Claims (7)
- Armband (1) mit einem oberen Band (2) und einem unteren Band (3), die gemeinsam mindestens einen Abschnitt des Armbands bilden, wobei das Armband eine weiche Zwischenschicht (4) umfasst, die zwischen dem oberen Band (2) und dem unteren Band (3) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die weiche Zwischenschicht (4) aus zwei eingekapselten Phasenwechselmaterialien besteht, wobei ein erstes eringekapseltes Phasenwechselmaterial eine Übergangstemperatur zwischen 15 °C und 20 °C und ein zweites eingekapseltes Phasenwechselmaterial eine Übergangstemperatur zwischen 25 °C und 35 °C aufweist.
- Armband nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Phasenwechselmaterialien ausgewählt sind aus: paraffinischen Kohlenwasserstoffen, halogenierten Kohlenwasserstoffen, Wachsen, Ölen, hydratisierten Salzen, Fettsäuren, Fettsäureestern, dibasischen Säuren, dibasischen Estern, 1-Halogeniden, Polymeren und deren Mischungen.
- Armband nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das untere Band (3) Mikroperforationen aufweist.
- Armband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das obere Band (2) und das untere Band (3) aus Elastomer-Verbundwerkstoffen bestehen, die metallische und/oder keramische Füllstoffe enthalten.
- Armband nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zwischenschicht (4) aus eingekapseltem Phasenwechselmaterial Öffnungen für das Durchführen von Befestigungsmitteln aufweist.
- Armband nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das obere Band (2) aus einem oder mehreren Materialien hergestellt ist, die aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Leder, natürlichen oder synthetischen Textilien, Elastomeren oder Silikonwerkstoffen ausgewählt sind.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Armbands nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es folgende Schritte umfasst:- Herstellen einer weichen Zwischenschicht (4), die aus zwei verkapselten Phasenwechselmaterialien besteht und der gewünschten Endform des Armbands entspricht,- Bereitstellen eines oberen Bands (2) und eines unteren Bands (3),- Verkleben der Zwischenschicht (4) mit dem unteren Band (3), und- Verbinden des oberen Bands (2) mit dem unteren Band (3) und der Zwischenschicht (4), um das Armband zu bilden.
