Claims (12)

  1. Un système hybride multi-climatisation (100) comprenant :
    une unité d'alimentation en eau chaude (30) comprenant un échangeur de chaleur d'alimentation en eau chaude (32) destiné à échanger de la chaleur entre un fluide frigorigène et de l'eau contenue dans un réservoir d'eau (31), et une première vanne de détente d'alimentation en eau chaude (33) destinée à bloquer ou à laisser s'écouler le fluide frigorigène condensé provenant de l'échangeur de chaleur d'alimentation en eau chaude (32) ;
    au moins un appareil intérieur (20) installé à l'intérieur et comprenant un échangeur de chaleur intérieur (21) et une vanne de détente intérieure (22) ;
    un appareil extérieur (10) relié à l'appareil intérieur (20) et à l'unité d'alimentation en eau chaude (30) par une conduite de fluide frigorigène, et comprenant un échangeur de chaleur extérieur (11), un compresseur (13) et une vanne de détente extérieure (17) ;
    une seconde conduite de refoulement d'alimentation en eau chaude (36) dont une extrémité est dérivée d'une première conduite de refoulement d'alimentation en eau chaude (35), la première conduite de refoulement d'alimentation en eau chaude (35) reliant l'échangeur de chaleur d'alimentation en eau chaude (32) et l'échangeur de chaleur intérieur (21), et dont l'autre extrémité rejoint une première conduite de refoulement (43) reliant le compresseur (13) et l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur (11) ; et
    une seconde vanne de détente d'alimentation en eau chaude (37) installée sur la seconde conduite de refoulement d'alimentation en eau chaude (36),
    dans lequel la première vanne de détente d'alimentation en eau chaude (33) est installée en aval du point de dérivation de la seconde conduite de refoulement d'alimentation en eau chaude (36) sur la première conduite de refoulement d'alimentation en eau chaude (35),
    dans lequel le système comprend un contrôleur (50), et
    dans lequel le contrôleur (50) est configuré de sorte que, dans un mode de fonctionnement d'alimentation en eau chaude et de refroidissement, l'une de la première vanne de détente d'alimentation en eau chaude (33) et de la seconde vanne de détente d'alimentation en eau chaude (37) est ouverte et l'autre est fermée,
    dans lequel le contrôleur (50) est en outre configuré de sorte que, dans le mode de fonctionnement d'alimentation en eau chaude et de refroidissement, lorsque la température de l'eau contenue dans le réservoir d'eau (31) est inférieure ou égale à une température de référence et lorsque la charge de refroidissement est inférieure à une valeur de référence, la première vanne de détente d'alimentation en eau chaude (33) est ouverte et la seconde vanne de détente d'alimentation en eau chaude (37) est fermée.
  2. Le système hybride multi-climatisation (100) selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre au moins l'un des éléments suivants : un premier capteur de température (38) installé pour détecter la température de l'eau dans le réservoir d'eau (31), et un second capteur de température (47) installé en aval du compresseur (13).
  3. Le système hybride multi-climatisation (100) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, comprenant en outre :
    un premier capteur de pression (48) installé en aval du compresseur (13).
  4. Le système hybride multi-climatisation (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3,
    dans lequel l'échangeur de chaleur d'alimentation en eau chaude (32) est enroulé autour de la paroi extérieure du réservoir d'eau (31) sous forme de serpentin et est configuré pour échanger de la chaleur entre le fluide frigorigène et l'eau lorsque le fluide frigorigène s'écoule à l'intérieur de l'échangeur de chaleur d'alimentation en eau chaude (32).
  5. Le système hybride multi-climatisation (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4,
    dans lequel l'appareil extérieur (10) comprend :
    une vanne d'alimentation en eau chaude (15) destinée à faire s'écouler le fluide frigorigène comprimé du compresseur (13) vers l'unité d'alimentation en eau chaude (30) ;
    une vanne de refoulement (16) destinée à faire s'écouler le fluide frigorigène comprimé du compresseur (13) vers l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur (11) ou vers l'échangeur de chaleur intérieur (21) ; et
    une vanne à quatre voies (14) destinée à diriger le fluide frigorigène passant par la vanne de refoulement (16) vers l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur (11) ou vers l'échangeur de chaleur intérieur (21).
