Claims (6)

  1. DISPOSITIF (1) DE COMPACTAGE CONTINU D'UN PRODUIT FABRIQUÉ EN TEXTILE (101) OU DU PAPIER, comprenant :
    - un premier rouleau motorisé (103), un deuxième rouleau motorisé (104) et un troisième rouleau motorisé (105), disposés en séquence ;
    - des moyens adaptés pour faire varier la vitesse des trois rouleaux motorisés (103, 104, 105) ;
    - un anneau élastique (102) enroulé autour desdits rouleaux pour transporter et soutenir le produit manufacturé en textile (101) ou le papier à compacter ;
    - au moins un rouleau (107) adapté pour agir comme moyen de prétension pour appliquer une tension longitudinale prédéterminée à l'anneau élastique (102), lequel étant déformable élastiquement longitudinalement ;
    l'anneau élastique (102) étant enroulé autour du premier rouleau motorisé (103), puis autour du deuxième rouleau motorisé (104) et enfin autour du troisième rouleau motorisé (105) ;
    le produit textile (101) ou le papier étant introduits respectivement entre l'anneau élastique (102), tous deux enroulés autour du premier rouleau motorisé (103) et du deuxième rouleau motorisé (104), puis transportés entre l'anneau élastique (102) et le deuxième rouleau motorisé (104);
    ce dispositif étant caractérisé en ce que :
    - le deuxième rouleau motorisé (104) est éventuellement chauffé et sa surface extérieure présente un faible coefficient de frottement ;
    - des moyens sont prévus pour permettre la variation de l'angle d'enroulement de l'anneau élastique (102) autour du deuxième rouleau motorisé (104), cet angle pouvant prendre une valeur comprise entre 0° et 180° ;
    - deux autres rouleaux presseurs fous (106, 108) sont également prévus, respectivement opposés en des points sensiblement ponctuels (Y, X) aux premier et troisième rouleaux motorisés (103, 105); l'anneau élastique (102) étant également prévu pour coulisser entre la paire de rouleaux opposés formée par le premier rouleau motorisé (103) et un premier rouleau presseur fou (108) et la paire de rouleaux opposés formée par le troisième rouleau motorisé (105) et un deuxième rouleau presseur fou (106) étant ainsi comprimée entre lesdits rouleaux opposés, définissant ainsi deux segments indépendants (YX) et (XY).
  2. DISPOSITIF (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la variation de l'angle d'enroulement de l'anneau élastique (102) autour du second rouleau motorisé (104) s'effectue en soulevant ou en abaissant ledit second rouleau motorisé (104) parallèlement ou obliquement à la direction d'insertion du produit textile manufacturé (101) ou du papier dans la zone située entre ledit second rouleau motorisé (104) et l'anneau élastique (102).
  3. DISPOSITIF (1), selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le réglage du compactage, d'une valeur minimale de 1 % à une valeur maximale de 100 %, d'un produit textile manufacturé (101) ou de papier, dont le grammage peut varier de 10 g/m2 à 500 g/m2, s'effectue en réglant un ou plusieurs des paramètres suivants :
    - l'angle d'enroulement de l'anneau élastique (102) autour du rouleau motorisé (104), réglable sur une valeur comprise entre 0° et 180° ;
    - le pourcentage d'allongement en première extension (YX), jusqu'à 100 % de l'anneau élastique (102) composé d'un matériau extensible tel que du caoutchouc naturel ou synthétique, ledit pourcentage d'allongement étant régulé par au moins un rouleau tendeur (107) en fonction de la tension relative de l'anneau élastique (102) ;
    - le pourcentage de contraction subséquent de l'anneau élastique (102) lors d'un second étirement (XY), inférieur ou égal au pourcentage d'allongement dudit anneau élastique lors du premier étirement (YX), ledit produit textile manufacturé (101) étant comprimé entre l'anneau élastique (102) et le second rouleau motorisé (104), ledit pourcentage de contraction de l'anneau élastique (102) étant régulé par la vitesse réglable de chacun des rouleaux motorisés (103, 104 et 105).
  4. DISPOSITIF (1), selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il prévoit une pression d'une valeur maximale de 3 kg/cm2 exercée par l'anneau élastique (102) sur le produit textile manufacturé (101) ou sur le papier.
  5. DISPOSITIF (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend, dans la deuxième section (XY) de l'anneau élastique (102) où sont présents les trois rouleaux motorisés (103, 104, 105), au moins un autre rouleau motorisé.
  6. DISPOSITIF (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la surface extérieure du deuxième rouleau motorisé (104) est recouverte d'une mini-couche de polytétrafluoroéthylène ou de céramique.
