  • the holding structure 42 have a surface geometry that complements the surface geometry of the edge structure 28 the stability of the connection is improved.
  • the holding structure 42 provides an area for the edge structure 28 to grip and the risk of the cap portion 20 disconnecting from the band portion 40 is reduced.
  • the cap 1 In the open position the cap 1 is forced towards and into engagement with the threaded portion 3 of the bottle 2 and also engages with the at least one holding structure 42 securing the cap 1 towards the bottle 2.
  • Fig. 2c it is illustrated how the first end 33 of the connecting portion 34 is connected in the holding structure 42 and the first end 33 of the other connecting portion 34 is forced toward the threaded portion 3 of the bottle 2.
  • the connecting portions 34 connects the cap portion 20 to the band portion 40 such that all parts of the cap 1 are still connected to the bottle 2.
  • the connecting portions 34 will allow an increase of a distance between the band portion 40 and the cap portion 20, which allows the user to lift the cap portion 20 off the opening 4.
  • the elongated openings 32 are designed such that the length of the connecting portions 34 are larger than a distance between the open end 23 of the cap portion 20 and the inner surface of the cap portion 20 at the closed end 21 to allow a smooth removal of the cap portion 20.
  • the two connecting portions 34 extends from the first end 33 to the second 35 end along a common rotational direction as the two connecting portions 34 will co-operate to hold the cap portion 20 in the open position.
  • the first end 33 of one connecting portion 34 will be connected to the holding structure 42 and this connecting portion 34 will subject at least a force toward the holding structure 42, thereby keeping the first end 33 pushed into the holding structure 42.
  • the other connection portion 34 will follow it first end 33 up to the threaded portion 3 of the bottle 2 and exert at least a force downwards on the cap portion 20.
  • the diameter D of the closed end 21 of the cap portion 20 is smaller than the distance d1 from the holding structure 42 to the top structure 22 when the cap portion 20 is in the closed position.
  • the bottle 2 has a bottle neck 5 that has a height H that is larger than the diameter D of the cap portion 20.
  • the band portion 40 is provided with protrusions 44 on an inner surface 41.
  • the protrusions 44 is illustrated in Fig. 1c .
  • the protrusions 44 of the band portions 40 engages blocking protrusion(s) (not shown) of the bottle 2 that is arranged on the bottle and on both axial sides of the protrusions 44.
  • the band portion 40 is prevented from moving in the axial direction A.
  • the band portion 40 may still be able to rotate around the axial direction A.
  • the method 100 comprises manufacturing 110 a cap housing 10 at least in part by a moulding process.
  • the moulding process may be an injection moulding process.
  • the moulding process may be a compression moulding process.
  • Manufacturing the cap housing 10 at least in part by a moulding process implies that some parts of the manufacturing of the cap housing may not be manufactured by a moulding process.
  • the plurality of elongated openings 32 may be manufactured by another process, such as cutting or stamping, as a subsequent step performed after the moulding process.
  • the method may alternatively comprise manufacturing the cap housing entirely by a moulding process.
  • the cap may be manufactured in other processes, the cap may have more than two connecting portions or elongated openings.

Claims (15)

  1. Bouchon (1) pour une bouteille (2) avec une partie filetée (3) pour fixer le bouchon (1) à la bouteille (2) afin de fermer une ouverture (4) de celle-ci, le bouchon (1) comprenant :
    un corps de bouchon (10) qui comprend :
    une partie bouchon (20) ayant une extrémité fermée (21) et une extrémité ouverte (23), ladite partie bouchon (20) comprenant une structure supérieure (22) au niveau de l'extrémité fermée et une paroi latérale (24) s'étendant de la structure supérieure (22) vers l'extrémité ouverte (23), ladite paroi latérale (24) ayant une partie filetée sur une surface intérieure destinée à venir en prise avec la partie filetée (3) de la bouteille (2),
    une partie bague (40) reliée à la partie bouchon (20) via une partie intermédiaire (30) à l'extrémité ouverte (23) de la partie bouchon (20),
    la partie intermédiaire (30) comprenant une pluralité d'ouvertures allongées (32) disposées circonférentiellement autour de la partie intermédiaire (30) de manière à définir au moins deux parties de raccordement (34) reliant la partie bouchon (20) à la partie bague (40),
    chacune des au moins deux parties de raccordement (34) comprenant une première extrémité respective (33) et une seconde extrémité respective (35), et étant reliée à la partie bouchon (20) au niveau de la première extrémité (33) et à la partie bague (40) au niveau de la seconde extrémité (35),
    la partie bague (40) comprenant au moins une structure de maintien (42) au niveau d'une surface tournée vers l'extérieur (41) de celle-ci,
    la pluralité d'ouvertures allongées (32) étant structurée et agencée pour permettre à la partie bouchon (20) d'être dévissée et retirée de l'ouverture (4) de la bouteille (2) tout en étant reliée à la partie bague (40) via les au moins deux parties de raccordement (34) et d'être positionnée dans une position ouverte dans laquelle une structure de bord (28) formée à l'extrémité ouverte (23) de la partie bouchon (20) est déplacée de force vers la partie filetée (3) de la bouteille (2) et vient en prise avec l'au moins une structure de maintien (42),
    caractérisé en ce que le bouchon (1) a un diamètre qui est inférieur à une distance entre la structure de maintien (42) et la structure supérieure (22) lorsque la partie bouchon (20) est vissée sur la bouteille (2).
