Claims (16)

  1. Abdeckung (22) für eine Verpackungsvorrichtung (10) für mindestens ein kosmetisches Produkt, wobei die Abdeckung (22) angepasst ist, an einem Verpackungsgehäuse (12) des kosmetischen Produkts angebracht zu werden, wobei die Abdeckung (22) aufweist:
    - einen sich im Wesentlichen in eine Längsrichtung (A1) erstreckenden hohlen Körper (24), aufweisend ein erstes Längsende (32a), das eine erste Ausmündung definiert und vorgesehen ist, zu dem Gehäuse (12) der Verpackungsvorrichtung (10) hin orientiert zu sein, und ein dem ersten Längsende (32a) gegenüberliegendes zweites Längsende, das eine Ausmündung definiert, wobei der hohle Körper (24) mindestens ein erstes elastisches Eingriffsrelief (40) aufweist, und
    - ein Dekorstück (28), wobei das Dekorstück (28) mindestens eine mit einem Dekor (48) versehene Fläche (F28), die vorgesehen ist, in eine zu dem Verpackungsgehäuse (12) entgegengesetzte Richtung orientiert zu sein, und mindestens ein zweites elastisches Eingriffsrelief (56) aufweist,
    wobei das Dekorstück (28) an dem hohlen Körper (24) angebracht ist, um die zweite Ausmündung (26) des hohlen Körpers (24) durch elastischen Eingriff des mindestens einen ersten und des mindestens einen zweiten elastischen Eingriffsreliefs (40; 56) zu verschließen, wobei der elastische Eingriff des mindestens einen ersten und des mindestens einen zweiten elastischen Eingriffsreliefs (40; 56) lösbar ist, ohne Zerstörung weder des hohlen Körpers (24) noch des Dekorstücks (28).
  2. Abdeckung nach Anspruch 1, in welcher der hohle Körper (24) eine Kappe (30), die einen inneren Hohlraum (26) definiert, und einen im Innern der Kappe (30) angebrachten Einsatz (32) aufweist,
    wobei der Einsatz (32) vorzugsweise eine allgemeine Form einer Muffe hat, die sich in die Längsrichtung (A1; A2) zwischen einem ersten Längsende (32a) des Einsatzes und einem zweiten Längsende (32b) des Einsatzes erstreckt, wobei das erste Längsende (32a) des Einsatzes vorgesehen ist, hin zu dem ersten Längsende des hohlen Körpers (24) orientiert zu sein oder das erste Längsende des hohlen Körpers (24) zu bilden, das zweite Längsende (32b) des Einsatzes vorzugsweise massiv mit, ebenfalls vorzugsweise, mindestens einer Durchgangsöffnung (32) in der Längsrichtung (A1; A2) ist.
  3. Abdeckung nach Anspruch 2, in welcher:
    die Kappe (30) durch elastischen Eingriff mindestens eines dritten elastischen Eingriffsreliefs (34) der Kappe (30) mit mindestens einem vierten elastischen Eingriffsrelief (42) des Einsatzes (32) an dem Einsatz (32) angebracht ist, wobei das mindestens eine dritte elastische Eingriffsrelief (34) an einer Innenfläche der Kappe (30) ist, das mindestens eine vierte elastische Eingriffsrelief (32) vorzugsweise an einer Außenfläche des Einsatzes (32) ist; und/oder
    der Einsatz (32) eine Einrichtung zum Anbringen der Abdeckung (22) an dem Gehäuse (12) der Verpackungsvorrichtung (10) aufweist, insbesondere mindestens ein Relief zum Anbringen der Abdeckung (22) an dem Gehäuse (12), beispielsweise mindestens ein elastisches Eingriffsrelief, ein Gewinde oder einen Durchmesser, der eine eingepasste, sogar eng eingepasste Befestigung erlaubt.
  4. Abdeckung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, in welcher das mindestens eine erste elastische Eingriffsrelief durch die Kappe (30) gebildet ist.
