Definitions
- the invention relates to a system for realizing a lamp, a busbar, a current-conducting rail, a laying device, and a method for realizing the busbar.
- Generic systems are used to implement generic, in particular elongated, lights that meet different requirements for use in different areas of application.
- generic lights are used for lighting in production buildings, offices, warehouses, school buildings or supermarkets, alternatively or additionally providing an infrastructure for energy supply and/or data transmission.
- generic lights are usually modular, for example in such a way that a longitudinal extension of the light, d. H. an extension of the lamp along a longitudinal direction over a
- Generic systems can usually be assembled with their components at the intended place of use to form generic lights of any length and, in particular, can be combined with other generic lights to form an arbitrarily designed light arrangement.
- Generic systems usually include a support rail that extends in an elongated manner in the longitudinal direction, in particular over a longitudinal extension length of at least 700 mm to a maximum of 5000 mm, a busbar that includes a busbar and a plurality of conductors arranged on it, and 2 a mounting body on which a functional element of the lamp and in some cases also at least one optical element such.
- the mounting rail usually has a U-shaped basic shape, such that it partially encloses an interior space transversely, ie along a transverse direction, and vertically, ie along a vertical direction, along its longitudinal extension, ie its extension in the longitudinal direction, such that the Support rail is open at a vertical end and a remaining opening pointing in the vertical direction is delimited by two support rail side walls of the support rail. Longitudinal, transverse and vertical direction are perpendicular to each other.
- the support rail side walls extend from a support rail base of the support rail, which base extends predominantly perpendicularly to the vertical direction, along the vertical direction up to the opening pointing in the vertical direction.
- the conductor rail is often designed to be arranged on the carrier rail base, bearing against at least one of the carrier rail side walls, and to be fixed relative to the carrier rail in such a way that the conductors run along the longitudinal direction.
- the current-conducting rail associated with the current-carrying rail often has a plurality of channels running in the longitudinal direction, which are open to an access side pointing in the vertical direction, at least one conductor wire being arranged in several of the channels and being fixed relative to the current-conducting rail. As a result, the line wires can be contacted in an electrically conductive manner from the access side by means of a contact device.
- Such a contact device is usually part of the mounting body, the mounting body being designed to be arranged on a mounting rail in such a way that it closes the mounting rail opening delimited by the mounting rail side walls.
- the functional elements are usually supplied with data and/or energy signals via the conductors of the busbar. Accordingly, at least one of the line wires is often used as a phase conductor, as a neutral conductor, as a PE letter and/or as a 3
- the ducts of the current conducting rail are usually each formed by a duct base and by two duct walls, with the duct base pointing towards the access side and the two duct walls extending from the duct base in the vertical direction away from the duct base.
- the conductor wire arranged in each case in the channel is usually arranged at a vertical distance from a respective access-side vertical end of the channel walls of the channel, in particular by at least twice, in particular at least five times, the extension of the conductor wire perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, in order to avoid accidental electrical contact.
- the respective conductor wire preferably extends in the channel along the longitudinal direction over the entire length of the longitudinal extent of the channel.
- the channels of the current-conducting rail usually run along the longitudinal direction over the entire length of the longitudinal extent of the current-conducting rail.
- the channels are configured in such a way that a first group of channels is arranged vertically offset to a second group of channels, such that a first group of conductor wires arranged in the channels of the first group extends along the vertical direction from a second group in channels of the second group of channels arranged group of conductive wires staggered, ie in particular vertically spaced, is.
- the line wires are fixed in the respective channel on the current-conducting rail by means of fastening means.
- these fastening means are usually formed by projections which overlap with the conducting wires, with the conducting wire being positively fixed in a vertical position in the respective channel.
- at least a first of the channel walls per channel forms one of the projections on its side facing a second of the channel walls.
- the projections each extend over at least 70%, in particular over at least 85%, of the longitudinal extent of the conductor rail.
- the canal walls of two transversely adjacent canals are usually through one 4 common web formed, with adjacent channels is meant that no other of the channels is arranged between two adjacent channels.
- the conductor rail is made of plastic, for example as an injection molded component or as an extruded component.
- the channel walls are designed to be essentially elastically deformable within a range of movement. If, in order to implement the conductor rail, i.e. to arrange the conductor wires in the channels of the conductor rail, the respective conductor wire is to be inserted into the respective channel, the conductor wire can be elastically deflected at least in sections by the conductor wire resting on at least one of the projections by applying a joining force and the conductor wire is guided vertically past the respective projection, whereupon it can come into contact with the channel bottom of the respective channel of the current-conducting rail.
- the conductor rails are often designed in such a way that this deformation is accompanied by regional damage to the material from which the channel walls are made, for example in the form of stress whitening, which is caused by excessive mechanical stress. If the luminaire realized by using the system is operated, the conductor rail experiences considerable thermal stress due to repeated heating and cooling processes, which leads to material failure in the already damaged areas of the conductor rail, i.e. the conductor wires can no longer be reliably inserted in the channels of the conductor rail are held. The probability of damage to the material of the duct walls is increased if several conducting wires are arranged in adjacent ducts at the same time, i.e.
- one conducting wire section of several conducting wires is inserted into one of these ducts at the same time and at the same height in relation to the longitudinal direction. Because in such a case, a load on the channel walls, which are formed by a common web, is not only converted into a deformation of the channel walls of these channels, but the load, since on both transverse sides of a web, through which one of the 5
- Channel walls of the adjacent channels is formed, one of the line wire sections blocks a free space required for deformation, by means of which line wires are transmitted to the channel walls that are transversely opposite in the respective channel, such that these channel walls experience a deformation that is twice as high.
- a correspondingly increased force is required in order to simultaneously deform several of the channel walls, at least in sections, and to arrange the respective conductor wire in the respective channel of the current conducting rail.

