The second condition is that, upon the carriage being aligned with a pair of positioning notches, the lugs will be able to move transversely outward into the positioning notches a sufficient distance that the lugs are adequately seated in the positioning notches.
- waist strap 10 may be rotatably connected to carriage 20 so that strap 10 is rotatable relative to carriage 20 and thus to backframe 40 and harness 1. Any such rotation will be about an axis of rotation that is at least generally aligned with a forward-rearward axis of the harness and backframe. This rotation does not require actuation of the carriage; rather, the waist strap is capable of automatically undergoing this rotation while the harness is worn, in response to forces exerted on the strap.
- This rotation of the waist strap relative to the backframe can be useful to accommodate sideways and/or torsional movement of the harness as the wearer e.g. leans, bends, squats, etc., in the course of performing activities while wearing the harness.

Claims (13)
- Harnais (1) pour utilisation par un utilisateur humain, comprenant :un châssis dorsal (40) et une sangle (10) qui est reliée de manière amovible au châssis dorsal par une liaison (5) comprenant un guide allongé (50) qui est porté par le châssis dorsal et un support mobile (20) qui est porté par la sangle (10),dans lequel le guide allongé comprend une plaque de positionnement (80) qui définit une fente de positionnement allongée (83) qui comprend au moins des première et seconde paires d'encoches de positionnement (86, 87, 88) qui sont espacées le long de l'axe long de la fente de positionnement allongée,dans lequel le guide allongé comprend en outre une plaque de retenue (60) qui recouvre vers l'avant la plaque de positionnement et qui définit une fente de retenue allongée (63) qui recouvre vers l'avant, et est alignée avec, la fente de positionnement allongée de la plaque de positionnement,dans lequel la fente de retenue allongée de la plaque de retenue comprend une paire d'encoches de retrait (66) qui sont localisées, le long de l'axe long du guide allongé, entre les première et seconde paires d'encoches de positionnement de la plaque de positionnement ;
et,dans lequel le support mobile comprend une paire d'ergots (26) qui, lorsque le support mobile est en place sur le guide allongé, sont logés sur des bords transversalement vers l'intérieur (67) de la plaque de retenue qui définissent les limites transversalement vers l'extérieur (68) de la fente de retenue allongée, les ergots pouvant être déplacés de manière coulissante le long de la plaque de retenue de sorte que le support mobile peut être déplacé le long d'un axe long du guide allongé, et étant actionnables vers l'arrière et vers l'avant l'un par rapport à l'autre dans une direction transversale à l'axe long du guide allongé et de la fente de retenue allongée ; etdans lequel la paire d'encoches de retrait prend la forme de deux encoches de retrait qui sont en relation opposée l'une par rapport à l'autre à travers une ligne centrale verticale du guide allongé ; dans lequel chacune des première et seconde paires d'encoches de positionnement prend la forme de deux encoches de positionnement qui sont en relation opposée l'une par rapport à l'autre à travers une ligne centrale verticale du guide allongé ; et, dans lequel chaque paire d'encoches de positionnement comprend une largeur transversale qui est supérieure à une largeur transversale de l'au moins une paire d'encoches de retrait. - Harnais (1) selon la revendication 1 dans lequel la paire d'ergots (26) est respectivement reliée à une paire de poignées (22) qui sont fonctionnelles de manière mobile pour actionner de manière coulissante les ergots vers l'arrière et vers l'avant dans la direction transversale à l'axe long du guide allongé (50).
- Harnais (1) selon la revendication 2 dans lequel chaque ergot de la paire d'ergots (26) comprend un canal (28) qui est conçu pour accepter un bord transversalement vers l'intérieur (67) de la plaque de retenue (60) dans celui-ci, de façon à monter la paire d'ergots sur les bords transversalement vers l'intérieur de la plaque de retenue.
- Harnais (1) selon la revendication 3 dans lequel la paire d'ergots (26) est sollicitée transversalement vers l'extérieur par un ou plusieurs éléments de sollicitation.
- Harnais (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4 dans lequel la fente de retenue allongée (63) de la plaque de retenue (60), et la paire d'ergots (26) du support mobile (20), sont conçues de sorte que lorsque le support mobile est positionné au niveau d'une localisation le long de l'axe long de la fente de retenue allongée au niveau de laquelle la paire d'encoches de retrait (66) est présente et que les ergots sont actionnés transversalement vers l'intérieur l'un vers l'autre, les ergots sont délogés des bords transversalement vers l'intérieur (67) de parties de la plaque de retenue qui définissent les limites transversalement vers l'extérieur (68) des encoches de retrait de la fente de retenue allongée, et sont capables de passer entre ces bords transversalement vers l'intérieur de sorte que le support mobile peut être détaché du guide allongé (50) en étant déplacé vers l'avant, à l'écart du châssis dorsal (40).
- Harnais (1) selon la revendication 5 dans lequel la fente de retenue allongée (63) de la plaque de retenue (60), et la paire d'ergots (26) du support mobile (20), sont conçues de sorte que lorsque le support mobile est positionné de sorte que les ergots sont au niveau d'une localisation le long de l'axe long de la fente de retenue allongée au niveau de laquelle une paire d'encoches de retrait (66) n'est pas présente, les ergots ne sont pas capables de passer entre les bords transversalement vers l'intérieur (67) de parties de la plaque de retenue qui définissent la fente de retenue allongée pour détacher le support mobile du guide allongé (50), indépendamment du fait que les ergots sont ou non actionnés transversalement vers l'intérieur l'un vers l'autre.