  5. Abdeckung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, in welcher das mindestens eine erste elastische Eingriffsrelief (40) durch den Einsatz (32) gebildet ist, wobei das mindestens eine erste elastische Eingriffsrelief (40) vorzugsweise an einer Außenfläche des Einsatzes (32) gebildet ist.
  6. Abdeckung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, in welcher das mindestens eine erste elastische Eingriffsrelief durch mindestens eine Wulst (40) gebildet ist, das mindestens eine zweite elastische Eingriffsrelief (56) durch mindestens eine elastisch verformbare Klaue (54) gebildet ist, die sich von einer Fläche des Dekorstücks (28) erstreckt, die der mindestens einen mit einem Dekor versehenen Fläche (F28) abgewandt ist.
  7. Abdeckung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, in welcher
    die mindestens eine mit einem Dekor (48) versehene Fläche (F28) des Dekorstücks (28) im Wesentlichen plan ist; und/oder
    die mindestens eine mit einem Dekor (48) versehene Fläche (F28) des Dekorstücks (28) das zweite Ende des hohlen Körpers (24) freiliegen lässt; und/oder
    das Dekorstück (28) eine Dekorplatte (50) und einen Plattenträger (52) der Dekorplatte (50) aufweist, wobei die Dekorplatte (50) an dem Plattenträger (52) angebracht, insbesondere angeklebt, ist.
  8. Abdeckung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, aufweisend ein Spiel (j) zwischen dem Dekorstück (28) und dem zweiten Ende des hohlen Körpers (24), wobei das Spiel (j) bevorzugt kleiner oder gleich 1mm, stärker bevorzugt kleiner oder gleich 0,5mm, noch stärker bevorzugt kleiner oder gleich 0,2mm ist.
  9. Abdeckung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, in welcher jedes erste elastische Eingriffsrelief (40) eine erste Oberfläche (S40) in Kontakt mit einer zweiten Oberfläche (S56) eines entsprechenden zweiten elastischen Eingriffsreliefs (56) aufweist, wobei sowohl die erste als auch die zweite Oberfläche (S40; S56) sich in einer Ebene erstrecken, die einen Winkel (a56; a40) mit der Längsrichtung (A1) bildet, wobei der Winkel (a56; a40) bevorzugt größer oder gleich 30°, bevorzugt größer oder gleich 40° und/oder kleiner oder gleich 60°, bevorzugt kleiner oder gleich 50° ist.
  10. Abdeckung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, in welcher das mindestens eine erste elastische Eingriffsrelief (40) und das mindestens eine zweite elastische Eingriffsrelief (56) gestaltet sind, um durch Anwenden einer Druckkraft auf das Dekorstück (28) oder auf den hohlen Körper (24) in die Längsrichtung (A1) ein Lösen des Dekorstücks (28) von dem hohlen Körper (24) zu erlauben, wobei die Druckkraft vorzugsweise zwischen 10N und 50N beträgt.
  11. Abdeckung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, in welcher das Dekor (48) mindestens eines der folgenden Merkmale aufweist:
    - eine Farbe, die sich insbesondere von der Farbe des hohlen Körpers (24) oder, gegebenenfalls, der Kappe (30) unterscheidet,
    - ein Motiv,
    - mindestens eine Pastille aus einem Material oder das Aussehen eines Materials imitierend,
    - eine Handelsmarke, insbesondere ein Logo, und
    - ein vertieftes oder vorspringendes Relief.
  12. Abdeckung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, in welcher die Abdeckung (22) ein Stopfen (22a) ist, wobei der hohle Körper (24) vorzugsweise fest verbunden mit einer Stange ist, an einem zum hohlen Körper (24) entgegengesetzten Ende der Stange ein Applikationselement angeordnet ist.
