deux côtés d'une surface inférieure d'une bande en V (32) aux deux côtés d'une extrémité supérieure de la partie pliée (31).
  7. Procédé de fabrication selon la revendication 4, comprenant en outre l'étape consistant à :
    coller des bandes de renfort (40, 50) à la surface supérieure et à la surface inférieure du corps principal (10), respectivement, après la formation de la partie droite (30).
  8. Procédé de fabrication selon la revendication 7, dans lequel l'étape consistant à coller les bandes de renfort (40, 50) à la surface supérieure et à la surface inférieure du corps principal (10) consiste à :
    coller des paires de bandes en V à la surface supérieure du corps principal (10) de manière à former des espaces vacants disposés symétriquement des deux côtés de la surface supérieure du corps principal (10) et configurés pour former des tubes à air en injectant de l'air dans les espaces vacants, avant que les bandes de renfort (40, 50) ne soient collées à la surface supérieure et à la surface inférieure du corps principal (10).