  2. Bouchon (1) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la pluralité d'ouvertures allongées (32) est structurée et agencée de telle sorte que chacune des au moins deux parties de raccordement (34) s'étend, de la première extrémité (33) à la seconde extrémité (35), le long d'une direction de rotation commune autour de la circonférence de la partie intermédiaire (30).
  3. Bouchon (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel la pluralité d'ouvertures allongées (32) est structurée et agencée de telle sorte que les deux parties de raccordement (34) ou plus sont deux parties de raccordement et de telle sorte que les premières extrémités respectives (33) des deux parties de raccordement (34) soient agencées à des positions angulaires sensiblement à 180 degrés l'une de l'autre, par rapport à une direction axiale (A) du bouchon (1).
  4. Bouchon (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la pluralité d'ouvertures allongées (32) est structurée et agencée de telle sorte que les deux parties de raccordement (34) ou plus sont deux parties de raccordement, dans lequel l'au moins une structure de maintien (42) est deux structures de maintien, et dans lequel les deux structures de maintien (42) sont disposées de telle sorte que l'une des structures de maintien, dans la position ouverte, vient en prise avec la première extrémité (33) de l'une des deux parties de raccordement (34).
  5. Bouchon (1) selon la revendication 3 ou 4, dans lequel la pluralité d'ouvertures allongées (32) est constituée de deux ouvertures allongées agencées à l'opposé l'une de l'autre autour de la circonférence de la partie intermédiaire (30),
    dans lequel chacune des deux ouvertures allongées (32) présente une première partie (36) disposée horizontalement le long d'une intersection entre la partie intermédiaire (30) et la partie bouchon (20) et une seconde partie (38) disposée horizontalement le long d'une intersection entre la partie intermédiaire (30) et la partie bague (40), la première partie (36) et la seconde partie (38) étant reliées par une partie pont (37), et
    dans lequel la première partie (36) de chacune des deux ouvertures allongées (32) chevauche partiellement une seconde partie (38) d'une autre des deux ouvertures allongées (32).
  6. Bouchon (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la pluralité d'ouvertures allongées (32) est structurée et agencée de telle sorte qu'une longueur de chaque partie de raccordement (34) est plus grande qu'une distance entre l'extrémité ouverte (23) de la partie bouchon (20) et une surface intérieure de la partie bouchon (20) au niveau de l'extrémité fermée (21).
  7. Bouchon (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel chacune de la pluralité d'ouvertures allongées (32) a des parois latérales allongées opposées (39a, 39b) qui sont au moins partiellement reliées entre elles.
  8. Bouchon (1) selon la revendication 7, dans lequel les parois latérales allongées opposées (39a, 39b) de chacune de la pluralité d'ouvertures allongées (32) sont partiellement reliées entre elles par une pluralité de broches d'inviolabilité (50).
  9. Bouchon (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'au moins une structure de maintien (42) est un évidement ou une saillie.
  10. Bouchon (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le corps de bouchon (10) est formé d'un seul tenant en un seul matériau.
  11. Bouchon (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le corps de bouchon (10) est fait d'un matériau flexible tel qu'une matière plastique.
  12. Bouchon (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la partie bague (40) a au moins une saillie (44) sur une surface intérieure (41) de celle-ci, ladite au moins une saillie (44) étant configurée pour venir en prise avec une saillie de blocage (6) de la bouteille (2) lorsqu'elle est positionnée sur celle-ci de manière à empêcher la partie bague (40) de se séparer de la bouteille (2).
  13. Bouchon (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel chacune de l'au moins une structure de maintien (42) a une géométrie de surface qui est complémentaire d'une géométrie de surface de la structure de bord (28).
  14. Bouteille (2) avec un bouchon (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, la bouteille (2) ayant un col de bouteille (8) avec une hauteur plus grande que le diamètre du bouchon (1).
  15. Procédé (100) de fabrication d'un bouchon (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, le procédé (100) comprenant la fabrication (110) d'un corps de bouchon (10) au moins en partie par un procédé de moulage.
