Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Bekleidungssystem mit mehreren unterschiedlichen, übereinander tragbaren Bekleidungsstücken (1, 2, 3) und einer Schutztextilie (4), wobei mehrere dieser Bekleidungsstücke Halterungen (5, 6, 7, 9, 18, 20) für die Schutztextilie aufweisen, sodass die Schutztextilie an unterschiedlichen dieser Bekleidungsstücke befestigbar ist.

Description

Bekleidungssystem
[01] Die Erfindung betrifft ein Bekleidungssystem mit mehreren unterschiedlichen, übereinander tragbaren Kleidungsstücken und einer Schutztextilie. Derartige übereinander tragbare Bekleidungsstücke sind beispielsweise Unterhemd, Hemd, Pullover und Jacke oder Unterhose, Hose und regendichte Überziehhose oder dünne Socke, dicke Socke, Schuh und Überziehschuh oder Kopfüberzieher, Mütze und Helm.
[02] Es ist bekannt, derartige Bekleidungsstücke derart aufeinander abgestimmt herzustellen, dass sie angenehm tragbar sind. Außerdem ist bekannt, unterschiedliche diese Bekleidungsstücke mit unterschiedlichen Funktionselementen zu versehen, die am Bekleidungsstück befestigt werden können. Beispielsweise beschreibt die DE 20 2017 005 368 Ul stich- und schnitthemmende Materialien, die mit Klettband an einem T-Shirt oder einer Jacke befestigt werden können. Je nach Einsatzzweck können Bekleidungsstücke mit derartigen Schutztextilien versehen werden, um zusätzliche Funktionen zu gewährleisten. Besonders funktionale Bekleidungsstücke sind jedoch aufwendig in der Herstellung und erhöhen damit den Preis des Bekleidungsstückes.
[03] Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zu Grunde, ein gattungsgemäßes Bekleidungssystem derart weiter zu bilden, dass es viele Funktionen erfüllen kann und günstig in der Herstellung ist.
[04] Diese Aufgabe wird mit einem Bekleidungssystem gemäß dem Patentanspruch 1 gelöst. Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.
[05] Erfindungsgemäß weisen mehrere dieser Bekleidungsstücke Halterungen für die Schutztextilie auf, sodass die Schutztextilie an unterschiedlichen dieser Bekleidungsstücke befestigbar ist. Beispielsweise kann das Bekleidungssystem eine Jacke mit einer Halterung für eine Schutztextilie mit einem stichfesten Material aufweisen. Wenn diese Jacke jedoch bei Sonnenschein ausgezogen wird, entfällt die Schutzfunktion. In diesem
Bestätigungskopie] Fall ist die Schutztextilie so ausgebildet, dass sie auch von der Jacke entfernt und am Pullover befestigt werden kann. Selbst wenn es so heiß wird, dass man gerne den Pullover auszieht, kann die Schutztextilie sogar am Hemd befestigt werden.
[06] Dies erfordert ein Bekleidungssystem mit aufeinander abgestimmten Bekleidungsstücken. Andererseits reicht jedoch eine Schutztextilie dafür aus, an unterschiedlichen Bekleidungsstücken getragen zu werden. Die Bekleidungsstücke brauchen somit nur spezielle Halterungen, die auf die Schutztextilie abgestimmt sind, um die gleiche Schutztextilie für unterschiedliche dieser Bekleidungsstücke zu verwenden.
[07] Dies ermöglicht es auch für eine Konfektionsgröße ein Set an Bekleidungsstücken bereit zu stellen, zu dem eine auf die Konfektionsgröße abgestimmte Schutztextilie bereitgestellt wird.
[08] Da Schutztextilien häufig teuer in der Herstellung sind und da häufig unangenehm ist, mehrere Bekleidungsstücke mit der gleichen Schutztextilie übereinander zu tragen, bietet das erfindungsgemäße Bekleidungssystem einen besonderen Komfort und es ist darüber hinaus noch kostengünstiger herstellbar.
[09] Beispielweise bei einer Schutztextilie mit einem schussfesten Material erhöht das Bekleidungssystem auch die Sicherheit, da ein Ausziehen einer Jacke, in die die Schutztextilie eingearbeitet ist, nicht zwangsläufig dazu führt, dass der Schutz verloren geht, weil die Möglichkeit besteht, die an der Jacke befestigte Schutztextilie nun am Pullover oder am Hemd zu befestigen.