- the respective conductor wires are particularly reliably fixed in their vertical position between the channel base and the projection along the entire longitudinal extension of the current conducting rail.
- the extension of the first projection and in particular of the second projection can be reduced compared to generic projections along the longitudinal direction, without this resulting in a less reliable fixing of the conductors in their vertical position relative to the current conducting rail. This is because it has been found that the conductor wire is sufficiently stable to be fixed in its vertical position by only one wing section of one of the projections in each longitudinal section.
- the wing sections of the 13 arranged on the web formed channel wall of the first channel alternately with the wing portions of the web formed on the channel wall of the second channel.

- the wing sections of the first projection of the first channel are arranged alternately with the wing sections of the first projection of the second channel and/or at least one wing section of the first projection of the first channel along the longitudinal direction is at the same height as one of the wing sections of the first projection of the second duct and/or the wing sections of the duct wall of the first duct formed on the web are arranged alternately with the wing sections of the duct wall of the second duct formed on the web or at least one wing section of the duct wall of the first duct formed on the web along the longitudinal direction on the same line Arranged height with one of the wing sections of the channel wall formed on the web of the second channel.

- wing section is associated with the advantage that the conductor wire can be arranged in the channel using only a small joining force, the wing sections being deflected while changing the transverse extent of the free space, with the at least section-wise detachment a significantly higher release force, in particular in particular of more than 10 N, in particular at least 30 N, is required to remove the conductor from its arrangement in the channel, which is generally advantageous and which enables a particularly robust arrangement of the conductor in the channel.
- the wing sections of the first projection and the conducting wire arranged between the channel walls are designed to correspond in such a way that one is used to produce an arrangement of the conducting wire, ie at least a section of the longitudinal extent of the conducting wire, which in particular is at least 20%, in particular at least 30% of the longitudinal extension of the conductor wire, between the channel base and the first projection of the first channel by actuating a first actuating surface of the wing section pointing towards the access side by means of the conductor wire, the required vertical joining force, in particular by at least 20%, in particular by at least 40%, in particular by at least 60% , is less than one for detaching the lead wire, particularly by moving the lead wire in the vertical direction, from this arrangement 16

- the first actuating surface means a surface of the wing section with which the conductor wire comes into direct contact, and in particular along the Vertical direction slides along the entire extent of the first actuating surface until it reaches its position in the channel.
- the vertical joining force preferably acts between the conductor wire and the first actuating surface of the wing section, with the vertical joining force being generated in particular by pressing the conductor wire vertically against the first actuating surface of the wing section.
- the actuation of the first actuation surface by means of the conducting wire with the application of the vertical joining force is translated into a deflection of the respective wing section along the transverse direction.

- the extension length of the first actuating surface means the length of an extension profile of the first actuating surface perpendicular to the longitudinal direction.
- the second actuating surface particularly preferably has a length that also runs perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, which is preferably less than 70%, in particular less than 50%, in particular less than 20% of the length of the first actuating surface perpendicular to the 18
- the first actuating surface of the wing section and the second actuating surface of the same wing section adjoin one another in such a way that they merge into one another without interruption.
- the first actuating surface faces away from the wall section of the channel wall on which the wing section with which it is associated is formed.

- the wing section can be deflected by actuation using the conductor wire, in particular about a deflection axis that runs along the longitudinal direction.
- Such a configuration makes it possible to move the respective conductor wire into the channel without excessive deformation of the webs.
- the conductor rail is therefore more robust, since signs of wear are minimized.

- the wing portions of the first projection are located along the longitudinal direction outside the extent of the wing portions of the second projection. This avoids interaction of the wing portions of the first projection with those of the second projection. Furthermore, this enables improved contact-connection of the conducting wire, starting from the access side.
- the line wires, which are arranged in each of the channels can be contacted in an electrically conductive manner over the entire course of their extension along the longitudinal direction from the network access side, which is generally advantageous.
- At least one of the wing sections is arcuate, in particular in such a way that over their extent in the longitudinal direction they each have an arcuate, and in particular step-free, extent in relation to the transverse direction .
