Claims (11)

  1. Verfahren zur Verwendung einer mobilen Entknitterungskammer (10) zur Entknitterung mindestens eines Stoffartikels, der dazu bestimmt ist, in die Entknitterungskammer (10) platziert zu werden, umfassend die folgenden aufeinanderfolgenden Schritte:
    a. (E1) erste Bedampfung durch Erzeugung und Einspritzung von Dampf in die Entknitterungskammer (10) mit einer Geschwindigkeit der ersten Bedampfung während einer Dauer der ersten Bedampfung ungleich Null;
    b. (E2) zweite Bedampfung durch Erzeugung und Einspritzung von Dampf in die Entknitterungskammer (10) mit einer Geschwindigkeit der zweiten Bedampfung während einer Dauer der zweiten Bedampfung ungleich Null, wobei die Geschwindigkeit der zweiten Bedampfung strikt unter der Geschwindigkeit der ersten Bedampfung liegt; und
    c. (E3) Trocknung durch Einblasung von Heißluft in die Entknitterungskammer (10) während einer Trocknungszeit ungleich Null.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die erste Bedampfung (E1) angepasst ist, um einen Feuchtigkeitsgehalt in der Entknitterungskammer (10) strikt größer als 50%, vorzugsweise größer als oder gleich 80 % zu gewährleisten, und um eine Feuchttemperatur in der Entknitterungskammer (10) zwischen 50 °C und 70 °C, vorzugsweise zwischen 60 °C und 70 °C, zu gewährleisten.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Geschwindigkeit der zweiten Bedampfung weniger als oder gleich 50 % der Geschwindigkeit der ersten Bedampfung beträgt.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Geschwindigkeit der ersten Bedampfung zwischen 40 g/min und 80 g/min, vorzugsweise gleich 70 g/min, beträgt.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, weiter umfassend einen Schritt (E4) der Abkühlung des Artikels durch Einblasung von Kaltluft in die Entknitterungskammer (10), wobei der Schritt der Abkühlung (E4) im Anschluss an den Schritt der Trocknung durch Einblasung von Heißluft (E3) durchgeführt wird.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Trocknungsdauer kleiner als oder gleich einer Summe aus der Dauer der ersten Bedampfung und der Dauer der zweiten Bedampfung ist.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei eine Summe aus der Dauer der ersten Bedampfung und der Dauer der zweiten Bedampfung gleich 10 Minuten beträgt, und wobei die Trocknungsdauer gleich 10 Minuten beträgt.
  8. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei eine Summe aus der Dauer der ersten Bedampfung und der Dauer der zweiten Bedampfung größer als oder gleich 20 Minuten beträgt und wobei die Trocknungsdauer größer als oder gleich 20 Minuten beträgt, so dass zusätzlich zur Entknitterung eine Reinigung des in der Entknitterungskammer (10) befindlichen Artikels ausgeführt wird.
  9. Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Schritt der Trocknung durch Einblasung von Heißluft (E3) angepasst ist, um in der Entknitterungskammer (10) eine Trocknungstemperatur zu gewährleisten, die strikt über der Feuchttemperatur liegt, die bei den Schritten der ersten Bedampfung (E1) und der zweiten Bedampfung (E2) gewährleistet wird.
  10. Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, weiter umfassend einen vorhergehenden Schritt (E0) der Parametrierung der Entknitterungskammer (10) durch einen Benutzer, wobei der Schritt der Parametrierung (E0) eine Definition einer Art eines Entknitterungszyklus und/oder eine Definition einer Summe der Dauer der ersten Bedampfung und der Dauer der zweiten Bedampfung und/oder eine Definition einer Trocknungsdauer und/oder eine Definition einer Gesamtdauer des Entknitterungsverfahrens umfasst.
  11. Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, weiter umfassend einen vorhergehenden Schritt (E10) der Vorbereitung des Stoffartikels für die Entknitterung, umfassend die Platzierung des Stoffartikels auf einem Bügel (40) in der Entknitterungskammer (10) und vorzugsweise das Aufhängen einer beschwerten Klammer (30) an dem Stoffartikel.
