Claims (14)

  1. Machine d'emballage, en particulier machine d'emballage par thermoformage (100), comprenant un dispositif (1) pour broyer un matériau en forme de bande (2), en particulier un matériau d'emballage, dans laquelle le dispositif (1) comprend un boîtier (3) avec au moins une ouverture d'alimentation (4) pour le matériau en forme de bande (2) et une ouverture d'évacuation (5) pour le matériau (6) broyé à partir de celui-ci, un porte-lame(7) qui est monté rotatif autour d'un axe (8) à l'intérieur du boîtier (3), au moins une lame (9) qui est fixée au porte-lame (7), en particulier de manière amovible, et au moins une lame antagoniste (10) qui est fixée au boîtier (3), en particulier de manière amovible, et un entraînement (11) qui est conçu pour faire tourner le porte-lame (7), caractérisée en ce qu'une première direction de rotation (r1) et une seconde direction de rotation (r2), opposée à la première, du porte-lame (7) autour de l'axe (8) peuvent être prédéterminées à l'aide de l'entraînement (11).
  2. Machine d'emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'une arête de coupe (9a, 9b) de la au moins une lame (9) forme un plan de coupe (13) qui est perpendiculaire à l'axe (8) par rotation du porte-lame (7) autour de l'axe (8).
  3. Machine d'emballage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce qu'une fente de coupe (d) entre la au moins une lame (9) et la au moins une lame antagoniste (10) peut être modifiée.
  4. Machine d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le lame (9) et/ou la lame antagoniste (10) disposent chacune d'au moins deux arêtes de coupe (9a, 9b, 10a, 10b), de préférence sur des côtés opposés.
  5. Machine d'emballage selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que l'arête de coupe (9a, 9b, 10a, 10b) est formée au moins par endroits rectiligne, dentelée, concave et/ou convexe.
  6. Machine d'emballage selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisée en ce que la première arête de coupe (9a, 10a) et la seconde arête de coupe (9b, 10b) sont réalisées différentes ou identiques.
  7. Machine d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que deux lames antagonistes (10) sont agencées sur le côté périphérique de la au moins une ouverture d'alimentation (4), en particulier de manière sensiblement symétrique par rapport à une ligne médiane imaginaire (16) qui divise l'ouverture d'alimentation (4) en deux zones de même taille en termes de surface.
  8. Machine d'emballage selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que les arêtes de coupe (10a, 10b) des lames antagonistes (10) sont réalisées différentes ou identiques.
  9. Machine d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la au moins une lame antagoniste (10) est fixée au boîtier de manière réglable en hauteur et/ou inclinable.
  10. Machine d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'une dépression peut être appliquée à l'ouverture d'évacuation (5).
  11. Procédé au moyen d'une machine d'emballage, en particulier d'une machine d'emballage par thermoformage (100), qui est conçue pour faire fonctionner un dispositif (1) pour broyer un matériau en forme de bande (2), en particulier un matériau d'emballage, caractérisé en ce qu'au moyen du dispositif (1) pour broyer le matériau en forme de bande (2), au moins un porte-lame (7) monté de manière rotative à la fois dans une première direction de rotation (r1) et dans une seconde direction de rotation (r2) opposée à la première direction de rotation (r1) est utilisé.
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que, pour ajuster la taille d'un matériau broyé (6), la vitesse de rotation est modifiée au moyen d'une commande (14).
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce que la commande (14) stocke des paramètres de fonctionnement du dispositif (1), de préférence la direction de rotation (r1, r2) et/ou la vitesse de rotation dans une mémoire de données (15), en particulier de la commande (14).
  14. Ligne de traitement d'aliments (600), comprenant une machine d'emballage selon la revendication 1.
