Description

PEG-freie Seifengelzubereitung
Die Erfindung gehört zum kosmetischen Bereich und betrifft eine geformte Zubereitung zur Anwendung kosmetischer und pharmazeutischer Wirkstoffe, insbesondere in Stiftform, insbesondere für die Anwendung als Deodorant, auf der Basis eines Seifen-Gels.
Seifengele sind als Träger für topisch anzuwendende kosmetische und pharmazeutische Wirkstoffe seit langem bekannt. Üblicherweise werden als Seifen Natriumstearat-Gele in wässrigen niederen Alkoholen und Glycolen eingesetzt. Entscheidend für den Einsatz in Stiftform ist, dass diese Seifengele eine Formstabilität aufweisen. Das heißt, die Seifengele verformen sich nicht unter ihrem eigenen Gewicht. Ferner sind Effekte wie Phasenseparationen oder Inhomogenitäten zu vermeiden.
Der Stand der Technik kennt unter anderem die folgenden Schriften, die den Einsatz von Seifengelzubereitungen zur topischen Anwendung in Stiftform beschreiben:
Ein Beispiel ist die WO 1997026859 A1, welche ölhaltige Seifengelstifte enthaltend 1,2 Propylenglykol offenbart.
Die Vielzahl der bekannten Seifengelstifte darf jedoch nicht darüber hinwegtäuschen, dass es weitere Herausforderungen bei der Formulierung dieser Stifte gibt. Zunehmend hinterfragen Verbraucher die Inhaltstoffe von kosmetischen Formulierungen, so dass trotz wissenschaftlich erwiesener Unbedenklichkeit bestimmte kosmetisch zugelassene Inhaltsstoffe nicht mehr gewünscht sind. Als Folge werden diese Produkte gemieden.
Bekannte Inhaltstoffe, die Verbraucher versuchen zu vermeiden, sind nachfolgend aufgeführt:

Probleme entstehen in der Regel, wenn nun kosmetische Produkte, wie in diesem Fall Seifengelstifte, ohne ein oder mehrere dieser Substanzen formuliert werden sollen.

Die Seifengelstifte weisen eine unzureichende Temperaturstabilität auf, so dass diese sich bei Lagerung bei 45°C verformen. Folglich weisen sie keine Formstabilität auf.
Die vorliegende Erfindung konnte überraschend zumindest eines der aufgeführten Produktnachteile adressieren.
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist eine Seifengel-Zubereitung zur topischen Anwendung kosmetischer Wirkstoffe, insbesondere in Stiftform, umfassend, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung, a) 5 bis 15 Gew.-% lineare Fettsäuren mit 14 bis 22 C-Atomen in Form ihrer Alkaliseife, b) 1,3-Propandiol, c) Glycerin und d) Butylenglykol.
Alle nachstehend angegebenen Gewichtsprozente (Gew .-%) basieren, sofern nicht anders angegeben, auf dem Gesamtgewicht der erfindungsgemäßen Zubereitung. Wenn Verhältnisse bestimmter Komponenten in der folgenden Beschreibung offenbart sind, beziehen sich diese Verhältnisse, sofern nicht anders angegeben, auf Gewichtsverhältnisse der Komponenten.
Sofern nicht anders angegeben, wurden alle Tests und Messungen unter „normalen Bedingungen / Normalbedingungen“ durchgeführt. Der Begriff "normale Bedingungen / Normalbedingungen" bezieht sich auf 20 ° C, 1013 hPa und eine relative Luftfeuchtigkeit von 50%.
Der Begriff „Haut“ bezieht sich ausschließlich auf die menschliche Haut.
Die erfindungsgemäße Zubereitung konnte überraschend Nachteile des Standes der Technik beseitigen bzw. reduzieren.
Als lineare Fettsäuren zur Herstellung der erfindungsgemäßen Seifengel-Zubereitungen eignen sich z.B. Palmitinsäure, Stearinsäure, Arachinsäure, Behensäure, Myristinsäure, Ölsäure oder technische Gemische, die überwiegend aus solchen Fettsäuren bestehen, z.B. gehärtete Palmölfettsäure oder gehärtete Talgfettsäure. Bevorzugt wird mindestens Stearinsäure und Palmitinsäure eingesetzt.
