Claims (5)

  1. Uhrwerksbaugruppe mit einem Dorn (1A), der sich in axialer Richtung der Uhrwerksbaugruppe erstreckt, und einer auf dem Dorn reibschlüssig aufgesetzten Platte (2), die ein Rad bildet, wobei der Dorn eine axiale Anschlagfläche (5) für die Platte aufweist und so ausgestaltet ist, dass er die Platte, nach dem Aufsetzen, in einer im Wesentlichen funktionsgerechten axialen Position halten kann, in der sie an der axialen Anschlagfläche anliegt, wobei die Platte (2) mindestens einen ersten Arm (6a) und mindestens einen zweiten Arm (6b) umfasst, die gemeinsam eine Klammer bilden, die so ausgelegt ist, dass sie durch elastische Verformung mindestens eines ihrer Arme in Öffnungsrichtung der Klammer eine vom Dorn im Bereich der axialen Anschlagfläche bereitgestellte Reibfläche (7a) erfassen kann;
    wobei die Uhrwerksbaugruppe derart ausgestaltet ist, dass der Dorn (1A) ein zylindrisches Passteil (10) aufweist, das in axialer Richtung jenseits der Reibfläche (7a) relativ zur axialen Anschlagfläche (5) angeordnet ist, wobei das zylindrische Passteil (10) einen langgestreckten Querschnitt mit einer Hauptachse (A) in Längsrichtung dieses Querschnitts und einer Nebenachse (B) senkrecht zur Hauptachse aufweist, deren Abmessungen sowohl kleiner als die der Hauptachse als auch kleiner als der Mindestdurchmesser der Reibfläche sind, wobei der Dorn so konfiguriert ist, dass die Montage der Uhrwerksbaugruppe dadurch erfolgt, dass das zylindrische Passteil ohne nennenswerte Verformung der Klammer in eine zentrale Zone zwischen den Armen (6a, 6b) der Klammer eingeführt wird, wobei das Passteil so ausgerichtet ist, dass die Nebenachse seines Querschnitts parallel zur Öffnungsrichtung der Klammer verläuft, anschließend die Klammer durch eine im Wesentlichen um neunzig Grad (90°) erfolgende Drehung des Dorns (1A) relativ zur Platte (2) geöffnet wird und abschließend die Platte (2) axial in ihre funktionale Position bewegt wird, in der die Klammer elastisch verformt ist und eine funktionale Reibverbindung für die Uhrwerksbaugruppe herstellt.
  2. Uhrwerksbaugruppe nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Reibdrehfläche (7a) die Rückseite eines kreisförmigen Lagers (7) bildet, das entlang des Dorns angeordnet ist, um die Platte (2) in ihrer funktionalen axialen Position zu halten und dort zu sichern.
  3. Uhrwerksbaugruppe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der der Dorn in Richtung der Nebenachse seines Querschnitts zwei einander gegenüberliegende Rampen (14) zwischen dem zylindrischen Passteil (10) und der Reibdrehfläche (7a) ausbildet.
  4. Uhrwerksbaugruppe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der der Dorn (1A) mit einem Ritzel (4) versehen ist und die axiale Anschlagfläche (5) durch eine der Stirnflächen des Ritzels gebildet ist.
  5. Verfahren zum Zusammenbau einer Uhrwerksbaugruppe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend die folgenden Schritte:
    - Bereitstellen der Platte (2) mit mindestens zwei Armen (6a, 6b), die gemeinsam einen Clip bilden, sowie des Dorns (1A) mit dem zylindrischen Passteil (10);
    - Ausrichten des Dorns relativ zur Platte, sodass die Nebenachse des Querschnitts des zylindrischen Passteils parallel zur Öffnungsrichtung des Clips verläuft, und - unter weitgehender Beibehaltung dieser Ausrichtung - axiales Einführen des zylindrischen Passteils (10) in den zentralen Bereich zwischen den Cliparmen, bis sich die Platte im Wesentlichen an einem Ende des Passteils auf der Seite der Reibdrehfläche befindet;
    - anschließend Drehen des Dorns (1A) relativ zur Platte (2), um eine elastische Spreizung der Cliparme (6a, 6b) herbeizuführen und dadurch den Clip in Öffnungsrichtung zu öffnen; und
    - schließlich axiales Verschieben der Platte (2), bis sie ihre funktionale axiale Position erreicht, in der der Clip die Reibdrehfläche formschlüssig greift.
