Between the ends of the clutch pin 184 is a drive plate surface 184a which extends perpendicularly to the shaft of the pin 184. A clutch default spring 183 is located between and bears against the drive plate surface 184a and the second rotor 182a.

  • the pressure plate presses the drive plate 181b toward the cam 141 until the interlocking formation (tooth 181b') of the drive plate 181b engages a cooperating formation (a recess, not shown) within the cam 104.
  • the interlocking formation 181b' thus extends between the cooperating formation 181a' on the pressure plate 181a and the cam 104, rotationally locking them together.
  • the clutch pin 184 is also pressed forwards through the cam 104 whereby the tip pushes the drive connector 181b toward the second barrel such that only the cylindrical shaft of the drive connector is located within the second rotor 182a and thus the second rotor is able to rotate relative to the drive connector 181b and the second lock barrel (not shown).
  • the rotor 141, first clutch, cam 104, and second rotor 182a all rotate together. If the cam 104 is misaligned, the drive plate 181b is compressed against the first clutch drive spring 181c between the cam 104 and pressure plate 181a.
  • the first rotor 141, pressure plate 181a, and drive plate 181b all rotate together. Once the cam 104 and drive plate 181b are aligned, the first clutch drive spring 181c biases the drive plate 181b into further engagement with the cam 104, whereby and the cam 104 can be actuated as normal.

Claims (15)

  1. Zylinderschloss, das Folgendes umfasst:
    einen Schließzylinder (6),
    einen Nocken (5),
    einen Kupplungsmechanismus (81, 82), der dafür konfiguriert ist, auf ein Einführen eines Schlüssels in den Schließzylinder hin den Schließzylinder und den Nocken zu verbinden, wobei der Kupplungsmechanismus einen Rotor umfasst, der dafür konfiguriert ist, eine Drehung von dem Schließzylinder zu dem Nocken zu übertragen, und
    einen Sicherheitsmechanismus (9, 41), der einen Verriegelungsabschnitt umfasst, der derart konfiguriert ist, dass der Verriegelungsabschnitt drehbar ist zwischen:
    einem ersten Zustand, wobei der Rotor drehbar ist, und
    einem zweiten Zustand, in dem der Verriegelungsabschnitt den Rotor gegen ein Drehen sperrt.
  2. Zylinderschloss nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Schließzylinder (6) in einem ersten Schlossgehäuse bereitgestellt wird und der Nocken in einem Nockengehäuse bereitgestellt wird und wobei das Zylinderschloss einen zerbrechlichen Abschnitt (44) oder eine zerbrechliche Verbindung zwischen dem ersten Schlossgehäuse und dem Nockengehäuse umfasst.
  3. Zylinderschloss nach Anspruch 2, wobei das Zylinderschloss derart konfiguriert ist, dass der zweite Zustand dadurch verursacht wird, dass das erste Schlossgehäuse von dem Zylinderschloss entfernt und/oder getrennt wird.
  4. Zylinderschloss nach Anspruch 2 oder Anspruch 3, wobei das erste Schlossgehäuse einen Halter (26) umfasst, der dafür konfiguriert ist, den Verriegelungsabschnitt in dem ersten Zustand zu halten.
  5. Zylinderschloss nach Anspruch 4, wobei der Verriegelungsabschnitt (9) eine Kontaktfläche oder Aussparung umfasst, die dafür konfiguriert ist, den Halter (26) in Eingriff zu nehmen, wenn er sich in dem ersten Zustand befindet.
  6. Zylinderschloss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Sicherheitsmechanismus einen Vorspannmechanismus (971) umfasst, der dafür konfiguriert ist, den Verriegelungsabschnitt in den zweiten Zustand zu drehen.
  7. Zylinderschloss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Rotor eine Aussparung (48) umfasst und der Verriegelungsabschnitt einen Bolzen (9) umfasst, der derart konfiguriert ist, dass der Bolzen die Aussparung in Eingriff nimmt, wenn er sich in dem zweiten Zustand befindet.
  8. Zylinderschloss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Rotor eine umlaufende Rille (411) umfasst und wobei ein Abschnitt des Verriegelungsabschnitts innerhalb der umlaufenden Rille aufgenommen wird.
  9. Zylinderschloss nach Anspruch 7 und 8, wobei die Aussparung (48) in oder zusammenhängend mit der umlaufenden Rille (411) bereitgestellt wird.
  10. Zylinderschloss nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, wobei der Bolzenabschnitt einen Bolzenkopf (96) umfasst, der, wenn er in den zweiten Zustand gedreht wird, mindestens einen Absatz der Aussparung in Eingriff nimmt.
  11. Zylinderschloss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Verriegelungsabschnitt einen Einschränkungsabschnitt (99) umfasst, der dafür konfiguriert ist, zu verhindern, dass der Verriegelungsabschnitt zu dem ersten Zustand zurückkehrt, sobald er sich in dem zweiten Zustand befindet.
  12. Zylinderschloss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Verriegelungsabschnitt eine Drehungsachse aufweist, die senkrecht zu der Drehungsachse des Rotors (41) ist.
  13. Zylinderschloss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Kupplungsmechanismus mindestens eine Kupplung (82) umfasst, die in Axialrichtung beweglich ist, um den Nocken einzukuppeln und auszukuppeln.
  14. Zylinderschloss nach Anspruch 13, das eine erste und eine zweite Kupplung umfasst und wobei der Kupplungsmechanismus derart konfiguriert ist, dass ein Einführen eines Schlüssels in den Zylinder die erste Kupplung (81) in Eingriff mit dem Nocken bewegt und/oder die zweite Kupplung (82) außer Eingriff mit dem Nocken bewegt.
  15. Zylinderschloss nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, wobei die mindestens eine Kupplung (81) drehend mit dem Rotor arretiert ist.