Die linearen Fettsäuren liegen ganz oder überwiegend als Alkalisalze (Alkaliseifen) vor, bevorzugt als Natriumseife. Es können auch andere Neutralisierungsmittel, z.B. Triethanolamin oder Natronlauge verwendet werden. Ein geringer Anteil an freier, unverseifter Fettsäure, etwa in einer Menge von 0,01 bis 0,5 Gew.-% der Zubereitung, ist jedoch nicht nachteilig.
Gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es von Vorteil, wenn der Anteil der linearen Fettsäuren mit 14 bis 22 C-Atomen in Form ihrer Alkaliseife von 5,5 bis 10 Gew.-%, weiterhin bevorzugt von 5,8 bis 9 Gew.-% und insbesondere bevorzugt von 6 bis 8 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung beträgt.
Ferner ist es von Vorteil gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung, wenn der Anteil von 1 ,3- Propandiol von 5 bis 30 Gew.-%, bevorzugt von 8 bis 25 Gew.-% und insbesondere bevorzugt von 12 bis 22 Gew.-% bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung beträgt.
Weiterhin ist es von Vorteil, wenn der Anteil von Glycerin von 5 bis 30 Gew.-%, bevorzugt von 6 bis 15 Gew.-% und insbesondere bevorzugt von 7 bis 12 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung beträgt.
Es ist ebenfalls von Vorteil, wenn der Anteil von Butylenglykol von 5 bis 20 Gew.-%, bevorzugt von 6 bis 15 Gew.-% und insbesondere bevorzugt von 7 bis 12 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung beträgt. Die Erfindung ist bevorzugt dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gewichtsverhältnis von 1,3- Propandiol zu Glycerin von 4:1 bis 1:1, bevorzugt von 3:1 bis 1,2:1 und insbesondere bevorzugt von 2,5:1 bis 1,5:1 beträgt.
Die Erfindung ist bevorzugt dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gewichtsverhältnis von 1,3- Propandiol zu Butylenglykol von 4:1 bis 1:1, bevorzugt von 3:1 bis 1,2:1 und insbesondere bevorzugt von 2,5:1 bis 1,5:1 beträgt.
Es ist bevorzugt im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung, wenn die Zubereitung frei ist von Polyethylenglykolen und Molekülen, welche Polyethylenglykolgruppen in ihrer Struktur aufweisen. Folglich enthält die Zubereitung bevorzugt keine Polyethylenglykolen und Molekülen, welche Polyethylenglykolgruppen in ihrer Struktur aufweisen, und der Anteil dieser Substanzen beträgt 0 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung.
Es ist bevorzugt im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung, wenn die Zubereitung frei ist von Propylenglykol. Folglich enthält die Zubereitung bevorzugt kein Propylenglykol und der Anteil dieser Substanz beträgt 0 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung.
Es ist bevorzugt im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung, wenn die Zubereitung frei ist von Parabenen. Folglich enthält die Zubereitung bevorzugt keine Parabene und der Anteil dieser Substanz beträgt 0 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung.
Letztlich war es ebenfalls für den Fachmann überraschend, dass die Nachteile des Standes der Technik gelöst werden konnten, ohne dass der Zubereitung Ethanol zugesetzt werden musste. Ethanol dient oftmals als Lösungsvermittler in kosmetischen Zubereitungen.
Es ist weiterhin erfindungsgemäß vorteilhaft, wenn die kosmetische Zubereitung der Erfindung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass diese einen partikulären Inhaltsstoff als weiteren Strukturgeber umfasst.
In einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung sind die partikulären Inhaltsstoffe gewählt aus der Gruppe der Stärken, insbesondere Tapiokastärke und/oder Distärkephosphat. Insbesondere bevorzugt ist Distärkephosphat.
In einerweiteren Ausführungsform der Erfindung werden als partikuläre Inhaltsstoffe Kaolin und Talkum eingesetzt. Es ist erfindungsgemäß ebenfalls möglich, beide benannten Ausführungsformen zu kombinieren und als partikuläre Inhaltstoffe Tapiokastärke, Distärkephosphat, Kaolin und/oder Talkum einzusetzen.
Vorteilhaft beträgt der Gesamtanteil der partikulären Inhaltstoffe von 0,1 bis 5 Gew.-%, bevorzugt von 0,2 bis 3 Gew.-% und insbesondere bevorzugt 0,3 bis 0,7 Gew.-%, jeweils bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung.