[10] Eine derartige Schutztextilie kann ein stichfestes, ein stichhemmendes oder ein schnitthemmendes Material aufweisen und das Material kann auch schussfest oder schusshemmend sein. Derartige Schutztextilien eignen sich in der Regel nur für den berufsmäßigen Gebrauch. Das erfindungsgemäße Bekleidungssystem ermöglicht es jedoch derartige Materialien auch im Konsumerbereich einzusetzen, da es das System ermöglicht, die Schutztextilie nun für unterschiedliche Bekleidungsstücke zu verwenden. [11] Im Outdoor-Bereich wird häufig ein wasserdichtes Material gefordert. Dies wird meistens bei Jacken und Überhosen bereitgestellt. Wenn es jedoch regnet und besonders warm ist, werden diese Bekleidungsstücke ungern getragen. Hier ist das erfmdungsge- mäße Bekleidungssystem vorteilhaft, wenn die Schutztextilie ein wasserdichtes Material aufweist. So kann beispielsweise für übereinander tragbare Bekleidungsstücke wie Jacke, Pullover und Hemd, insbesondere der gleichen Konfektionsgröße, eine einzige Schutztextilie mit einem wasserdichten Material beispielsweise für den Schulterbereich bereitgestellt werden. Dies ist häufig bereits ein ausreichender Schutz und diese Schutztextilie kann bei warmem Wetter von der Jacke entfernt und am Hemd befestigt werden.
[ 12] Bekleidungsstücke müssen auch nicht vollständig aus einem dichten, insbesondere wind- oder wasserdichten, Material hergestellt sein. Häufig reicht eine am Bekleidungsstück über die Halterung befestigbare Schutztextilie mit einem dichten Material aus, um eine ausreichende Funktion zu erzielen. Da insbesondere beim Bergsport möglichst wenig Gewicht mitgenommen werden sollte, ist es besonders vorteilhaft, wenn die gleiche Schutztextilie für Jacke, Hemd und Unterhemd verwendet werden kann.
[13] Als Schutztextilien eignen sich auch aktiv wärmende Materialien. Diese Materialien sind in der Regel schwer und teuer. Daher ist es besonders vorteilhaft, wenn diese Materialien als Schutztextilie an unterschiedlichen übereinander tragbaren Bekleidungsstücken befestigbar sind.
[14] Ähnlich verhält es sich mit Strahlungsreflektieren Materialien, die vorteilhaft an einer Jacke getragen werden. Bei erhöhten Temperaturen ist es jedoch beispielsweise angenehm, wenn dieses strahlungsreflektierende Material auch am Hemd getragen werden kann und hierfür aufeinander abgestimmte Halterungen vorgesehen sind. Dadurch wird vermieden, dass Jacke und Hemd mit diesem strahlungsreflektierenden Material bereitgestellt werden müssen.
[15] Als Halterung eignen sich unterschiedliche Materialien. Besonders vorteilhaft ist eine Halterung mit einem Klettband. Je nach zu befestigender Schutztextilie und je nach Bekleidungsstück kann es auch vorteilhaft sein, wenn die Halterung mindestens einen Druckknopf aufweist oder als Tasche ausgebildet ist.
[16] Vorteilhaft ist es auch, wenn mindestens eine Halterung einen Magneten aufweist. Magnetische Haltesysteme können einen Flächenmagneten aufweisen, der am Bekleidungsstück punktuell angenäht werden kann. Der oder die Flächenmagneten können an den Ecken der Schutztextilie, mittig oder auch am kompletten Rand umlaufend angebracht werden. Die wirken dann mit Magneten an dem Bekleidungsstück zusammen, um die Schutztextilie passgenau an einem Ort des Bekleidungsstückes zu halten. Dabei können zwei aneinander haftende Magnete verwendet werden oder ein Magnet und eine mit dem Magnet zusammenwirkende metallische Fläche.
[17] Je nach Einsatzzweck kann es auch vorteilhaft sein, wenn mindestens eine Halterung einen Reißverschluss aufweist. Beispielsweise besitzen Polizeijacken häufig ein eingenähtes Doppel-Reißverschluss-System zum Einsetzen einer wärmedämmenden Innenjacke. Auch derartige Taschen können für die Schutztextilie verwendet werden.
