Claims (12)

  1. Verwendung eines Knetprodukts in einem T8-Zustand aus einer Aluminiumlegierung mit der Zusammensetzung, in Gew.-%,
    Cu: 3,6-4,4
    Mg: 1,2-1,4
    Mn: 0,5-0,8
    Zr: 0,07 - 0,15
    Ti: 0,01-0,05
    Si ≤ 0,20
    Fe ≤ 0,20
    Zn ≤ 0,25
    unvermeidbare Verunreinigungen < 0,05
    Rest Aluminium,
    in einer Anwendung, in der das Produkt eine signifikante Dauer von mindestens 200 Stunden lang auf Temperaturen von 100°C bis 250°C gehalten wird.
  2. Verwendung nach Anspruch 1, bei der Cu mindestens gleich 3,9 Gew.-%, und vorzugsweise mindestens gleich 4,0 Gew.-% beträgt, und/oder Cu höchstens 4,3 Gew.-%, und vorzugsweise 4,25 Gew.-% beträgt.
  3. Verwendung nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, bei der der Gehalt an Mn zwischen 0,51 und 0,65 Gew.-% liegt.
  4. Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei der Zr mindestens gleich 0,08 Gew.-% beträgt.
  5. Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dicke des Knetprodukts zwischen 6 mm und 300 mm, und vorzugsweise zwischen 10 und 200 mm liegt, vorausgesetzt dass, wenn das Knetprodukt ein Profil ist, die Dicke gemäß der Norm EN 2066:2001 definiert wird.
  6. Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei der das Knetprodukt in der Längsrichtung eine Bruchfestigkeit Rm von mindestens 490 MPa, und vorzugsweise mindestens 495 MPa aufweist, und nach der Alterung 1000 Stunden lang bei 150°C eine Bruchfestigkeit Rm von mindestens 475 MPa, und vorzugsweise mindestens 480 MPa aufweist, wobei die Bruchfestigkeit Rm durch einen Zugversuch gemäß der Norm NF EN ISO 6892-1 bestimmt wird, wobei die Probenahme und die Richtung des Versuchs durch die Norm EN 485-1 definiert werden.
  7. Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, bei der das Knetprodukt eine Dauer, die nötig ist, um eine Verformung von 0,35% bei einer Kriechprüfung gemäß der Norm ASTM E139-06 bei einer Spannung von 250 MPa und einer Temperatur von 150°C mindestens 700 Stunden lang, und vorzugweise mindestens 800 Stunden lang zu erreichen, aufweist.
  8. Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei das Verfahren zum Herstellen des Knetprodukts nacheinander umfasst,
    - Ausarbeiten eines Bades aus flüssigem Metall, um eine Aluminiumlegierung mit einer Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 zu erhalten,
    - Gießen der Legierung typischerweise in Form eines Walzbarrens, eines Pressbarrens oder Schmiederohlings,
    - optional Homogenisieren des so gegossenen Produkts, um eine Temperatur zu erreichen, die zwischen 450°C und 520°C liegt,
    - Warmumformen des so erhaltenen Produkts,
    - Lösungsglühen des so warmumgeformten Produkts durch eine Wärmebehandlung, die es ermöglicht, eine Temperatur zu erreichen, die zwischen 485 und 520°C, und vorzugsweise zwischen 495 und 510°C liegt, 15 Min. bis 8 Stunden lang, danach Abschrecken,
    - Kaltumformen des so lösungsgeglühten und abgeschreckten Produkts,
    - Vorlauslagern, bei dem das so erhaltene Produkt eine Temperatur erreicht, die zwischen 160 und 210°C, und vorzugsweise zwischen 175 und 195°C liegt, 5 bis 100 Stunden lang, und vorzugsweise 8 bis 50 Stunden lang, um einen T8-Zustand zu erhalten.
  9. Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, bei der das Produkt auf Temperaturen von 100°C bis 200°C gehalten wird.
  10. Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, bei der die Anwendung ein Strukturteil oder ein Verbindungsmittel in der Nähe eines Motors in der Automobil- oder Luftfahrtindustrie ist.
  11. Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, bei der die Anwendung ein Rotor oder ein anderes Teil einer Luftsaugpumpe, wie einer Vakuumpumpe, vorzugsweise einer Turbomolekularpumpe ist.
  12. Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, bei der die Anwendung ein Teil einer Luftgebläse-Vorrichtung, wie ein Impeller ist.