  13. Verpackungsvorrichtung (10) für mindestens ein kosmetisches Produkt, aufweisend ein Gehäuse (12), das ein Volumen zum Unterbringen mindestens eines kosmetischen Produkts definiert, und eine an dem Gehäuse (12) angebrachte Abdeckung (22) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
    in welcher das Gehäuse (12) bevorzugt ein Flakon (12a) mit einem Hals (16) ist, stärker bevorzugt mit einer Pumpe (19) versehen ist, wobei die Abdeckung (22) ein Stopfen (22a) ist, der angepasst ist, an dem Hals (26) des Flakons (12a) angebracht zu werden, oder
    in welcher das Gehäuse ein Lippenstiftkörper ist, der einen Lippenstiftmechanismus aufnimmt.
  14. Werkzeug (100) zum Lösen eines Dekorstücks (28) einer Abdeckung (22) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12 von dem hohlen Körper (24) der Abdeckung (22),
    wobei das Werkzeug (100) ein Relief (102) aufweist, das angepasst ist, um in den hohlen Körper (24) der Abdeckung (22) auf eine Weise eingesetzt zu werden, um in Kontakt mit einer Fläche des Dekorstücks (28) zu sein, die der mindestens einen mit einem Dekor (48) versehenen Fläche (F28) abgewandt ist, und um Anwenden einer Druckkraft auf das Dekorstück (48) zu erlauben,
    wobei das Werkzeug (100) vorzugsweise einen Sitz (110) zur Aufnahme der Abdeckung (22) aufweist, das Relief (102) des Werkzeugs (100) von einem Boden (106) des Sitzes (110) vorspringt, und/oder
    das Werkzeug (100) bevorzugt gestaltet ist, um ein Positionieren der Abdeckung (22) an dem Werkzeug (100) in einer endlichen Anzahl von Winkelpositionen zu erlauben.
  15. Werkzeug nach Anspruch 14, wobei die Abdeckung (22) gemäß Anspruch 3 ist, wobei das zweite Längsende (32b) des Einsatzes massiv mit mindestens einer Durchgangsöffnung (35) in Längsrichtung (A1; A2) ist,
    in welchem das Relief (102) sich in eine Längsrichtung (A1; A4) erstreckt, ein Längsende des Reliefs (102) des Werkzeugs (100) mindestens eine Klaue (108) hat, deren Position und Dimensionen angepasst sind, um durch die mindestens eine Durchgangsöffnung (35) in dem Einsatz (32) hindurch im Kontakt mit der Fläche des Dekorstücks (28) zu sein, die der mindestens einen mit einem Dekor (48) versehenen Fläche (F28) abgewandt ist, und um Anwenden einer Druckkraft auf die Fläche des Dekorstücks (28), die der mindestens einen mit einem Dekor (48) versehenen Fläche (F28) abgewandt ist, zu erlauben, solange der hohle Körper (24) der Abdeckung (22) nicht im Kontakt mit dem Boden (106, 107) des Sitzes (110) ist,
    in welchem gegebenenfalls bevorzugt die in der Längsrichtung (A, A1, A4) gemessene Höhe (h108) der Klauen (108) derart ist, dass über eine relative Wegstrecke des hohlen Körpers (24) bezüglich des Werkzeugs (100), die mindestens gleich der Höhe (h40) der ersten elastischen Eingriffsreliefs (40) ist, die Klauen auf das Dekorstück (28) drücken; und/oder
    das Relief (102) des Werkzeugs eine zylindrische Stange (104) aufweist, die angepasst ist, um sich ganz oder teilweise durch den hohlen Körper (24) der Abdeckung (22) hindurch zu erstrecken.
  16. Verfahren zum Lösen eines Dekorstücks (28) von einer Abdeckung (22) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12 mithilfe eines Werkzeugs nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte aufweist:
    Positionieren der Abdeckung (22) an dem Werkzeug (100);
    Ausüben einer relativen Druckkraft auf die Abdeckung (22) in Längsrichtung (A1, A4) hin zu dem Werkzeug (100).