Es ist weiter vorteilhaft, wenn Kaolin, Talkum, Tapiokastärke und/oder Distärkephosphat in einem Gesamtanteil von 0,1 bis 5 Gew.-%, bevorzugt von 0,2 bis 3 Gew.-% und insbesondere bevorzugt 0,3 bis 0,7 Gew.-%, jeweils bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung, enthalten sind.
Es ist insbesondere vorteilhaft, wenn Distärkephosphat in einem Anteil von 0,1 bis 5 Gew.- %, bevorzugt von 0,2 bis 3 Gew.-% und insbesondere bevorzugt 0,3 bis 0,7 Gew.-%, jeweils bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung, enthalten ist.
Erfindungsgemäß werden als partikuläre Inhaltstoffe alle als Partikel vorliegenden Inhaltstoffe angesehen, die bei einer Temperatur von 95°C weder flüssig noch gasförmig sind.
Andere erfindungsgemäße Ausführungsformen sind vorteilhaft dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf partikulären Inhaltsstoff verzichtet werden kann.
Vorteilhafte Ausführungsformen der Erfindung enthalten zusätzlich einen Deowirker. Deowirker sind Inhaltstoffe, die vornehmlich gegen die Bakterien Staphylococcus epidermidis und Corynebacterium jeikeium wirken.
Bevorzugt werden als Deowirker Octenidinhydrochlorid, Butylocansäure, Polyglyceryl-2 Caprate, Methyl Phenylbutanol, Polyquaternium-16 und/oder Ethylhexylglycerin eingesetzt. Insbesondere bevorzugt sind Butyloctansäure und Ethylhexylglycerin.
Sofern Octenidinhydrochlorid enthalten ist, beträgt der Anteil Octenidinhydrochlorid vorteilhaft von 0,1 bis 0,5 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung.
Sofern Butylocansäure enthalten ist, beträgt der Anteil Butylocansäure vorteilhaft von 0,1 bis 1 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung. Sofern Ethylhexylglycerin enthalten ist, beträgt der Anteil Ethylhexylglycerin vorteilhaft von 0,1 bis 0,7 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung.
Ferner ist es vorteilhaft im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung, wenn die Zubereitung ein oder mehrere weitere Öle umfasst. Erfindungsgemäß vorteilhafte Öl sind natürliche, pflanzliche Öle. Insbesondere bevorzugt ist Avocadoöl. Ferner umfasst die Ölphase bevorzugt Octyldodecanol.
Generell ist es vorteilhaft, wenn der Gesamtanteil der Ölphase mindestens 0,01 Gew-% jedoch weniger als 2,5 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung, ausmacht.
Es ist erfindungsgemäß von Vorteil, wenn der Anteil von Wasser in der Zubereitung von 40 bis 60 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 45 bis 55 Gew.-% und insbesondere von 47 bis 53 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung, beträgt.
Letztlich sind die erfindungsgemäßen Zubereitungen vorteilhaft dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese keinen aluminiumhaltigen Antitranspirantwirkstoff umfassen.
Die Herstellung der erfindungsgemäßen Seifengel-Zubereitungen wird zweckmäßig in der Weise durchgeführt, dass man die Polyole, Wasser und Fettsäuregemische in einem Behälter unter Erwärmen auf ca. 60 - 80 °C mischt, dieser Mischung das Alkalihydroxid in Form einer konzentrierten wässrigen Lösung zusetzt und die Masse bewegt, bis die Verseifung der Fettsäuren unter Bildung einer klaren Lösung abgeschlossen ist. Dann können die Wirkstoffe, die Hilfsmittel und Öle während der Abkühlung nacheinander untergemischt werden. Schließlich wird die Masse bei einer Temperatur oberhalb der Gelbildungstemperatur in eine Form, z.B. in eine Stifthülse, gegossen und dort auf eine Temperatur abgekühlt, bei der die Masse zum Gel erstarrt.
Beispiele:
Die folgenden Beispiele sollen die Zubereitungen dieser Erfindung veranschaulichen, ohne die Erfindung auf diese Beispiele beschränken zu wollen. Die Zahlenwerte in den Beispielen sind Gewichtsprozente, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitungen.