[18] Sofern Taschen verwendet werden, können diese auf der Außenseite des Bekleidungsstücks angebracht sein. Vorteilhaft ist es in der Regel, wenn die Tasche an der Innenseite des Bekleidungsstücks angeordnet ist. Bei mehreren übereinander getragenen Bekleidungsstücken können jedoch an der Innenseite und/oder der Außenseite des einzelnen Bekleidungsstücks Taschen vorgesehen sein.
[19] Als besonders vorteilhaft hat es sich erwiesen, wenn die Tasche aus einem textilen Stretchmaterial gefertigt ist. Mehrere Ausführungsbeispiele sind in der Zeichnung dargestellt und werden im Folgenden näher erläutert. Es zeigt

[20] Das in den Figuren 1 bis 4 gezeigte Bekleidungssystem besteht aus den Bekleidungsstücken T-Shirt 1, Langarmshirt 2, Kapuzenpullover 3 und einem Modul als Schutztextilie 4. Die Bekleidungsstücke 1, 2, 3 weisen jeweils mit einer Strichlinie angedeutete Halterungen 5, 6, 7 auf, mit denen die Schutztextilie 4 am Bekleidungsstück 1, 2, 3 befestigt werden kann.
[21] Die Schutztextilie 4 ist als rechteckiges Modul gezeigt. Dieses Modul kann beispielsweise ein stichfestes Material, ein schussfestes Material, ein wasserdichtes Material, ein winddichtes Material, ein aktiv wärmendes Material oder ein strahlungsreflektierendes Material aufweisen. Die Halterungen 5, 6, 7 sind so ausgebildet, dass die gleiche Schutztextilie an jedem der Bekleidungsstücke 1, 2, 3 befestigt werden kann. Hierbei sind als spezielle Ausführungsform die Halterungen 5, 6, 7 sogar so ausgebildet, dass unterschiedliche Module als Schutztextilie am Bekleidungsstück angebracht werden können. So kann beispielsweise an der gleichen Halterung sowohl ein schussfestes Material als auch ein winddichtes Material oder beispielsweise auch ein aktiv wärmendes Material befestigt werden.
[22] Das Bekleidungssystem ermöglicht es somit, zunächst an jedem Bekleidungsstück 1, 2, 3 über die Halterungen 5, 6, 7 unterschiedliche Schutztextilien zu befestigen. Darüber hinaus können die Bekleidungsstücke 1, 2, 3 derart übereinander getragen werden, dass die Schutztextilie 4 nur in einem der Bekleidungsstücke angeordnet ist. Beispielweise wäre es unsinnig mehrere Schutztextilien aus schussfestem Material übereinander zu tragen, wenn der Träger ein T-Shirt, ein Langarmshirt und einen Kapuzenpul- lover trägt. In diesem Fall kann sich die Person dafür entscheiden, die Schutztextilie 4 nur an einem der Bekleidungsstücke zu befestigen.
[23] Für die Befestigung der Schutztextilie 4 an einem der Bekleidungsstücke 1 , 2, 3 eignet sich eine Halterung mit einem Klettband, eine Halterung mit einem Druckknopf oder auch eine Halterung, die als Tasche ausgebildet ist.
[24] Die Figuren 5 bis 7 zeigen wie in ein T-Shirt 8 als Halterung 9 eine Tasche eingenäht werden kann. Diese eingenähte Tasche ist nur angedeutet und sie kann als Modultasche auf der Innenseite des T-Shirts, auf der Frontseite und/oder auf der Rückseite angeordnet sein.
[25] Die Figur 6 zeigt eine Schutztextilie 10 in der Tasche 9. Diese in Figur 7 gezeigte Schutztextilie 10 hat eine im Wesentlichen rechteckige Form mit im oberen Bereich 1 1 seitlich abgeschnittenen Ecken 12, 13 und im unteren Bereich 14 zwei abgerundeten Ecken 15, 16.
[26] Entsprechend zeigen die Figuren 8 bis 10 ein Langarmshirt 17 mit Halterung 18 für die Schutztextilie 10, die die gleiche Schutztextilie ist, die auch für das T-Shirt 8 verwendet werden kann.
[27] Diese Schutztextilie 10 kann, wie in den Figuren 1 1 bis 13 gezeigt, auch für einen Kapuzenpullover 19 verwendet werden, sofern er wie in Figur 11 gezeigt, eine Tasche als Halterung 20 aufweist, in die die Schutztextilie 10 passt.
