Claims (12)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Oberflächenerneuerung (1), umfassend einen Hauptkörper (2), der elektrische Drehantriebsmittel aufnimmt, eine Drehwelle (3), die über die Antriebsmittel drehbar ist und dazu bestimmt ist, mindestens ein zylindrisches Element mit aktiver Erneuerungsoberfläche (10) vom Typ Rolle zu tragen, Verriegelungsmittel (5) zum Arretieren der Rolle auf der Welle, und ein Schutzgehäuse (4), das sich vom Hauptkörper (2) aus erstreckt und die Drehwelle (3) aufnimmt, wobei das Gehäuse (4) dem Hauptkörper gegenüber durch eine Backe (41) verschlossen ist, die sich in einer geschlossenen oder geöffneten Position befinden kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsmittel (5) der Rolle fest mit der Backe (41) verbunden sind und ein Verriegelungsteil (50) umfassen, das drehbar ist und geeignet ist, in der geschlossenen Position der Backe gegen die auf die Drehwelle zu montierende Rolle anzuliegen und mit dieser zusammenzuwirken.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verriegelungsteil (50) auf einem drehbaren Träger (51), insbesondere einem kugelgelagerten Träger montiert ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verriegelungsteil (50) elastisch anliegt, die Verriegelungsmittel (5) bevorzugt eine Feder (52), insbesondere eine Spiralfeder umfassen, die zwischen dem Verriegelungsteil (50) und einem drehbaren Träger (51) des Teils positioniert ist, wobei der drehbare Träger (51) fest mit der Backe (41) verbunden ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verriegelungsteil (50) ein Einsteckteil bildet, das dazu bestimmt ist, mit der Nabe (11) der auf die Drehwelle (3) zu positionierenden Rolle (10) zusammenzuwirken.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verriegelungsteil (50) ein abgeschrägtes distales Ende aufweist, das Verriegelungsteil insbesondere ein distales Ende aufweist, das kegelstumpfförmig ist, wobei es sich in der von der Backe (41) abgewandten Richtung verjüngt.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Backe (41) über einen Drehzapfen (42) am Gehäuse (4) befestigt ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Backe (41) auf einer Seite durch eine Schwenkachse (42) und auf der entgegengesetzten Seite durch einen Schnellverschluss (7), bevorzugt ein Kniehebel-Verschlusssystem befestigt ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Backe (41) einen Körper aus Kunststoff und eine Metallplatte (41B) umfasst, die mit der Innenseite des Körpers der Backe fest verbunden ist und mit der die Verriegelungsmittel fest verbunden sind, wobei die Innenseite der Backe bevorzugt vollständig von der Metallplatte (41B) bedeckt ist, die geometrische Formen zur Verstärkung umfassen kann.
  9. Vorrichtung nach dem vorherigen Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Metallplatte (41B) mit einer Verlängerung (71) versehen ist, die von der Backe nach außen vorspringt und ein Befestigungsmittel zum Schließen der Backe bildet, insbesondere den Gegenhaken eines Schnellverschlusses, insbesondere eines Kniehebel-Verschlusses bildet.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (4) einen Auslass (6) umfasst, der zur Ansaugung bestimmt ist, wobei der Auslass ein gekrümmtes Rohr aufweisen kann und/oder durch ein Verschlussmittel wie z.   12. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Rolle (10) umfasst, die eine Nabe (11) mit zwei Längsrippen (12) aufweist, die direkt mit zwei Längsnuten (31) zusammenwirken, mit denen die Drehwelle (3) versehen ist.