  6. Le système hybride multi-climatisation (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel une pluralité d'échangeurs de chaleur intérieurs (21) est prévue, et chaque échangeur de chaleur intérieur (21) est connecté en parallèle.
  7. Le système hybride multi-climatisation (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6,
    dans lequel le contrôleur (50) est en outre configuré de sorte que, dans le mode de fonctionnement d'alimentation en eau chaude et de refroidissement, soit l'échangeur de chaleur d'alimentation en eau chaude (32), soit l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur (11) fonctionne comme condenseur, ou que l'échangeur de chaleur d'alimentation en eau chaude (32) et l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur (11) fonctionnent comme condenseurs.
  8. Le système hybride multi-climatisation (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7,
    dans lequel le contrôleur (50) est en outre configuré de sorte que, dans le mode de fonctionnement d'alimentation en eau chaude et de refroidissement, lorsque la température de l'eau contenue dans le réservoir d'eau (31) est inférieure ou égale à la température de référence et lorsque la charge de refroidissement est inférieure à la valeur de référence, seul l'échangeur de chaleur d'alimentation en eau chaude (32) fonctionne comme condenseur.
  9. Le système hybride multi-climatisation (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8,
    dans lequel le contrôleur (50) est en outre configuré de sorte que, dans le mode de fonctionnement d'alimentation en eau chaude et de refroidissement, lorsque la température de l'eau contenue dans le réservoir d'eau (31) est inférieure ou égale à la température de référence et lorsque la charge de refroidissement est supérieure à la valeur de référence, la seconde vanne de détente d'alimentation en eau chaude (33) est ouverte et la première vanne de détente d'alimentation en eau chaude (37) est fermée ; et
    dans lequel l'échangeur de chaleur d'alimentation en eau chaude (32) et l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur (11) fonctionnent comme condenseurs.
  10. Le système hybride multi-climatisation (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9,
    dans lequel le contrôleur (50) est en outre configuré de sorte que, dans le mode de fonctionnement d'alimentation en eau chaude et de refroidissement, lorsque la température de l'eau contenue dans le réservoir d'eau (31) est supérieure ou égale à la température de référence et lorsque la charge de refroidissement est supérieure à la valeur de référence, la seconde vanne de détente d'alimentation en eau chaude (33) est ouverte et la première vanne de détente d'alimentation en eau chaude (37) est fermée ; et
    dans lequel l'échangeur de chaleur d'alimentation en eau chaude (32) et l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur (11) fonctionnent comme condenseurs.
  11. Le système hybride multi-climatisation (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10,
    dans lequel le contrôleur (50) est en outre configuré de sorte que, dans le mode de fonctionnement d'alimentation en eau chaude et de refroidissement, même lorsque la température de l'eau contenue dans le réservoir d'eau (31) est supérieure ou égale à la température de référence et lorsque la charge de refroidissement est supérieure à la valeur de référence, la première vanne de détente d'alimentation en eau chaude (37) est ouverte ou la seconde vanne de détente d'alimentation en eau chaude (33) est ouverte en fonction du degré de surchauffe au refoulement du compresseur (13).
  12. Le système hybride multi-climatisation (100) selon la revendication 7, dans lequel le contrôleur (50) est en outre configuré de sorte que, dans le mode de fonctionnement d'alimentation en eau chaude et de refroidissement, lorsque la température de l'eau contenue dans le réservoir d'eau (31) est supérieure ou égale à la température de référence et lorsque la charge de refroidissement est inférieure à la valeur de référence, seul l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur (11) fonctionne comme condenseur ; ou
    dans lequel le réservoir d'eau (31) est chauffé par un dispositif de chauffage séparé (60).