- Harnais (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4 dans lequel la fente de positionnement allongée (83) de la plaque de positionnement (80), et la paire d'ergots (26) du support mobile (20), sont conçues de sorte que lorsque le support mobile est positionné de sorte que les barrettes sont au niveau d'une localisation le long de l'axe long de la fente de positionnement allongée au niveau de laquelle une paire d'encoches de positionnement (86, 87, 88) sont présentes, et que les ergots sont autorisés à se déplacer transversalement vers l'extérieur sous une force de sollicitation transversalement vers l'extérieur, fournie par un ou plusieurs éléments de déviation du support mobile, des parties des ergots se trouvent dans les encoches de positionnement et maintiennent le support mobile au niveau de cette position le long de l'axe long du guide allongé (50).
- Harnais (19 selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4 dans lequel la plaque de retenue (60) et la plaque de positionnement (80) sont fournies en tant qu'empilement (54) qui est fixé à un corps principal (41) du châssis dorsal (40) avec une partie d'une surface principale à l'arrière (71) de la plaque de retenue étant en contact avec une partie d'une surface principale à l'avant (89) de la plaque de positionnement et avec une partie d'une surface principale à l'arrière (91) de la plaque de positionnement étant en contact avec une partie d'une surface principale à l'avant (43) du corps principal du châssis dorsal.
- Harnais (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4 dans lequel la plaque de retenue (60) et la plaque de positionnement (0) sont conçues de sorte qu'un axe long de la fente de retenue allongée (63) de la plaque de retenue, un axe long de la fente de positionnement allongée (83) de la plaque de positionnement et un axe long d'une fente allongée (53) du guide allongé (50), formés collectivement par la plaque de retenue et la plaque de positionnement, sont tous alignés avec un axe vertical du châssis dorsal (40) et du harnais.
- Harnais (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4 dans lequel le support mobile (20) qui est porté par la sangle (10) est relié de manière rotative à la sangle de sorte que la sangle peut effectuer une rotation par rapport au support mobile et donc au châssis dorsal (40) et au harnais, autour d'un axe de rotation qui est au moins généralement aligné avec un axe avant-arrière du harnais et du châssis dorsal.
- Harnais (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4 dans lequel le guide allongé (50) du châssis dorsal (40), et le support mobile (20) de la sangle (10), sont conçus de sorte que lorsque les ergots (26) du support mobile sont actionnés transversalement vers l'intérieur, le support mobile peut être déplacé de manière coulissante le long de l'axe long du guide allongé à partir d'une première paire d'encoches de positionnement (86, 87, 88) vers une autre paire d'encoches de positionnement ; ou, peut être déplacé de manière coulissante le long de l'axe long du guide allongé à partir d'une première paire d'encoches de positionnement vers une paire d'encoches de retrait (66), localisation au niveau de laquelle le support mobile peut être déplacé vers l'avant par rapport au châssis dorsal pour détacher manuellement le support mobile et la sangle, du châssis dorsal.
- Procédé de manipulation d'une sangle (10) d'un harnais (1) par rapport à un châssis dorsal (40) du harnais, le procédé comprenant :l'actionnement d'une paire d'ergots (26) d'un support mobile (20) porté par la sangle de sorte que les barrettes se déplacent chacune transversalement vers l'intérieur de sorte que les barrettes ne sont plus logées dans une première paire d'encoches de positionnement (86, 87, 88) d'un guide allongé (50) du châssis dorsal, de sorte que le support mobile peut être déplacé de manière coulissante le long d'un axe long du guide allongé ;le déplacement coulissant du support mobile à une localisation souhaitée le long de l'axe long du guide allongé, la localisation souhaitée comprenant une paire d'encoches de retrait (66) du guide allongé ; et,le maintien de l'actionnement transversal vers l'intérieur des ergots du support mobile de sorte que les ergots du support mobile sont capables de passer entre des bords transversalement vers l'intérieur (67) de la paire d'encoches de retrait, et le déplacement du support mobile vers l'avant le long d'une direction avant-arrière du châssis dorsal et du harnais de façon à détacher le support mobile du guide allongé et retirer ainsi la sangle du châssis dorsal.
- Procédé selon la revendication 12 dans lequel le support mobile (20) est relié de manière rotative à la sangle (10), et dans lequel lorsque le support mobile est maintenu au niveau d'une localisation du guide allongé (50) avec la paire d'ergots (26) du support mobile logée dans une paire d'encoches de positionnement (86, 87, 88) du guide, la paire d'ergots doit être actionnée afin de déplacer de manière coulissante le support mobile le long de l'axe long du châssis dorsal (40) à l'écart de cette localisation ; et dans lequel en outre la liaison rotative du support mobile à la sangle permet à la sangle d'effectuer une rotation par rapport au support mobile et au châssis dorsal sans qu'aucun actionnement ne soit requis.