[28] Auch hier kann wieder über das T-Shirt 8 das Langarmshirt 17 gezogen werden und darüber kann der Kapuzenpullover 19 angezogen werden. Die Schutztextilie 10 ist so auf die Bekleidungsstücke abgestimmt, dass sie in die Halterungen 9, 18 und 20 der Bekleidungsstücke passt.
[29] Über die Bekleidungsstücke kann die in den Figuren 14 und 15 gezeigte Jacke oder Weste getragen werden. Auch diese Jacke 21 hat an ihrer Rückseite Halterungen (nicht gezeigt) für die Schutztextilie 10. An ihrer Vorderseite hat sie Halterungen 22 und 23 für Schutztextilien 24 und 25, die an den Halterungen befestigt werden können. Im Ausführungsbeispiel kann in einer größeren Tasche auf der Rückseite der Jacke die Schutztextilie 10 vorzugsweise in der Innenseite der Jacke eingesetzt werden und an der Frontseite können leicht überlappend die Schutztextilien 24 und 25 in die vorzugsweise an der Innenseite der Jacke angeordneten Taschen 22 und 23 eingesetzt werden.
[30] Die Ausführungsbeispiele zeigen, dass mit wenigen Schutztextilien ein Bekleidungssystem aufgebaut werden kann, das aus vielen unterschiedlichen übereinander tragbaren Bekleidungsstücken besteht, wobei die Bekleidungsstücke Halterungen aufweisen, die so aufeinander abgestimmt sind, dass wenige Schutztextilien für viele Bekleidungsstücke verwendet werden können.
[31] Vorzugsweise sind die Halterungen sogar so ausgebildet, dass auch unterschiedliche Schutztextilien für die Bekleidungsstücke verwendet werden können.
[32] Dies ermöglicht eine Outdoorbekleidung für einen universellen Einsatz. Dabei kann das Bekleidungssystem an unterschiedliche klimatische Bedingungen angepasst werden und insbesondere als Berufskleidung auch für unterschiedliche Einsatzzwecke.
[33] Das Bekleidungssystem ermöglicht es, insbesondere schwerere Schutztextilien nicht mehrmals übereinander tragen zu müssen, sondern möglichst bei warmem und kaltem Wetter nur eine dieser Schutztextilien tragen zu müssen.
[34] Dabei hat sich herausgestellt, dass es besonders vorteilhaft ist, die Bekleidungsstücke mit Taschen auszurüsten und diese Taschen aus einem textilen Stretchmaterial zu fertigen.

Claims

8 Patentansprüche:
1. Bekleidungssystem mit mehreren unterschiedlichen, übereinander tragbaren Bekleidungsstücken (1, 2, 3) und einer Schutztextilie (4), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere dieser Bekleidungsstücke (1, 2, 3) Halterungen (5, 6, 7, 9, 18, 20) für die Schutztextilie (4) aufweisen, sodass die Schutztextilie (4, 10) an unterschiedlichen dieser Bekleidungsstücke (1, 2, 3) befestigbar ist.
2. Bekleidungssystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutztextilie (4) ein stichfestes Material aufweist.
3. Bekleidungssystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutztextilie (4) ein schussfestes Material aufweist.
4. Bekleidungssystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutztextilie (4) ein wasserdichtes Material aufweist.
5. Bekleidungssystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutztextilie (4) ein winddichtes Material aufweist.
6. Bekleidungssystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutztextilie (4) ein aktiv wärmendes Material aufweist.
7. Bekleidungssystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutztextilie (4) ein strahlungsreflektierendes Material aufweist.
8. Bekleidungssystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Halterung (5, 6, 7) ein Klettband aufweist.
9. Bekleidungssystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Halterung (5, 6, 7) einen Druckknopf aufweist. 9 . Bekleidungssystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Halterung (5, 6, 7) einen Magneten aufweist. 1 . Bekleidungssystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Halterung (5, 6, 7) einen Reißverschluss aufweist. . Bekleidungssystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Halterung (5, 6, 7) als Tasche ausgebildet ist. 3. Bekleidungssystem nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tasche an der Innenseite des Bekleidungsstücks (1 , 2, 3) angeordnet ist. . Bekleidungssystem nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tasche aus textilem Stretchmaterial gefertigt ist.
