Claims (13)

  1. Emballage en carton avec un fond (2), une paroi latérale périphérique (1), et un couvercle fixe (3) dans lequel est prévue une ouverture de prélèvement (4) qui est fermée et libérée au choix par un couvercle (6, 16) et qui peut donc être refermée,
    caractérisé en ce que le couvercle est formé de deux couches de carton (6, 16) disposées de manière mobile, les deux couches de carton (6, 16) se trouvant sur des côtés opposés du couvercle fixe et les deux couches de carton (6, 16) étant reliées entre elles de manière à ne pas pouvoir tourner.
  2. Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les deux couches de carton (6, 16) sont reliées entre elles de manière solidaire en rotation par un palier de rotation 12.
  3. Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les deux couches de carton (6, 16) sont collées ou scellées entre elles au centre et sont ainsi reliées entre elles de manière solidaire en rotation.
  4. Emballage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle de l'ouverture de prélèvement (4) est pourvu d'un mécanisme qui garantit un maintien sûr, mais néanmoins une mobilité suffisante.
  5. Emballage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle est réalisé sous forme de disque en carton (6, 16).
  6. Emballage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle présente un renfoncement (11), un évidement ou un élément similaire.
  7. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les renfoncements, les évidements ou similaires des couches de carton (6, 16) sont adaptés les uns aux autres.
  8. Emballage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une garantie d'inviolabilité est prévue.
  9. Emballage selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'inviolabilité est défini par une ligne d'affaiblissement (10) et est relié à la couche supérieure de carton (6).
  10. Emballage selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce qu'une partie de la couche supérieure de carton (6) est conçue de manière amovible.
  11. Emballage selon la revendication 8, 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce qu'un couvercle (20) en carton, papier ou similaire est disposé de manière amovible sur le couvercle (6).
  12. Emballage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une partie de poignée (9) est prévue sur le couvercle (6).
  13. Emballage selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que la partie de préhension (9) est conçue de manière rabattable.