Die Seifengelzubereitungen wurden wie folgt hergestellt: a) Natriumhydroxid in vorgegebener Wassermenge lösen. b) Fettsäuremischung und Polyole anschließend dazugeben c) unter Rühren auf dem Magnetrührer auf 70°C erhitzen d) für 15 Minuten unter Rühren verseifen e) Die weiteren Inhaltstoffe wie Wirkstoffe, die Hilfsmittel und Öle in einem zweiten Becherglas einwiegen f) Diese zweite Phase unter Rühren auf dem Magnetrührer auf 40°C erhitzen g) Zweite Phase unter Rühren in die erste Phase geben. h) Abkühlung der Mischung unter Rühren auf 60-65°C i) Gießen der Masse in vorbereitete geeignete Packmittelhülsen j) Anschließendes Abkühlen auf Raumtemperatur
Die nachfolgend mit der Abkürzung Vgl.X, wobei X eine fortlaufende Zahl ist, gekennzeichneten Formulierungen sind nicht erfindungsgemäße Vergleichsbeispiele. Erfindungsgemäße Beispiele werden mit Bsp.X abgekürzt, wobei auch hier das X für eine fortlaufende Zahl steht.
Wie die Vergleichsversuche zeigen, konnte durch den Einsatz der erfindungsgemäßen Kombination die Nachteile des Standes der Technik beseitigt werden.

Claims

Ansprüche
1. Seifengel-Zubereitung zur topischen Anwendung kosmetischer Wirkstoffe, insbesondere in Stiftform, umfassend, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung, a) 5 bis 15 Gew.-% lineare Fettsäuren mit 14 bis 22 C-Atomen in Form ihrer Alkaliseife, b) 1,3-Propandiol, c) Glycerin und d) Butylenglykol.
2. Zubereitung nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens Stearinsäure und Palmitinsäure als lineare Fettsäuren eingesetzt werden.
3. Zubereitung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fettsäuren in Form ihrer Natriumseife vorliegen.
4. Zubereitung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anteil der linearen Fettsäuren mit 14 bis 22 C-Atomen in Form ihrer Alkaliseife von 5,5 bis 10 Gew.-%, weiterhin bevorzugt von 5,8 bis 9 Gew.-% und insbesondere bevorzugt von 6 bis 8 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung beträgt.
5. Zubereitung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anteil von 1,3-Propandiol von 5 bis 30 Gew.-%, bevorzugt von 8 bis 25 Gew.-% und insbesondere bevorzugt von 12 bis 22 Gew.-% bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung beträgt.
6. Zubereitung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anteil von Glycerin von 5 bis 30 Gew.-%, bevorzugt von 6 bis 15 Gew.-% und insbesondere bevorzugt von 7 bis 12 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung beträgt.
7. Zubereitung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anteil von Butylenglykol von 5 bis 20 Gew.-%, bevorzugt von 6 bis 15 Gew.- % und insbesondere bevorzugt von 7 bis 12 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung beträgt.
8. Zubereitung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gewichtsverhältnis von 1,3-Propandiol zu Glycerin von 4:1 bis 1:1, bevorzugt von 3:1 bis 1,2:1 und insbesondere bevorzugt von 2,5:1 bis 1,5:1 beträgt.
9. Zubereitung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gewichtsverhältnis von 1,3-Propandiol zu Butylenglykol von 4:1 bis 1:1, bevorzugt von 3:1 bis 1,2:1 und insbesondere bevorzugt von 2,5:1 bis 1,5:1 beträgt.
10. Zubereitung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zubereitung frei ist von Polyethylenglykolen und Molekülen, welche Polyethylenglykolgruppen in ihrer Struktur aufweisen.
11. Zubereitung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zubereitung frei ist von Propylenglykol.
12. Zubereitung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zubereitung einen partikulären Inhaltsstoff als weiteren Strukturgeber umfasst.
13. Zubereitung nach Anspruch 12 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die partikulären Inhaltsstoffe gewählt sind aus der Gruppe Kaolin, Talkum, Tapiokastärke und Distärkephosphat.
14. Zubereitung nach Anspruch 12 oder 13 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gesamtanteil der partikulären Inhaltstoffe von 0,1 bis 5 Gew.-%, bevorzugt von 0,2 bis 3 Gew.-% und insbesondere bevorzugt 0,3 bis 0,7 Gew.-%, jeweils bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung.
15. Zubereitung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zusätzlich ein Deowirker enthalten ist, der gegen die Bakterien Staphylococcus epidermidis und Corynebacterium jeikeium wirkt.
