Abstract

Ein erfindungsgemäßer Mikroschalter besteht aus einer zylindrischen Hülse, in der ein Kolben axial beweglich gelagert ist. Innerhalb des Kolbens ist wiederum ein Kontaktstift axial beweglich gelagert. Der Kontaktstift wirkt mit zwei in einem Boden der Hülse beabstandet voneinander befestigten Gegenkontakten zusammen. Die Bewegung des Kontaktstiftes wird durch zwei Federn unterstützt. Eine Rückstellfeder ist zwischen Hülsenboden und Kolben angeordnet und bewegt den Kolben bei Nichtbetätigung des Mikroschalters in eine Ausgangsstellung. Eine Dämpfungsfeder ist zwischen Kontaktstift und einer Betätigungskappe des Kolbens angeordnet und sorgt für ein weiches Aufsetzen des Kontaktstiftes auf die Gegenkontakte. Um die Bewegung des Kontaktstiftes nur kurz vor einem Aufsetzen auf die Gegenkontakte zu dämpfen, weist die Dämpfungsfeder eine höhere Federkraft als die Rückstellfeder auf. Der Mikroschalter kann mit einer stabilen Metallhülse aufgebaut werden und kommt trotzdem ohne Isolation zwischen Kolben und Hülse aus. Auch führen die zwei Gegenkontakte zu einer größeren Kontaktfläche und verbesserten Führung des Kontaktstiftes.
