L'invention a notamment pour objet une installation de ventilation comprenant : - un caisson central (2) avec un ventilateur (1) d'extraction ou d'insufflation d'air, - N gaines d'extraction ou d'insufflation d'air (41, 42, 43), chacune raccordée à un piquage d'entrée ou de sortie d'air dudit caisson central (2) ; - au moins une gaine de rejet ou d'entrée d'air (8), et - un régulateur de débit ( 5 1 " , 5 2 " , 5 3 "
